Marinette's POV:
  "It is hard to explain," Marinette blurts out.

"Explain, what?" Adrien asks.

      "Adrien I do not want you to hate me," Marinette says.

     "Mari, I could never hate you," Adrien says.

        Marinette sighs as she holds his hand which causes Adrien to wonder even more what troubles his girlfriend.

        "It just that I love you, but I also have feelings for Chat Noir," Marinette tells him.

       Adrien's POV:
        "Marinette, it okay because I love you, but have feelings for Ladybug as well," Adrien tells her.

      "So you are not angry?" Marinette asks.

    "No, I am happy to have your love," Adrien says.

           Marinette thinks it is a relief that Adrien is not upset with her. 

           Adrien in return is glad Marinette is not upset with him.  It seems they were both worried for nothing.

          Narrator's  POV:
             The two hear a loud crash and screams just then.  Adrien thinks great just for once I would like the day off from hero work.  Marinette sees his look of dismay after they hear the noises.

         "I better go hide, but you make sure to take cover too," Marinette tells him.

         "Yes, will do, my love," Adrien replies.  He waits for Marinette to duck behind the bakery counter, then he runs outside and calls out, "Plagg claws out!" He transforms.

         Chat Noir arrives at the scene only to notice that Ladybug is not there yet.  

              Meanwhile, Marinette hides behind the counter, and calls out, "Tikki spots on!" She transforms.  

             Ladybug exits the bakery and swings away to join in the battle. She hopes Chat does not get hurt again.  For some odd reason, she has dreams where he is hurt and takes days to recover. She has no idea what all this means.

          Chat Noir and Ladybug fight hard against the latest villain that Hawkmoth has akumantized.  

         This time it is a girl who calls herself  The Slimer she leaves piles of green slime everywhere she goes.  Somehow she looks familiar but they are not sure how.

       "Ladybug, Chat Noir hand over the miraculous now,"  The Slimer calls out! 

        "No," Ladybug remarks.

        "M'lady here is right,"  Chat Noir states.

           Ladybug sees the child villain about to blast Chat with some of her slimes. 

             "Oh,  not on my watch, kid!" Ladybug says. She stops the crook with a fist which results in her left hand getting all sticky.

            "Ladybug no! Your hand is all slimy," Chat Noir freaks out.

             "Lucky Charm!" Ladybug calls out.

               Ladybug gets a pair of gloves. The Slimer just laughs at the silliness of it all.

                  "Ha, you expect to defeat me with some lossy gloves?"  The Slimer mocks.

                      Ladybug charges at her and places the gloves over her hands.  As the child struggles to get free Chat Noir cataclysm's the stick she dropped.  

              The akuma escapes, Ladybug captures it, says "No more evil-doing for you nasty bug," and purifies it.  

           "Bye, bye little butterfly,  Miraculous Ladybug!"  Ladybug calls out.

                Ladybug and Chat Noir pound it. 

                Chat takes the little girl back home to the Bougerious hotel since he knows she is Chole's adoptive daughter.        

              Ladynoir's  POV:
                 Ladybug swings away, but before she can land on her balcony, Chat lands with a thud behind her on the roof to Alya's place.

                 "Bugaboo, it would be easier if we knew who we are behind the mask," Chat tells her as he holds onto her hands.

                "Sorry, Chat but no one can know our identities, not even us,"  Ladybug says.

                     Ladybug gives Chat a quick kiss on the cheek, then leaps away.

               Chat finds himself unable to move because  Ladybug kissed him.

                  Ladybug detransforms, but hears someone yelp as if they are in pain. 

      Marinette/Ladybug's POV:
         Marinette looks up to see Adrien Agreste on the roof of the bakery. She sees he is about to fall off.  She pulls her head back inside, glad Tikki is done with the cookie, and whispers, "Tikki spots on!"    

          Ladybug swings outside and lands right in front of the fear-stricken model. She holds onto him with her hand, then uses her other one to attach her yoyo to something.

            A few minutes later, Ladybug and Adrien land safely on the ground below the Dupain-Cheng place.  "Adrien, you have to be careful, and..." She begins to say.

             Adrien silences her by giving her a kiss. 

                "Thanks for saving my life, m'l- Ladybug,"  Adrien says.

                "You are welcome, A-Adrien," Ladybug mutters. She cups his face in her gloved hands, kisses his cheek, then pulls away.

                "See you later, handsome," Ladybug says, then swings away.

                      Adrien walks home with a smug look on his face. 

                     Ladybug lands back on the balcony, detransforms again, and enters her room.  

              Tikki's  POV:
                 Tikki smiles at her and says,  "Whoa, Marinette that was a close one."

                     Tikki thinks it is a good thing they did not find out the truth yet.  She knows they have to wait for Hawkmoth's defeat for this.

               "It sure was Tikki," Marinette says softly.

                  "Marinette, you are in love with Adrien and Chat," Tikki reminds her.

                      "I know," Marinette replies.

                     "Marinette you should pick just one boy, " Tikki remarks.

                      "It is so hard to choose between them.  Chat is so confident, hot, nice, and he has those eyes that seem to draw you in and those lips.  His lips look so inviting, then there is Adrien he is so sweet, heroic, always thinking of others, cute, and dreamy.  His eyes are so green and his lips so luscious," Marinette says.

                    Tikki shrugs her shoulders as she thinks goodness Marinette sounds like she has it bad for both Adrien and Chat.  She wishes she could tell her they are the same guy.  She can not since it is against the rules.

               Adrien and Plagg's  POV:
                  Back to Adrien and Plagg who are now inside Adrien's  bedroom, "Adrien, why did not you transform when you were about to fall off the roof?" Plagg asks.

                "It would have given away my identity and besides, Ladybug came so it is not that big of a deal," Adrien argues.

            "Yes, but you can not guarantee Ladybug will always be close by when you are in danger," Plagg argues back.

            "What is this about Plagg?" Adrien asks angrily.

             "Fine, you almost gave away your secret back there, kid," Plagg remarks.

                 "Yeah, but it would be worth it for love, right?" Adrien asks.

                  "Adrien, you love Marinette and Ladybug, but you date Marinette.  I say you need to be the most honest with your girlfriend," Plagg reminds him.

                  Adrien's  POV:
                     Adrien smiles as he realizes Plagg is right. He wonders though if Marinette would be upset if he told her he is Chat Noir.  Then, he recalls what Ladybug told him earlier and shakes his head.  No, he has to keep this a secret even from Marinette and that is the thing that troubles him the most.

             Plagg's  POV:
              Plagg feels bad for the boy who wishes to know the identity of the lady behind the mask, his partner, and best friend for the last four years almost five by now.  He also knows the boy will do anything for Marinette.  He sighs as he recalls that he can not even tell him the truth because it is against the rules.
