The next morning the two of them reached the hotel, and went to the room, they knocked on the door and a tall well muscular man opened the door.

D: you must be Rocky

R: yep, mr dixit 

D: yeah

R: come on in 

they enter the room and find a person running around the room acting to be an aeroplane

R: he is sowmen

D: oh

just then the person bumps into sonakshi . He looks up and see's a very angellic face looking at him

SM ( SOWMEN): i am sorry, aap ekdom pari jaisi dikhti ho

S: uhm thank you and it okey

SM: aap aaye na, baithiye , aur yeh aapke side main  yeh uncle kaun  hain

D: uncle , excuse me, main sirf 24 ka hoon , aap mujhe uncle kaise keh rahe hain

SM: kyonki aap ek grumpy uncle k tarah mujhey dekh rahe ho

sonakshi tried to stop her giggles , when she received an angry glare from dev

D: dekho main grumpy nahi hoon, bs..

S: inka muh hi aisa hain

with this the two of them started laughing , dev shot an angry glare at sonakshi

S: ab dekho gusse main kitney cute lag rahe hain na, yeh Uncle

she said while pulling devs cheeks and looking at sowmen.

R: aayiye aap dono  kya loge

S: kuch nahi bs woh ek baar saare papers dikha do 

R: sure

he walks to the cupboard and takes out the documents stating that swomen was the only son of Vipin arora and  a few other documents

Dev was going through the documents , while sowmen was staring at sonakshi

SM:  aap ye khaiye na, yeh mera favourite

saying so he lifted a jalebi from the plate and then fed it to her . She took a bite and then fed one to him too. Dev was getting ealous of sowmen and tried to ignore it while paying attention to the documents in his hand. The next thing sowmen did irked him and sonakshi, he stood up and 

SM: aap meri friend banogi

S: uhm, haan , kyon nahi

SM: thank you

saying so he kissed her cheek, all three of then stared at him , dev was shooting death glares to him but controlled his rage

R: uhm yeh leejiye na, 

Rocky said forwarding the buiscuits,

SM: haan aap lijiya na ...., rukho main khilata hoon

S: arey nahi main khaa loo...

before she could complete it he stuffed a chocolate biscuit in her mouth, making her choke up, seeing her cough dev was about to forward a glass of water to her but Sowmen was faster, he picked up a glass and made her drink water and patted her back

D: i think hummein chalna chahiye,  we will take these documents with us, main aapko kal de doonga 

R: haan haan okey

he seed them off and then came back to his room

R: sowmen  yeh tumney kya kiya

SM: mainey kya kiya , mainey toh sirf apni new friend ki help kiya

In the car

D: tumney ussey mana kyon nahi kiya

S: are dev woh itna cute hain, and plus he is ill

D: haan toh, only i can feed you and kiss your cheeks

S: accha theek hain baba sorry, ab chaley ghar

D: haan, chalo

he zoomed the car back to her house.

Both of them were sitting on the bed and  going through the documents

S: dev hum yeh court ko dikha kar, uss jatin ko sazza dilwa sakte hain

D: haan, ab dekhta hoon kaisey bacchta hain woh aadmi

A: yeh lo beta , fruits kha lo

The two of them straightened  up and ate the fruits. Sonakshi safely kept the documents in her locker whose keys she gave to dev

D: arey tum rakho na

S: dev woh jatin agr aagaya then he may try to take the papers and i dont want to take the chance

D: okey, abhi shaam ko hummein lawyer se baat karni ho gi , so be ready at 5 main lene aaunga 

S: okey

saying so dev left for his house and sonakshi went to her room, took her medicines and lied down .

Main ussey aisa kuch nahi karney doonga, i  will get him jailed, i will get him hanged for murder, he will have to pay for his deeds.

I: dev relax, mujhey pata hain, i was just angry  that you  too call me mom but did not tell me about this mess, dont worry i know sonakshi is not at fault and i will mak sure no one points any finger on her, okey ab jaa fresh ho jaa phir khaney khaney aaja, 5 baje tujhe lawyer se bhi milna hain

D: haan maa

Saying so he went to his room and freshned up.

Dev was just preparing to leave to pick sona, when he got a call

D: hello

P: Mujhe pe case thoke tuney bohot ghalat kiya, main tumhey chodunga nahi, aur ye yaad rakhna sona meri hain, agr woh meri nahi hui toh woh kissi ki bhi nahi ho gi

D: oh so mr jatin arora uff Happy singh, well tujhpe case thokk mainey toh koi ghalti nahi kiya , but haan sona ko tunney kuch bhi kiya toh yeh yaad rakh na ki tu agle din ka sooraj nahi dekhega

J: kaun kisski jaan leta hain woh dekha jaega but remember that you have messed with wrong person

with this he ended the call 

Dev took his keys and went to pick sona

S: dev kya hua tum intey gusse main kyon ho

D: kuch nahi sona

S: dev sach batao

D: sona bs, jatin ka dhamki  waala call aya

S: kya! kya bola ussney

D: relax sona its all sorted

S: uhm i will tell you. Jatin and  I had just completed my studies and had applied for the most reputed offices at that time. As expected un logo ko main pasand aagyi , and i was selected as an employee in the office. Mera co colleague tha yeh jatin. He helped me a lot at that time . Whenever i needed help , he would be present . Like al the girls , i too fell for his charm gradually. We daily would spend time in the cafes , gardens and go for long walks. But that dreadful day i remember , mere paas uska call aaya and he said that he was unwell and was unable to take me out for a date, aur main bewfkoof uski baat man gayi. Bohot din aise hi chalta raha and i found it strange that every day he had a different girl and claimed she was his sister or friend , i started collecting clues and got to know that that man was a cheat, fraud, he dated many girls at a time , he fulfilled his lust and dumped them. On interrogating him with proofs i got to know he was only their with me for my body as well a property . Uss din mera pyaar aur trust dono se bhadosa udd gaya , i hated him as well as myself for trusting him blindly. All this happened a day before mine and his marriage , mainey uske naam ki mehnadi lag wa li thi, it was so humilating and we left calcutta for ever and now he has returned for god knows what reason now claiming he loves me. 

with this her eyes filled up with tears, dev squeezed her hand in assurance that nothing would happen

L: so basically you  think that he has returned with some hidden motive 

S: yes

D: mr sharma uske alawa i know some more things about him which may help with proofs .

l : what ?

  D: He used to live in Calcutta and every night he would pick up a girl for his desires, the girls would fall prey to his charm and the next day would regret his company. He would fulfill all his desires and record them, he would use the recordings to blackmail the girls for money. But this time in the case of your girlfriend he is obsessed with her. He can do anything to get a hold of her . According to the police reports, he has been arrested twice for murders.  Earlier his name was Happy singh, the most wanted gangs leader. After being arrested, he escaped the jail and under went a plastic surgery and changed his name to Jatin arora, he killed the head of the arora company , and took his place claiming to be his son as , Mr arora's wife had already died a year ago and his son is right now in U.S.A unaware of the happenings

L: arey aapney toh mera kaam asaan kar diya, now all i  need to do is fight the case

D: exactly, mere paas yeh kuch documents k photocopy hain which may be handy

L: hmm, show me

He hands him the documents who then goes through them

L: main aapko kal subah tak court k hearing  time bata hoon, till then be safe aur mere fees...

D: fees ki chinta na kariye aap, i will send them once we win the case

L: sounds fair but advance..

D: yeh lo aapke advance

saying so he took his leave and went to his car

D: sona its only 8 lets go and have a dinner together

S: uhm okey , main bs mom ko call karke bata deti hoon

D: hmm

she calls her mom while dev drives to a nearby classy restaurant. He leads her to one of the tables at the far corner and pulls  out a chair for her . He sits opposite to her and takes her hand in his

D: sona dont worry everything will be fine just trust me my love

S: i know dev and thats why i am not worrying now

D: good, so what would you like to have

S: chineese

He calls the waiter and places their order, the two of them were chatting when a young girl came and stood in front of them, the two  of them look up 

D: yes miss who are you

G: dev how could you forget me, it me Rashi, remember we met in goa and had a extremelly awsome time when you know you girlfriend went a way angry

D: sorry, but i guess you're mistaking me, i am meeting you for the first time

R: dev tum bhi na , kitney acche mazzak karte ho, remember we met near the falls when you girl was away

Sona was staring at dev , waiting for an answer

D: sona trust me i dont know her

S: i trust you dev

she turns towards the girl and

S: excuse me, miss rashi, will you please clarify which date it was 

R: well it was..uhm.... 2nd of this month

S: oh really, but at that time  me and dev met at the  goa party

R: oh then it must be the 4 of this month , i am really bad at dates

S: you sure are, because on the 4 th of this month me and dev were roaming around the state ,and shopping 

R: it must have been the....

S: shut up and tell me who told you to this act

S: are you sure because if i were you , i wouldnt have lied cause you don't know me yet

she said rotating her fist , rashi gulps down on her dry throat and then

R: uhm, it was .. his name was jatin, yeah his name was jatin arora, , he said that this was a part of a film and since i love acting since childhood i fell for the trap, i guess he cheated on me, i am really sorry , it was so unintentional

S: hmm its okey but be alert next time, this could have destroyed any relation

R: yeah , i am sorry , i will take you leave 

saying so she left the two at peace. There order arrives and both of them have their dinner after which , dev drops her back and leaves  for home.

The next morning, a letter was there at his door step , he opened it and saw that the court proceeding were to start from tomorrow at 10 am. He messaged sonakshi and left for work. The news was full of the discussions related to this case , and eventually sonakshi's friends as well as his friends got to know about the problem. They made them understand why they didnt tell them that day itself , the latter understood and said that they too would be present in the court tomorrow.

Riya and nikki on knowing the whole truth were cursing that jatin, uff happy singh and were regretting bringing him home that day
