You have taken (Y/N) to central park so she can relax after the outburst at the court 

"thank you for taking me here" (Y/N) says relieved 

"well I do want to make sure that you are ok and a walk is much nicer with a friend but you actually mean girlfriend

"I really wish I had a normal childhood where my brother didn't get murdered but it's too late" (Y/N) says 

"at least you and your brother got on with you" you retort 

"I think someone is following us" she says but before she can act someone hits her over the head

"(Y/N)..." You call out as she hits the ground but you are cut short by the same man putting a cloth around your mouth and you can feel yourself fall unconscious.

Thirty minutes later you walk up to find yourself in a dully lit room tied to a chair 

"what am I doing here?" You mumble because you haven't fully come round 

"Ahh Mr Carisi your awake" The perp says as he approaches you 

"how do you know my name?" You snarl 

"this is how" he says placing a newspaper article with the headline hero cop saves girls from sex trafficking and a picture of you with one of the girls,   on a small table next to you 

"sound familiar?"

"You know I had help and the people that helped will find me" you say in the knowledge that he let (Y/N) go 

"I'm counting on it" he quips back 

"I'll be back" he leaves with the newspaper article

Ten minutes later and the perp is still gone and you are trying to free yourself but you stop because you hear footsteps but it's not the perp so you decide to call out but before you can you hear another set of footsteps so you change your mind

Two minutes later the perp has come back with a needle 

"just a little precaution" he says looking directly in your eyes. He places the needle on the table beside you 

"what can I do you tied me to the chair?" You reply 

"and I don't even know your name"

"It's Tom Morningstar I'm surprised you've forgotten and you should know what I do for a living since you arrested my boss" he responds with disdain.
