I open my mouth to speak but nothing comes out of it. Snowstar steps in, "You were not allowed to come in here without my permission!"

"You've been in here basically sense we got home!" She speaks

"So does it matter to you?" I retort

She sulks out of his den.

"Who was that?" I say

"Dawnflight," he says.

I stay in here the whole night, well he basically invites me to sleep in here.

He wakes me up in the morning and we head out of the den to grab the others. Snowstar went to get Blackflame and Dawnflight while I go get Frostpaw.

"Frostpaw wake up!" I whisper trying to not wake the other apprentice.

Frostpaw yawns and rubs her eyes, "Yes Stripedleaf?"

"We are going to see something amazing, Blackflame is coming too! So get up!"

I extend my hand to help her up, she grabs in and we run out, "Here!"

It's been so long sense I've been there I'm surprised I remember the way, so many battles have been fought. I lead the way, no one knows what I'm leading them to, only I do. But's that's the point of a surprise right! I think Dawnflight is over what happened last night, she seems in a pretty good mood. I mean no one knows but Snowstar and I that I slept in there last night. We cross the territory line and I think they got a little nervous, they probably didn't know they could go pass it, I mean know one has figured out how big this "arena" is, we don't even know if it is an arena for Starclans sake. I don't plan on figuring out honestly. I have not gotten any signs from Starclan in awhile. But then again in the books sometimes they went on for ages without any signs. I really hope they like it. My face heats up as I think about it. SNowstar walks up behind me, "What's wrong Stripedleaf?"

"I'm really nervous you won't like it."

"We would not have traveled this far if we wouldn't think we would not have liked it, just keep going!" Snowstar pats me on the back and keeps walking.

I could sense that they were wondering were I was bringing then. I never really noticed how far out here all if this was, when I was building it it didn't seem that far. I see the willow tree in the distance, but I suspect they don't noticed, maybe it's because I basically spent all my time here I just automatically see it.

"Are we about there?" Frostpaw whines.

"Shut your mouth Frostpaw, you better be honored to come in this patrol," Blackflame hisses.

Up here I silently laugh, were about there, but I decide to let Frostpaw wonder. Everyone says 'Make life interesting' I think the creators of this "game" have accomplished that. They definitely have made my life a lot more interesting. Were would I be now if I wasn't here? Nowhere? In school? I've definitely learned a lot here, much more than in school probably? How ling do we have to stay here? I bet I'm not the only one wondering that. Finally I stop.

"We are here," I stop and smile at them.

I push the vines branches away as I walk in. They follow.

"There is a limb for all of you, explore."

I go to the statue figure of all of us and grip it tightly, was this what I was supposed to do? What happens if this was the wrong thing to do? Snowstar walks up behind me, "What's this?"

I jump in surprise I turn around and meet his eyes, I stutter, " It's a statue of you guys..."

Why was I so worried about telling him? I mean he is my mate.

"Stripedleaf look around you, this isn't the end yet, I hope you realize your a great influence to the clan, I mean you've broken the warrior code to save me, for me to be your mate. and yourself, that takes courage. A lot of courage. As a leader I'm glad to be with you Stripedleaf. Dawnflight and I were talking a few nights ago, she asked if we needed to limit you, I said she knows what she is doing. Dawnflight really loves you you know, she is just worried about you. We don't really know this game yet, no one has had time to figure it out, I think you have the courage to do just that. We are all scared, deep inside, even you. But that's part of human nature isn't it? Your going to talk at the gathering tonight, show everyone what you have."

I totally forgot about the gathering tonight, but I got to give it what I have, it feels like the world depends on it now!

He backs off to explore the tree, I wonder what will happen at the gathering...

We walk to the gathering place at the Great Rock. Snowstar and I went over what to do multiple times, he sulks into his crowd of warriors and I walk on top of the Great Rock. This will be a moment to remember.

As the other clans arrive the topic is why am I up here and not Snowstar? They will see soon enough.

"Why is Stripedleaf up there?" One says.

Even the other leaders were confused, but I kept my head up.

All the leaders do there reports and then Jaggedstar nervously asks me to speak, I take a deep breath and start, "Were is Snowstar you ask, well he is down there with his clanmates letting me speak here tonight. Starclan did not invite me to stand up here, or speak, Snowstar allowed me to. I want you all to consider this. I mean isn't it obvious someone is always watching us? I mean heck, were probably on TV back in the real world, but how can we get back? No one knows, and they won't tell us? Why aren't we allowed to say our real names, they don't want us to meet in real life. Guys, they planned this, and they did it very well. But not well enough. Don't you guys see, this is all planned, there manipulating your heads. There going to pick us off one by one. If you haven't noticed your elders are watching you every step. If you were smart enough you would have figured it out by now. Were are the cameras? I haven't seen any, it's because our elders are the people who run this! Think about it, one in each clan, all the rest of us are placed somewhere else. They have to edit the game, so they need inside information, how they do it? They are in our clans! Let them be in our clans, they can do whatever they wish, but trust me, they will be punished after I'm done here. So creators," I face were the elders are crowded, "why not you show your real self? Why is this happening? Everyone we are betrayed, we are not going to let them take over us, don't let them. Our stars in the real world has always shined, here they just started. This is a sign for all the clans that one day we will escape, keep your hope up, it's what makes us human isn't it? Are they trying to not make us human? Are they trying to manipulate the world? After there done here they will do something else? If and when we got out, we wouldn't be the same! No one would think right! This will be stopped, even if I have to risk my life for it," I raise my voice a bit, "You will not manipulate us! You won't take over us! Getting rid of hope doesn't make us human anymore, it makes us hopeless fox-hearts. They are trying to make us hopeless by keeping us stuck here. High hopes people, I will get all of us out of here, I promise."

I look up at they sky then back down at my shoes. Did I really just do that? But then I feel a surge of pride, in the real world people heard my speech. My parents would be proud. I speak from my heart. The meeting was dismissed. Snowstar quickly rushes me into his den straight when we get home.

"Stripedleaf! You did amazing!" He boasts

I blush, "Thanks Snowstar, it was nothing!"

He walks up to me and kisses me, god I love it.

"Would you like to accompany on my journeys next year?" I ask.

"It would be mu pleasure," he smiles

I wasn't going just yet, I had things to figure out at home, I have things to protect here, we aren't safe, hopefully I gave people a bit of hope. I head to my nest...

I wake up in a forest. How could I guess this was going to happen.

"Amanda?"

It sounded like my mothers voice, but wasn't it impossible? I head towards the voice. Then I see her, my beloved mother.

"Mom!" I screamed as I run up and hug her. It hit me I really missed her, very badly.

"You spoke very well today, I'm very proud of you." She said

I smile, right now I don't feel like I have to be the strongest for everyone, I feel like the little kid I was.

"Darling, don't worry anymore, I believe in you, I've watched you every step of the way, you have a chunk of the puzzle figured out. You will learn in all good time, trust me."

I nod and stare at her, "Hows everything going in real life?" I ask

"It's all good," she laughs a bit, "It would be better with you there."

"Mom, I'm sorry I got suspended, this was all my fault..."

"No, Amanda, this has made you stronger than ever. You are saving these poor people! By the way, Snowstar is a good person."

She said Snowstar, she didn't specify his actual name, "How did you get here?"

"Actually I'm in there headquarters right now, they are keeping all the parents here, some of them went crazy. They said after my speech I could talk to you."

They knew I was going to give a speech? Suspicious.

"I have to go now, goodbye.."

"Wait no!" I scream as she faded away. I was heart broken, they let me have a short visit, but only to take her away. Then I see someone new in the forest walking towards me.

"Hello, I am Snowstar's father, I came here to tell you to tell him, I loved him no matter where he is..."

I wake up in my own den. I streak out of my den into Snowstar's den. I collapse next to him crying. He wakes up and looks at me, "What happened?"

"I had a dream," I stuttered, " I saw my mother I earned some information, but they took her away from me..."

I start crying even more as I spoke, "Your father also came, he said to tell you he loves you no matter were you are at..."

I lifted me up and set me on his lap, he stroked my hair and comforted me.

"Why now Snowstar? Why did they choose now to leave me heartbroken?"

"They chose now because they are scared of you Stripedleaf. They think they can make you helpless by talking you mother away from you after a long time of not seeing her. Rise above them, don't let them win."

Those words set me at ease. I swear he held me all night. That shows me he cares about me. He knows me better than I think. But he is right, we do have to rise above them if we are ever going to jump the obstacles. We have to rise above there tricks to break us. From now on we are the light in peoples eyes, we will change how people think, and we will do it together.
