It was finally July 1st. The Weasley kids would be arriving today. I cleared up Ginny's (and now mine too) room and helped Molly make lunch. Then, we went to or rather apparated (I did side-along with Molly) to Kings Cross station to pick up everyone. We walked through the barrier of Platform 9 3/4; it felt like the wall never existed and that it was just an illusion.

We waited for a minute or two and then I heard it. The rumbling of the moving train and it's loud whistle, as the large scarlet train halted at the station. Within seconds, students of all ages started pouring out. The sound of friends and family hugging each other, screeches of owls and kids asking their friends to write letters filed the air.

And then I saw it. 5 red haired heads, a bushy brown hair, and a jet black messy back hair. Harry greeted Molly and Arthur, looked at me and went to the Dursleys. Hermione did the same but went to her parents. The 5 ginger haired Weasley kids looked at me then looked at their mum. "This is Cassie. She is staying at our home for the past few months. Let's get going. You can meet her properly once we reach home", Mrs. Weasley ushered us to the floo network on the platform and flooed to the burrow. I went first, but before I could get out the fireplace in the Burrow, Ginny fell on top of me. I gave out a huff and before I could get up, Fred and George fell on top of me and Ginny. I groaned and we all laughed. "Can you guys get of me? It's like a Hippogriff fell on me", I said. We all got off the floor and I shook each of their hands. "I'm Cassie Smith. I have been here in the Burrow since mid-November, and I'll join Hogwarts this September for my fifth year."

"I'm Ginny. I'm going in to my 3rd  year. And those idiots right there-"

"Hey" The twins told in unison.

"-Are Fred and George."

By then Ron, Percy and Molly had already arrived. Everyone except Molly had gone upstairs to unpack their trunks. Ginny asked me to follow her and so I did. While she unpacked we talked. "So, where were you studying before this? And why did you leave mid-November?" My mind went blank. What should I say? "Oh. Well... I was homeschooled but then had to leave due to um- problems" I said. I did not want to use the cliché Beauxbatons; also because the Triwizard Tournament was this year and I did not want anyone asking me questions about Beauxbatons School.

I went to Ron and asked about the Sirius Black situation, but left out the part that I had written the letter. He said everything about how Sirius was innocent and how they tried the 'stupefy' charm sent by an anonymous letter. They had unfortunately missed to hit Peter with the spell and he had escaped. He also added that Sirius is free. I promised that I would not tell anyone about Sirius' escape and then went to Ginny's room.  

After that we just talked and the day soon came to an end. I had the most fun with Fred and George and we soon became great friends. Ginny, Fred and George quickly warmed up to me because we were technically under the same roof and saw each other too often. One day, Mrs. Weasley called me downstairs and asked me how many stamps are needed to send a letter to Privet Drive. I said that I had never posted a letter but that 1 or 2 would do fine. Arthur handed me an envelope or rather it looked like a collage of stamps. I tried to hold in a laugh as to not offend them. I told them that it is fine but I ended up removing a few of the stamps.

Later that day I was hanging out in the twin's bedroom. Fred went under his bed and took out a box, then pulled out a toffee from it. "Try it" he said. "No way in hell am I trying something you guys give me. What is it by the way?"

Fred started, "This my dear Cass," "is a ton-tongue toffee" George completed. They quickly warmed up to me because we were technically under the same roof and saw each other too often.

They then went into telling me about how they want to start a joke shop and sell these products there. They told me about pranks they did, and I shared some ideas too. I was careful to avoid in telling them any details that I was not supposed to know or something to happen in the future. I was happy even though I was far away from home.

Today was the day that we were going to Privet Drive to pick up Harry. I could also go along with Fred, George, Ron and Arthur. I got up from bed and rubbed the sleep out my eyes. Ginny was still asleep. That's when I remembered; the electric fireplace! I went to Mr. Weasley in the living room and told him about the electric fireplace that the Dursleys had at their home. I really did not want to get stuck in a Chimney. Thus, we decided to take the Night Bus.

I went to take a shower. After I was done I changed into a black hoodie and white pants. I went to Molly so that she could put a drying spell on my hair, when I noticed it. My hair was blue; an electric blue. From the roots till the tip of my hair, it was blue. It didn't look too bad but still it did not suit me. I knew exactly who did it.

"FRED! GEORGE!" I screamed. The two devils came to the room, chuckling. "What can we do for you, oh blue haired one?" The twins said as they bowed dramatically. "Turn it back?" I asked.

"Nope, we can't do that now can we George?"

"Absolutely not Fred. It will go back to normal after a day. Or two. Or three."

"Ugh. Next time you decide to colour my hair, colour it red. It'll match you guys", I said and gave them a smile as I walked away. We waited for Mr. Weasley and then he called the Night Bus. After listening to Stan Shunpike annoyingly, we got into the bus. The bus went too fast. I ended up falling onto the floor, resulting in a laughing fit from Ron and the twins. After a rather fast ride, we reached in front of 4 Privet Drive; we got out the bus. I knew what was going to happen from seeing Fred and Georges' identical mischievous grins.

I knocked on the door and Vernon Dursley's huge mass greeted me. "Who are you?" he asked. I gave a fake smile and said, "We're here to save Harry from this place. I hope he has packed his trunk." And that is how we got inside collected Harry and went back home. (In the night bus again unfortunately.)

During the ride, I was next to Harry who was next to Ron. I took this as a perfect opportunity and introduced myself. I shook his hand and then said, "Hi. I'm Cassie Smith. I've been with the Weasleys only since mid-November and that is why you have never seen me. Ever." The rest of the journey we all talked and before we knew it, we were home.
