When I heard those words, my heart broke.

This is for a while

I know u married for money

Remembering those words brought more pain to me. How can he think of me like that? What does he mean by all those things. ? I mean nothing to him. So finally my life is spoiled. Don't I deserve happiness.?

I cried a lot listening to all those things. The nerves in my head are getting heavy. My heart want to jump out my body due to pain. I don't even want this. I wanted the time to run back. I didn't expect this from him.

After a while. I started thinking. Should I do what he said? Or should I give a chance to this marriage.? What should I do now. While thinking I really wanted someone's advice. The only name that crossed my head is Icha. Yes she is my best friend. She is everything to me after my family. After a battle with my mind and heart I dialed her number.

" Who the hell is at this time? " she shouted. For her, sleep is so precious.

" It's me Mayuri. Sorry to disturb u at this time. " I said.

" What happened.? " she asked panicked.

" How do u know something happened.? " I asked.

" Because u called at this time and I can sense pain in your voice. " she said. Did I tell you all that she is mind reader.

" Yes. " I said.

" Spill it out. " she said.

" I got married. " I said.

" What? " she screamed. Then I narrated everything. Even what Jai said.

" That idiot. " she said.

" Now what should I do? " I asked her.

" Okay. Sweety let's meet at cafe tomorrow. Then we will talk in detail. Now sleep. Whatever happens. I will be with u. " she said.

" I know that. Bye. " I said.

I tried to sleep. But it is miles away from me. I don't know what to do.

While thinking what happened in the PAST, I don't know when I drifted into sleep.

Jai POV:

I woke up when sun rays started poking me. I got up from the bed. I realised that I am not in my room. Then everything came back to my senses. Now I need to forget everything and focus only on my business. With that I walked to my room to get ready.

When I entered my room, I saw her sleeping on my bed like a kid. She is really adorable in the sleep. She cuddled just like a kid. I went to her. I couldn't resist I was about kiss her forehead. Then senses hit me. I moved back. This is like a death to me.

I took my clothes and walked to wash room. When I came out she was not there. Probably went to next room. After taking few important calls I went down to see my uncle sitting near dinning table. He was actually laughing. The reason is that girl. I don't even know her name.

" Oh Jai. Finally u came. Come have this awesome breakfast. If u make it late. I will eat everything. " he said. I took my seat. And started having breakfast. That is for sure the best I ever had.

" Uncle. U must say The chef to do like this every day. " I said while taking one more parata.

" No no. Your wife did this. Now that she heard u. She will definitely do. " he said. I dropped the parata.

" Oh. Uncle. I have important meetings. I will get going. " I said.

" What? But u have to go to temple. " he said.

" That's fine uncle. It's enough if I am there. Let him go. " she spoke. He nodded. I went out. Then behind me a maid came and gave me a box.

" What is this.? " I asked.

" Lunch for u sir. Ma'am gave it. " he said.

" No need of it. " I pushed it away. And got into the car.

I went to office. I started working. As I am new I mean for now. I had lot to do. I don't know how dad and uncle managed all this. In no time it was noon. I mean 3'o clock. I went to canteen to have food.

When I ate one bite. I wanted to throw it in dustbin. Oh God. I should have taken the lunch. I am such an idiot.

Mayuri POV:

When he said he liked it. I was more than happy. But when he dropped parata hearing it was me. My heart broke once again. He even returned the lunch. I thought I should get used to all this.

Later Uncle and myself left for the temple. There I met my family. I hugged all of them. Even Icha came. I was glad.

Icha and Mayuri. 👆

" Where is your husband? " she asked.

" He must be at work. Right? " bhai came. I nodded.

Aman. 👆

" Knowing everything why did u get her married to that stupid.? " she roared at him.

" Look. I was against it. " he said. They are always like Tom and Jerry.

" Now will u both stop this and be my strength.? " I asked dryly. They knew my situation than anyone else. I did some rituals.

After that I informed my uncle that I want to treat my friend. Bhai dropped us at MacD. My favorite.

" So what do u think I should do? " I asked.

" Mayu. To be Frank. I think he is devastated. See. He lost his parents. Forgot about past. Now his love also left him. In between because of business they made him and u get married. So I think u should give him hope again. Make him realise what love is? Be his strength. First of all u should be patient. Because it takes time to heel these wounds. Never give up. I will be with u. And u know the MAIN REASON, why I am telling to give this marriage a chance. " she said.

Yes she is right. If I was in that position may be even I will do the same.

" Thanks Icha. I love u. U are my best friend forever. " I said hugging her.

We went to shopping of course with my money. I do a part time job at designers company.

Then after enjoying a meal I went back home. Hope I will be able to win his heart.
