She couldn't admit to herself that Kunboss' death - Zoey's death - and even their rebirth - were in vain. She couldn't admit to herself that she had caused it. So she wanted to find a solution. 

"Linking arms wouldn't be a symbol of unity." Because she knew. They really had to unite to fix the problem which probably wasn't a problem anymore. 

The only way to fix this was a rebellion. An uprising. 

Was I ready for that? No. But with them by my side, definitely.
