I was pre imagining the things about the party.
I was excited as well as nervous.

I hadn't befriended anyone other than this group and meeting many new friends was going to be a whole new experience.

I dressed in the beautiful blue dress Stella had given me. I divided my hair into sections and curled them.

I did the minimal makeup I always do.
And prepared to leave.

"Rose! Wear these."said my Mom entering my bedroom.

I watched those incredible  light blue stilettos with a butterfly knot behind them.

Mom kneeled down and made me wear those.

"Mom! These are beautiful." I said as I hugged her.

"I know right, just like you." She said and kissed my forehead.

"Let's get you there now." She said and grabbed the car key from the table.

"Mom, actually someone is picking me up today." I said with a nervous smile.

Mom was still for a minute then said," Okay , and who's it?"

Just then the door bell rang.

"It must be him." I said as my mom raised her eyebrows,"him?"

My mom rushed to the door before me and opened it.

I did an eyeroll and grabbed a glass of water.

"Good evening Mrs.Sinclair. I am Brady Ripperton." His voice came.

"Good evening dear. I am sorry that day I was in so much hurry that ..we couldn't get a proper conversation."said my Mom.

Brady didn't say anything so maybe he smiled in reply.

Okay I was near the kitchen and he was still outside. My Mom was so busy  talking that she forgot to invite him inside.

Voicing my thoughts my Mom said,"Oh I am so sorry , please come in."

"Nice house you have."Brady said with his smile.

He was wearing an emerald green sweatshirt with his white denims.
A smile automatically crept on my face.

I couldn't spot Katherine and Giselle with him. I quickly kept the glass aside and texted Giselle.

                                    Where are you?

Gosh! I am getting ready. I texted Brady. Go with him.

                              And where's Katherine?

She must be already at the party.
Now don't disturb.

I closed the phone's screen and found Brady watching me as I raised my head.

He smiled so affectionately that I couldn't stop myself from smiling.

My Mom broke our ten seconds eye contact,"Just be back on time. And I hope you're good to trust." She said putting her hand on Brady's back.

He got startled," Uhh ..yes yeah she'll be back safe , I promise."

I waved my Mom and started walking outside when I heard her saying,"Stay out of trouble."

Our ride was silent to Stella's home.
Brady as always didn't have anything to start with, and I didn't want to start anything.

We reached our destination when Brady stopped the car before a Cute house which was lighted with all the lights it could've.

"You are beautiful." He said but changed ," I mean you look beautiful today."

I blushed a little at his compliment and said,"Thankyou and ..."

"Rose ! You are here." Came Katherine's voice.

I watched her, slightly jogging then walking towards me. I wonder how she does that on those painfully sharp heels.

She looked gorgeous in her Emerald green sequined dress and the bold makeup ofcourse.

I didn't know the aura here was going to be so over the top. I regretted coming here for a second with how I looked, so simple.

"Oh my my Rose! You look amazing and those stilettos are gems."she said smiling.

I smiled and looked over to Brady who I thought must be watching his girlfriend. I mean not because she was his girlfriend but because she was looking genuinely gorgeous. Not that they've yet told me about them.

But Brady stood there smiling at me.

"Come on now , let's move."Katherine said grabbing my hand.

"But Brady ..." I said

"Oh right Brady." She said and held his arm with her beautifully manicured hand and took us both inside.

Maybe they are keeping it a secret.

I was met by Stella as soon as I entered the house.
It was not as big as I had expected but it was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

"I told you ! You would look beautiful in this and here you are exceeding my expectations." She said sending a bright smile.

"Oh come on look at you ! You are no less. You look Amazing Stella!" I said hugging her.

"Okay now let me introduce you to my ...I mean Ashton and Aspen's friends."

I was nervous for meeting new people but the empty hallway was not I was expecting.

I expected at least some sixty of high schoolers drinking and playing games.

When I  entered the kitchen I was met with two handsome boys.

"This is Nathan." Said Stella motioning to the black curly haired guy.
"This is Zayn." The blonde guy.
"And this is Rose." She said letting them know who I am.

Nathan smiled at me and Zayn offered a hand for shaking hands.

"Where are the birthday boys?" I asked no one in particular.

"They are near the swimming pool." Said Zayn drinking whatever he was drinking.

"Wow , you have a swimming pool?" I said to Stella amazed.

"Yes. You wanna swim?"she asked wingling her eyebrows.

"Naah, I would just like to have a look for now."I said dismissing her playful behaviour.

And went towards the hallway.

"Not that way Rose! From here." She said as she led me from the Kitchen backdoor to a huge swimming pool. Which seemed larger than their house.

"Hey!"came Ashton ...maybe Aspen hugging me.

Both of the birthday boys were wearing similar  ripped Denims and red jacket with a printed white shirt inside. 'Guess?'  was what that shirt said.

"A very Happy Birthday to you ...." I paused to spot the stud earring Ashton always wore so that I could name who was standing before me.

"Aspen." I said as he was not wearing one.

"And what about me?" Came Ashton who was also not wearing any stud earring.

"I- Happy Birthday to you too Ashton. Correct me if I am wrong ." I said being confident.

Both of them laughed and I realised ,I was wrong indeed.

"I am Aspen and this is Ashton." Said the person who called himself Aspen.

Then came Giselle applying the last of her makeup , the lipstick.

"Hey guys ! She said as she came from the back directly to the poolside.

I grabbed her lipstick and made a mark on Ashton's hand.

"Now I know you are Ashton and you are Aspen." I said as everybody laughed.

I heard a new voice in those laughs. It was Ryan who appeared from the dark.
