ZARA'S POV:

From this very morning I was getting a weird vibes ,feeling restless as if something was going to happen.Good or bad ,had no idea .Just getting a instinct that something was on the way for me.

But nothing happened in whole day.The day passed away normally like the other day.But who had idea that my instinct was going to prove right before the ending of this day.

It was 8 pm.Khusbu and I was busy in our studies while Misha was busy with her phone .

"Zara,Your phone is vibrating.Maybe someone is calling you.Pick it up." Misha informed me.

"I am studying right now.Whoever it is,I will call back later."I replied,my eyes were still on my book.

Shortly after,a sudden sound from the balcony caught our attention.We all turned our head sharply towards the balcony.

"Did you hear that?"Khusbu asked where Misha and I nodded.

"I will go and check."Khusbu rose from her chair.

"Be careful."I warned her.She gave me a nod and went into the stepped out to the balcony .

Soon she came back,holding a rock that was wrapped with paper.

"There was nothing there except this wrapped stone.It seems ,Someone threw this intentionally in the balcony."She said while unwrapping the stone.

"Zara,there's a message written for you."Khusbu said after reading the paper.

"What?For me?"I rose from my seat and took the paper from her hand .

"Zara,Come to the balcony."that was written on that paper.

We three quickly stepped out to the balcony to check.

The balcony of our room was situated at the back side of the house.From the balcony we could see the jungle view and a non constructed deserted road which was between our house and the jungle.

We glanced outside on the road to see who threw this paper.But there was no one to be seen.

Suddenly a bunch of ballons came from down to up, making us surprised.All the ballons were in heart shape.

There was a chit hanging with the ballons.I took the chit and read it.

"Zara,Come at the back side garden"that message was written.

"Who can send this to me?"I mused.

I decided to check what the matter was.

"Where are you going,Zara?"Khusbu asked ,blocking my path.

"To see who has sent this to me."I replied.

"No need to go there.We don't know who the person is.It can be risky .So, don't go out and stay in the room.Infact we should inform our elders when they return home from the function."Khusbu adviced me.

"Don't worry.Nothing will happen to me."I said and walked out of the room.

Through the back door,I came to the back side garden.

I glanced around the place but couldn't find anyone.My heart was bating fast in fear,I was sweating.

"Hello,Is anybody there?"I asked but got no reply.

"Zar,No need to show your bravery.Go back inside before you fall in deep trouble."I whispered to myself and turned to walk away.

Right that moment , someone called my name from behind.My heart skipped a beat out of fear.

I slowly turned around to see the person and it was none other than Aabir.He was standing a few feets away from me with a broad smile on his face.

"Aabir, You're here?At this time?"I was surprised.

Without giving any reply to my question ,he passed me a smile and showed me a message that was written on a white paper board,keeping over his chest.

I read it.

"We were from different parts of the world.Luck,fate,destiny or whatever you want to call it,we met.Because we had to"

He turned the next page, taking a step towards me.

"From when we met, we hardly talk with eachother.Infact most of the time we used to quarrel that too without any reason.Then we become friend"

He took another step as he flipped the next page.

"Then I realize whatever between us not only friendship . Something beyond that."

He keep turning the pages and a message was written on every page.My heart beat was increasing along with his every steps.

"Before I met you, I was not familiar with the feelings that I have with you. But now I came to know what that feeling is."

"I wish I could explain how I feel when I'm with you.I wish I could explain how your smile makes my heart skip a beat "

He flipped the page.

"You become the person who enters my life out of nowhere and suddenly means the world to me."

"I want to say many things to you.But that will not end in this small night.So I just want to say ......" that was written at the last page.

By this time Aabir was standing in front me.I was just looking at him with puzzled expression on my face.

"ZARA,I LOVE YOU ."He said as he knelt down on one knee and offered a rose to me.

His words baffled me.I wasn't expecting this kind of surprise or would be better to say shock.

"Is it a dream?Did he just say he love me?"I asked to myself in mind.

But I was in my senses enough to know that it wasn't a dream I was having.

"A-Aabir.You're kidding,right?"I asked with a forced smile.

"No,I am not."He said with a smile,standing back on his feet.

I was quiet for a minute or two,trying to comprehend the situation.And he was just looking straight into my eyes as waiting for my reaction.

I was so shocked that I didn't know how to react or what to say.

"Say something ,Zara."Aabir said .

"I don't know what I should say.I mean You..love m-me ...that is something I never expected ."I spoke .

"I know it's hard for you to believe it but I meant each and every word that I said.I love you Zara! A very very much."He said and his words sounded so honest to me.

"Aabir, I respect your feelings but I have always seen you as a friend.I have no such feelings for you nor can I have.We can be good friends , nothing more than that."I tried to explain but it wasn't easy.I didn't want to hurt his feelings.

The way he was looking into my eyes,I was hesitating to continue.But I had to.

I took a deep breath and continued."Aabir, I am sorry but I don't love you."I said and turned to left to escape from this awkward situation.

When I turned to move away ,he caught my wrist out of the blue and pulled me towards him .

"Aabir,What are you doing?"I was shocked.

Before I could draw my wrist away,He put his hands around my waist and pulled me more closer to him.

I collided with his hard chest and for the first time,I noticed his features closely.He was really very handsome and charming.He has mesmerizing dark brown eyes under his tousled hair,high-bridged nose and his soft sharp lips which was very attractive and captivating.He definitely has a ability to make anyone forget how to breath.Now I understood why all the girls of our college drool over him.

"Are you sure that you don't like me?You never felt anything for me?"Aabir asked in a whisper tone,close to my ear.

I shook my head as an reply.

"Isn't your heart beating fast, coming close to me?"He asked.

"N-No."I said but the truth was that it was beating uncontrollably and he knew it.

I could see it in his smirk.

His hand slide down the side of my face in a warm caress and ran a finger down my cheek in a soft caress that increased my pulse.

"When I touch you, don't you feel anything?"He asked .

"No."I answered.

"Don't you see anything in my eyes for you?"he asked again , looking straight into my eyes.

I got lost in his deep mesmerizing eyes that I couldn't utter a single word.

His troubled gaze came back to my face,pacing from my eyes to my lips.And slowly he leaned over to kiss me.

Just then I got my senses back.I reminded myself that this couldn't happen and he had to be stop.

Before he could attach his lip with mine,I leaned back and planted both my hand on his shoulder to push him away.And I successfully did , making him stumble on his feet.

"Are you out of your mind?W-What were you trying to do?"I shouted.

"I'm telling you for the last time.Get that in your head.I don't love you.I really don't."I said aloud and ran off, didn't even dare to look back for once.

Finally Aabir confessed his love though Zara didn't accept his love😢for now.But who knows the future,right?
