She wasn't waking up until.....

Emily's POV
I went to the hospital for the
Past two years and when they told me if I would let her die but I always have that feeling of her fighting so I wouldn't give up.

It was the third anniversary of when we first met so I brought to the hospital the ring... the ring I wanted to propose her, I also brought her favorite flowers I was almost crying but I wouldn't, I went to the hospital all the doctors knew me, I went to Eli's room again, I put the flowers in the vase and sit down I grabbed her hand.

"Hey Eli it's me Emily, again I just wanted to tell you that you are so beautiful you are the most nice, brave, perfect, most gorgeous girl I've ever met so I wanted to ask..." I was crying I let her hand down grabbed the box show it open "would you marry me?... silence I looked to the ground when a voice I thought I would never hear "it took you long enough" I looked up and I saw Eli "yes I accept" I looked at her in disbelief I started crying  I hugged her and she hugged back and I did something  thought I would never do..... I kissed her it felt so good.

~after the accident~

Eli's POV
After the car accident all I saw was darkness until I recovered myself for I to think but I couldn't wake up, I created this world in my head because I didn't want to be alone and I heard Emily talk to me, I also heard the doctor telling Emily that there was an option to disconnect me but I didn't wanna give up just yet so I tried to tell Emily about it and weirdly she understood and she didn't disconnect me.
In this fake world I created head there was no one but me I could do anything I could fly I could use powers I could do anything I wanted but I couldn't create another human being but I didn't really care.... until one day Emily came and she said something "Hey Eli it's me Emily, again I just wanted to tell you that you are so beautiful you are the most nice, brave, perfect, most gorgeous girl I've ever met so I wanted to ask.. would you marry me?" I didn't know what to do but then I realized I had to wake up, and I could wake up all this time but I was afraid, afraid of what would happen but I wasn't any more so I said good bye to the world I created and woke up.
