Chapter 3
*My POV*
Violet and I have made it to the safe house, and are preparing for a long night of rest.
"By the way Violet. I was on my way home when I met you.
My house is located by the Ohara Lake in Canada. There's no zombies there, so I thought you'd like to live with me." I said thoughtfully
"Yes. There's no one I'd rather be with, than you Sugar. She replied, smiling
We kissed passionately and snuggled together.
Timeskip: the next morning
*Violet's POV*
We were on our way to Memorial Bridge, and I couldn't be happier.
Not only was I beginning to return to normal, but I would be living in a safe place, with nobody except Garath, my one sweetheart.
Everything was fine, until a thunderous roar broke the silence
*My POV*
Violet and I looked behind us and saw trouble. Big trouble.
It was a zombified T-rex that had been following me.
"Oh-no, not you again!" I said angrily
"You know that thing?" Violet asked.
"Yes. That T-rex has been following me for almost a week." I said sternly.
The T-rex snapped at Violet, but I caught it by the head and slammed it onto the ground.
"I'll handle this." I said as the T-rex scrambled to its feet.
"Alone? Are you crazy?" Violet asked fearfully.
"I'll catch up to you later. Go!" I replied, encouraging Violet to run.
*Violet's POV*
Garath was about to fight a zombified T-rex, so that I could escape.
"I'll catch up to you later. Go!" He said, encouraging me to run.
I looked at him hopefully, tears welling up in my eyes again.
I didn't want to lose him, but we both knew I wouldn't stand a chance against that beast.
"Please, don't leave me. I don't want to be alone anymore." I said sadly as I took off running.
*My POV*
Violet took off running in the direction of the next safe house.
"Don't worry. I won't let you down." I said calmly.
The T-rex snapped at me, but I was too quick and managed to dodge him.
I stared my enemy in the eye with hatred.
"Now it's just you and me, baby." I said coldly as I drew my katana.
The T-rex tried to snap at me again, but this time, I rolled out of the way and jumped onto his head.
While standing on top of the T-rex's head, I turned my sword over, and drove it straight into his brain.
The dinosaur roared in pain and shook its head furiously until it finally died.
I flipped through the air and landed on the ground, staring at my fallen rival.
"Go back to Hell, and never come back." I said coldly as I walked away.
