Rolling my eyes I walked down the hall to my apartment. It's currently five am and I had an appointment with my parents at nine. I groan and throw open the apartment door after pulling my keys out of the door. Locking the door I walk into my bed room and threw off my heels.

I'm exhausted as fuck. I sat in front of my vanity and wiped my face clean of makeup and yanked off my falsies. Good riddance. I shed my clothes and walked into my walk in closet going to the back where I keep my pajamas, grabbing a night gown I throw it on and let my curls flow loose from my ponytail.

At last I collapse in bed and let sleep over take me.

I'm woken by banging on my apartment door. I shuffled awake and look around. When did I get home? I grab my black silk robe from behind my door wrap it around me then go to answer the door.

"Mrs. Pearson. Your parents instructed me to come fetch you. Your late for the meeting," I groan. They sent their driver Robert to fetch me? That's weak as fuck!

"What time is it Robert?" I yawned.

"Ten thirty ma'am."

"It's to damn early for this. I'll call them."

He shook his head, "Sorry Mrs. Pearson. They instructed me to not leave without you."

I wave him off.

"Fine if you must. Just let me get ready," I roll my eyes and shut the door in his face. Man why do my parents have to be mad annoying?

I trudge back to my room and draw a shower with cool water. At heated times like this it's best to hop in the shower and get a cool bath. Before hopping in though I scrolled through my phone.

Ignoring the calls from my parents I dial back Josie connect my phone to my Alexa and hop in the shower, "Eliza! Where did you disappear to last night?"

Her voice filled my bathroom, being project through the Alexa, "dude I don't even fucking know! One minute I was in the club the next I'm waking up in my bed, alone at that!" I yell over the sound of my shower.

"That's mad annoying yo. Mila keeps on saying how you were with her all night. Even commented on your insta photo."

I shake my head and add shampoo to my thick curly locks, "Man I saw that! I just ignored it. She's a crazy jawn," I let the shampoo soak in my hair and start on shaving my legs.

"I don't even know why you fuck with her."

"Dude, she looks hella good in photos! Like fuck she makes me look even better if possible!"

Josie scoffs on the other line, "Eliza you need to drop her!"

I finish on half my leg and move to the other,"I know, I know. Eventually."

"Shit, if you know then do it."

I sigh. Finishing up shaving my legs I rinse my hair," Hey Josie. I'll call you later. I need to finish up this shower then go see my parents."

"Ok, see you later bitch."

"See you later hoe."

"Elizabeth Pearson! We are sick and tired of this little facade you are putting on!" My mother bangs her hands on the table.

"Keira, calm down now honey," mother looks at father.

"Don't you tell me to call down I will calm down when our daughter gets in her right mind that she is all we have to pass down our company to!" Mothers face turns a shade of red. Of course her skin is quite fair so she turns red at any sign of anger or embarrassment.

"Keira sit down!" Father yells at mother, "Elizabeth, your mother and I aren't going to be around forever," I roll my eyes. God I hope they won't , "whenever we are gone we want you to be taken care of. That's why we have appointed someone to take care of your money. A financial block has been placed on all your accounts," I sit up in my chair.

"What!? I can take care of my money myself!"

My father shakes his head, "miss Katelynn Andrews here is now in charge of all of your assets," a girl with blonde hair walks through the big double doors, "she is a financial student in our banking department brought in for an internship. For the next six months Katelynn will be monitoring your money use. If you would like to purchase something you will need to contact her. She is going to show you the best and efficient way to spend your money. With that saying she will be staying with you in your apartment to do so."

My eyes bulged.

"You can't have some stranger stay with me in my apartment! It's my living space!" I stand up with my hands flat on the desk. They can't be doing this.

"We can and we will Elizabeth," my mother cuts in, "we have done a back ground check on Miss Andrews, she is clean of course."

"No! I don't need some baby sitter!"

"Yes that's exactly what you need a baby sitter! It is not your apartment we pay for it. Therefore it is our apartment. You will give Miss Andrews the spare bedroom, if you deny it you will be cut off. Is that understood?" I looked from my mother to the blonde still standing at the door.

"Yes, it's understood."

"It's only six months Elizabeth," my father reassures me.

"Unless you do something that makes you need a baby sitter longer." my mother chimes in.

I grind my teeth.

"Is that all?" They shake their head.

"Our driver Robert will be your driver for the next six months also. Anywhere you two go, Robert will also go," father says.

"Understood?" My mother asked in her stern voice.

I nod my head.

"She said do you understand Elizabeth?" My father speaks louder.

"I understand," I raise my voice and look up at them.

"Do not raise your tone at me!" My mother strikes back.

"You are free to leave Elizabeth," my father dismisses me. I turn on my heels and walk out with the girl hot on my heels.

As we get in the elevator I lean against the railing and look at her, "Don't think I'm going to be nice to you just because you're my freakin babysitter as my parents put it. Your just another dumb Jawn." I let my ghetto Brooklyn accent seep in.

"I wouldn't expect anything less."

She spoke for the first time and I just dismissed her.
