Chapter 11: Hell Project
Mangle's P.O.V.
"Follow me ladies! We're going to the mall!"
Bonbon's loud voice made me wake up. I groaned as I raised my head from the table which it was laying at a while ago.
"What are you talking about Bon? We still have our project to finish," I told her with my eyes half opened. "Ah! Speaking of our project, we fell asleep!!" I said as a flashback comes in my mind.
~Yesterday~
"Those who failed in the exam will make a thesis. Form groups. Each group will have four members. The deadline is tomorrow. That is all."
My jaw fell wide open as I heard our teacher in Physical Education stated the conditions in failing the exam and left the room.
Soon after, I heard my classmates complain.
"Still the same devil as ever," Bonbon told me and sighed.
I looked at her. "How did you do in the test?"
She shook her head and I fully understood her. Looks like the test was too hard after all. "Hey, how did you do little sister?"
I blushed as I heard his voice. "Big brother Foxy-senpai..." I said and pouted at him. I showed him my test paper and I was surprised that he laughed.
"Huh? Are you fine Foxy-senpai?" I asked him while he was still laughing. Soon after, he was holding his stomach.
"Pfft...hahaha...how could...hahahaha....you get wrong in those very...easy questions?! And you...hahaha! You even got the hard ones right! Hahaha!!" he said between laughs.
"Ugh! That's because!!"
~during the test~
I read the first question on the test paper after our teacher passed them.
Q1: What will improve in your body's physical state after running laps every morning? Explain.
I thought very hard on that question. It's the first question and It's very hard! I scratched my head. If only this test was multiple choice, I can get lucky and answer the question correctly!
After a minute...I decided to write my answer. 'Nothing will improve in my body's physical state because running laps every morning will only make me tired.'
I moved on to the next question.
Q2: What will you do in order to improve your flexibility? Explain.
I answered with a smug in my face. 'I will not do anything because I'm already flexible myself ^_______^'
Q3: What is a Fitness Test? Explain.
I answered while scratching the back of my head. 'A fitness test is test that tests fitness because it is called that way.'
Q4: What are the components of physical fitness? Explain all.
I answered with a smirk. This is too easy.

'Agility – The ability to stop, start, and change directions quickly. Agility is a skill-related component of physical fitness. One's agility can be increased by doing specific footwork drills on an agility ladder, staggered tire formation, or any other type of obstacle course that requires the individual to adjust body position, speed, and direction quickly. Pictured below is a good example of an agility sprint test. Agility can be tested by timing individuals running through a series of staggered cones or obstacles for a predetermined distance. Examples of agility: A football player cutting across the field, a gymnast doing a floor routine, a hockey player bringing the puck down the ice maneuvering around defenders, or a soccer player dribbling the ball around defenders. Balance – Controlling body positions while standing still or moving. Balance is a skill-related component of physical fitness. Balance can be tested by standing on one leg with eyes closed for 30 seconds on each leg or by performing the Y-Balance Test. Balance can be improved by increasing one's overall . Specific training techniques using exercise equipment such as balance discs, Fit-Balls, BOSU, or standing on one leg while performing an exercise can help to improve one's balance. Examples of balance: A gymnast jumping and landing on a balance beam, a surfer on a surfboard riding a wave, a one leg deadlift pictured above, equestrian events, or simply jumping around on one foot.
Body Composition – The ratio of muscle to fat in the body. Having a high percentage of body fat compared to lean muscle has shown to increase risk of . Doing daily cardiovascular exercise and strength training, along with a healthy diet, will help to reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Body Composition can be measured by skinfold calipers, waist-to-hip ratios, circumference measurements, bioelectric impedence, and hydrostatic weighing. Hydrostatic weighing is the best way to determine one's body fat percentage, followed by skinfold calipers, and bioelectric impedence. Body composition is a health-related component of physical fitness. In addition to body composition, individuals should know their body mass index (BMI) as well. "And so...I continued answering like that," I told Foxy.
"You know what Mangle? You're smart. You just think like a kid," Foxy told me.
"How did you do Bonnie?" I asked him.
He faced us with a proud smirk. He held his paper up high and we took notice of his score.
"100?! Perfect?!" The three of us shouted and looked at him.
"You?! Getting a perfect score?! I can't believe it!" Bonbon said and pointed at him.
Bonnie raised his brows up and down. Bonbon replied with a disgusted face. Bonnie frowned.
"Okay, that's enough you love birds," Foxy told them.
"WE ARE NOT LOVE BIRDS!" the two shouted and I laughed.
"How did you do Foxy-senpai?" I asked him and he showed me his test paper. My eyes widen in disbelief.
"99?! You were so close!" I told him.
"But we still have to make a project since the passing score is 100..." Foxy said.
"Damn that teacher! How can the perfect score be the passing score?!" Bonbon complained.
We four sighed. "Let's just form a group, shall we?" I asked them.
So, since Bonnie passed, we lacked one member. We looked at Chica who was left out by other groups. "Want to join us?" Foxy asked her.
My chest hurt. Why? Stop it heart!
"Sure," Chica answered with a seductive smirk.
Ah..this is gonna be a long project.
~back to present~
And so, we fell asleep doing our project. Anyway, Bonnie was also here to help us out. He told us Bonbon would get lonely without him but Bonbon kicked him in the face. He still came.
"What are we going to do?! We didn't finish our thesis!" I shouted which made the rest of the members of our group wake up.
"Don't worry. I finished it," Bonbon said.
"You did?!" Bonnie asked.
"That's right. So much for your help Mr. Proud Loser," she told him.
"S-shut up!"
"Okay now that it's settled, let's all go to the mall!" Bonbon shouted out loud again.
"Right now?" Chica asked.
"Isn't it obvious? Of course it's now! We don't have to wait for a hundred years before we go to the mall! We should take a breather after making that thesis!" Bonbon told us.
"I think we should go everyone. After all, Bonbon was the one who finished our thesis," I told them.
"That would make a great entertainment," Foxy replied.
"I'm going to buy lots of dresses!" Chica said.
"I'm only going because it won't be fun without me," Bonnie replied.
Bonbon glared at the lot then sighed. She shrugged it off and smiled.
"Let's go!!!"

Sorry for the wait! Was it boring? I knew it was, but it's the story arc for the next chapter. I hope you still appreciate it though. I was too sleepy to write more. Please watch out for the next chapters!
