(Stevens pov)

          Me and connie had woken up and had our breakfast. "You ready to go?" I asked connie as i summoned my shield. "Yeah lets do this!" Connie yelled as she summoned her rapier. We head off towards the valcano fighting monster after monster making our way towards the valcono. As we went further it got hotter but we pushed through and eventually we made it to the valcano and there was a small heard of monsters that weren't that big then connie looked at me and said "you scour the perimeter of the valcano and look for the gem I'll hold these things off" i listened to what she said and started looking for the gem and after running for a few minutes, I found it.
          I took another step but a large monster with red claws one eye and wings appeared so I reacted quickly and threw my shield but I missed and I only grazed it's face. The monster charged at me so i used my floating powwrs to jump at a tree and then push myself off of it at high speed. As I dashed at the monster I summoned my spike bubble and when i collided with the monster it got poofed. I walked over to it's gem then sent it back to the temple. I walked over to the gem that was powering the valcano, it was too high to reach so i jumped up and grabbed onto it and pulled it out then i grabbed onto another part of the mountain to keep myself stable.
          When I put my hand down in the hole where the gem was I heard a weird click and then I noticed that a cracked green gem with a rose quartz bubble around it came out of the hole, i grabbed it and i jumped down and i decided that the gem couldn't be corrupted because their is a difference between a cracked gem and a corrupted gem. I decided to pop the bobble, when the bubble popped the gem reformed but he had alot of weird scars and ceacks in his body and his eyes were pools of white. Without thinking i liked my hand and put it on the gem on the back of his right hand and then his form was fixed.

(Prasiolite's pov)

          All of a sudden I reformed and before I could react this little boy licked his hand and put it on my cracked gem and all of a sudden I was healed. I looked at the boy and said "thank you umm what gem are you?" I asked and he said "well my name is steven but i have my mother's gem" he responded as he lifted his shirtnand pointed at a rose quartz gem "ROSE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU!!?" I screamed

(Stevens pov)

          I looked at the green man, he had jet black hair was around 6 feet tall had one eye that was pure white and had a thick black circle around it and he wore a green trenchcoat with furry cuffs (look at the picture above). I asked "you know who my mom is" he looked at me confused and said "your mom?" Raising an eyebrow and then i asked "wait do you know who garnet, amethyst, and pearl are?" He nodded and said "well if you follow me i can take you to them and they will help me explain this" he nodded again and then followed me when i ran off to go get connie

(Connie's pov)

          I was fighting off the hoard of monsters waiting for steven to get back. They were all weak but their numbers made them hard to hold back and it didn't help that I needed to bubble every gem I poofed. Then, suddenly I see steven running towards me with a mysterious green man "who is that!?" I asked but he replied "I'll explain later for now just run to the warp pad!!" And we started running as fast as we could and in 10 minutes flat we reached it and warped back to the temple to be continued....
