Marinette's POV:
          The next day, Marinette finishes up early at the bakery. Today is some holiday, though which one, she can not seem to remember.  All she knows is she did not have many customers drop by, so she closes earlier than usual.

       She finds herself with some free time, so she goes for a walk in the park. She sees Adrien is busy with his photoshoot and waves at him. She sighs when she recalls she left her sketchbook at home.

"Rats opportunity missed to get an awesome sketch of my boyfriend," Marinette says to herself.

    Ladybug's  POV:

     Marinette looks up when she hears a tree about to split in half. She panics when she sees Manon is in danger. She hides and quickly transforms into her alter ego, Ladybug.

   Ladybug grabs the child away to safety. She smiles at her as she says, "Be careful next time, kid."

"Thanks, Ladybug!" Manon says grateful the spotted hero saved her life.

       Manon runs off to play with some of her friends. She waves to Ladybug. 

        Ladybug waves bye to her then swings away.  She hides, detransforms, and waves to Adrien.    

    Marinette's POV:

        "Hi, Marinette, it is good to see you," Adrien says.

       "Adrien, why did you tell me your girlfriend was here?  We could have used an extra in some of the photos,"  The photographer, Vincent remarks.

        "Oh, it is okay, he did not know I was coming. I came by to surprise him since I finished work early,"  Marinette says.

        "Ah, yes, Miss Marinette Dupain-Cheng, but maybe someday will be Mrs. Marinette Agreste, huh?"  Vincent says in a teasing manner.

        Adrien and Marinette both blush at this point.  They look at each other as if to say who put him up to this?

       "Adrien, you may go now,"  Vincent says.

      Adrien's POV:
          Adrien smiles as he joins Marinette. The two walk with each other for a bit.  Eventually, then end up on a love lock bridge.  

        "Adrien, this is such a romantic spot," Marinette says.

        "Yes, I know," Adrien replies.

              Adrien's driver comes to pick him up and he invites Marinette to tag along. 

                 "I do not know, what if your father freaks out?"  Marinette states.

                 "Do not worry, I am sure he will be fine with it," Adrien remarks.

                    Adrien's  POV:
                 Marinette climbs in behind him glad she locked the bakery door and has her purse with her.   A few minutes later as Adrinette arrives at the mansion, they kiss, then get out and head inside together.

                     "Adrien, I do not recall saying you could have visitors over today,"  Gabriel remarks as soon as he sees them together.

                   "Father, let her stay, besides, she is my girlfriend and her folks are out of town," Adrien tells his dad.

                  "Fine, but she has to go home right after dinner," Gabriel remarks.  He frowns, scratches his head, and walks away.

                    Adrien grabs Marinette's hand and takes her to his room.  He closes the door once inside unsure what to do next.  

                 "Ooh, how about we play fooseball?" Marinette asks.

                "Sure thing," Adrien replies.

                  Adrien and Marinette have a blast with this and play two rounds.  Then, they play a few rounds of Mega Strike Three followed by Mega Strike Four. Soon, they hear Natalie knock at the door, and call out, "Supper is ready you two!"

                 They wash their hands then go downstairs for the meal.  Adrien sits as his usual place, and Marinette sits across from him. 

               Natalie sets some food down in front of Adrien first, then in front of Marinette.  She smiles as she leaves them together. She thinks ah, first love is so precious. She does not admit she is jealous of how long they get along with each other.

            After the blessing, Marinette asks,  "So is not your father joining us for supper?"

               Adrien tears up and immediately Marinette feels bad. 

   "Adrien, I am sorry, I did not mean to make you upset,"  Marinette apologizes.

    "It is fine, you did not know he never eats with me anymore. Not since my mother's disappearance," Adrien explains.

        "I am sorry, but at least for tonight you have me to keep you company," Marinette says.

           Adrien grins as he takes a bit of food. He is glad that at that moment his girlfriend can share a meal with him.  He moves his plate and other things to the seat beside her.  He sits back down glad to be closer to her.  

         Marinette's POV:
           Marinette blushes when she realizes he moved closer to her. She is happy to have this time alone with her boyfriend.  She has no idea what the blush is about since they are together.

            As they finish, Adrien hands Marinette the solo rose left in a vase put there by Natalie.  Marinette notices it happens to be the red rose that has white tips, and a pink and white center.  

         "Thanks, Adrien, but you could have kept the flower,"  Marinette says.

            "It is yours because it has all the best qualities of you in it, your loyalty like the white, your kindness and friendship, like the pink, and your love for me like what I have for you, like the red part,"  Adrien explains.

           "Wow, you got all this from the same rose?"  Marinette asks in surprise.

             "Yes, sure did Mari," Adrien says.

                   "Time for Marinette to go home," Gabriel says with a gruff voice. Then, he walks off again.

                 Adrien walks Marinette to the door, then home, but hugs and kisses her before she enters the bakery.  "Good night, my love," Adrien says.

              "Good night, Adrien, my love," Marinette replies.

                  Adrien's POV:
                  Adrien winks at her, then leaves after he hears a click in the door. He is glad she made it home safely. He sighs as he walks back to his home without her. He wishes he could marry her.  He shakes his head when he remembers he has no ring for her. He goes to his room with a silly grin across his face.

                   Around ten o'clock that night, Adrien looks up to see a familiar face outside his window, he opens it to let her inside.  

                "Hello, Ladybug," Adrien says.

                "Hi, Adrien,"  Ladybug says.

                  Ladybug smiles as she enters his room. She wonders what he thinks of her. Sure she knows Adrien likes her, no loves her as Marinette. What does he think of her as Ladybug though?

                 "What brings you here?" Adrien asks.

                  "I just came to see you,"  Ladybug says. She thinks to bad I can not tell him I am his girlfriend, Marinette behind the mask.

                 "Okay,  but just so you know I am seeing someone else," Adrien tells her.

                  "Oh, and who is this blessed girl?" Ladybug asks.

                  "Her name is Marinette Dupain-Cheng, and she is the best thing to ever happen to me," Adrien says.

                 Ladybug's  POV:
                   Ladybug thinks awe that is so sweet of you to say that Adrien.  She smiles, as she states, "Wow, Adrien you sound like you love her."

                  "Ladybug, that is because I do love Marinette," Adrien remarks.

                     "Want to know something odd?" Ladybug asks.

                          Adrien shrugs his shoulders. "

                   "Marinette is a good friend of mine, and she says, Chat has a crush on her too.  She does not know how to tell you because she worries you will be jealous,"  Ladybug remarks.

                  "Tell her not to worry, because I understand. Chat is a friend of mine too," Adrien tells her.

                   "Cool, then we are both on the same level," Ladybug says.

                    "Same level?"  Adrien asks with a puzzled look in her direction.

                 "Yes, we both understand that Marinette loves you, she is your girl, but Chat also loves her. You do not mind since he is your friend, just as Marinette does not mind that I love you because she is my friend,"  Ladybug explains.

                   "What?" Adrien asks. His face turns a light shade of pink.

                   "You heard me, I  love you, Adrien," Ladybug says.

                   "L-Ladybug, I am flattered, but I can not cheat on Marinette," Adrien states.

                        Ladybug thinks at least I know he does not intend to hurt me with well me.  She smiles in agreement.  

    Ladybug answers, " I understand, just I get it that Marinette has no intention to cheat on you with Chat Noir."

                 Ladybug's POV:
                    Ladybug tells Adrien all sorts of things about Marinette than he never knew.  "Then, there was that time that she fell off her bicycle when she four and Chole laughed at her.  She even said, Marinette you are just a trashy lame girl, and that is all you will ever be," Ladybug goes on to say.

          "Goodness, you know she never once told me this, I wonder why," Adrien remarks with a sigh.

          "Perhaps, she did not want you to be mean to Chole just because the girl was a bully towards her most of her life.  Besides, from what I hear, Chole did apologize to everyone she wronged the day you graduated from high school together,"  Ladybug answers.

          "Yes, that does sound like my Marinette, always seeing the best in people," Adrien replies.

              "She does the same about you,"  Ladybug states.

                "She does?" Adrien asks.

                "Yes, oh and it is rather late, so good night, Adrien,"  Ladybug tells him.  She kisses his cheek, then goes over to the window.  She swings out the window but takes a different route home on purpose. 

           Ladybug arrives home a few minutes till 11 pm.  She is glad she got to spend extra time with Adrien today even if it was as her hero self.  She smiles, calls out, "Tikki spots off!"

            Marinette feeds Tikki two cookies, then gets ready for bed. She sleeps well with the knowledge that her boyfriend loves her.  Tikki curls up on Marinette's pillow to sleep.
