Mangle's P.O.V.

Foxy slowly removed the scarf from our necks and I helped him. I handed it to him but he just smiled. Weird. Foxy keeps on smiling today. "Won't you take your scarf back?" I asked him.

"No. You can keep it. Goodnight Mangle. Stay warm," he told me and walked towards his house. I blushed.

As I lay in bed, I hug the scarf Foxy gave me.

Stay warm, that's what he said. I smiled dreamily until I had fallen asleep in the warmth. Today was really a good day. No...it was the best day of my life!

I slowly opened my eyes and found myself lying cozily on my bed. The rays of the sun hit my eyes as I stare outside my window.

Everything that happened, were it all true? Or...were it all just a very long and wonderful dream? No, they have to be true! I remember everything that happened to me so...

"It can't possibly be just a dream, right?" I whispered to myself.

"But what if it was just a dream?!" I panicked but tried to not kill myself from heart attack. "No, no, no.....calm down Mangle," I told myself.

"Think...think..." I told myself. Ah!

"No. You can keep it. Goodnight Mangle. Stay warm."

What did I keep? I know I just heard Foxy-senpai's voice in my head. But...what was it? "Stay warm"? Was it a blanket?

I thought hard...and harder...until I reached my hardest.

Aha! A scarf! If I remember what I did last night...I layed in bed and hugged the scarf Foxy gave me.

That's right! I slept with it! I searched for the scarf on my bed. But nothing was here but my usual beddings. Did it fall down?

I looked under my bed but no scarf was there! I searched everywhere inside my room...but *sobs* I can't find it! Just as I suspected, it was all just a dream after all!

I almost cried when I saw a shade of red beside my books...Could it possibly be? The scarf?

I walked toward the pile of books...and looked closer. I closed my eyes hoping it was the scarf...when I opened my eyes...

saw...

that...

it...

was...

my...

long...

lost...

red...

RIBBON?!

Argh!!! I sighed in frustration.....A dream.

I almost set myself into tears but started to think positively. It's still a good thing I had that dream. It will be an inspiration for me to set my goals on being with Foxy...

But still...

I wish that dream was real!

I stomped my feet angrily as I headed down the stairs for breakfast but stopped halfway because I knew my mom would worry if she heard me.

"Good morning mom!" I said and smiled...though...still sad.

"Ah...Mangle...good morning," she replied.

After we ate in peace, I grabbed my bag for school and headed for the door. Before I left, I stopped in front of the doorway.

"Mom..."

"Yes?~" she asked in a sing song voice.

"Have you seen a red sc-...ah....nevermind. I'm heading out. Bye mom!" I told her and scampered away.

Of course it was all just a dream! Stupid Mangle!

~at school~

"Mangle, what's wrong? You seem down..." Bonbon told me.

"Ah...it's nothing," I assured her.

I actually want to talk about it. But if I told her about my dream and me having my hopes up then disappointed, then she'll just get worried.

Bonbon decided to drop the topic.

~lunch time~

I didn't eat my lunch today. I'm so not in the mood. Bonbon looked at me with worry in her face. "Are you sure you're alright?"

"Yup!" I told her and faked a smile.

"Really?"

"I'm fine...really," I told her.

Time passed by in a blur. I went to my locker by the time of dismissal to change my footwear.

"You're really a slut, aren't you?"

Surprised where the voice cam from, I closed my locker and saw...Chica.

What now?

"What are you talking about?" I asked innocently.

"Don't play coy! I know you seduced Foxy yesterday!" she told me.

"Huh? Yesterday? I wasn't with Foxy yesterday..." I replied.

"Are you kidding me?! You were with him yesterday! The four of you!" Chica shouted at me.

"Four of us?" I asked.

Wait....was that dream real?

"Wake up Mangle. Even if y-you k-k-kissed Foxy yesterday, he won't ever like you! Never! You're just living a dream!!" Chica ranted.

Me? Kiss Foxy?

I gasped.

Could it be??

I smiled brightly at Chica. "Hey, Chica, I was with Bonnie, Bonbon and Foxy at the park yesterday, right?" I asked her.

"Y-yeah," she answered but still confused.

"Aahhhh!!! Thank you!!!!" I shrieked and hugged her.

"W-wait, what are you doing?!" she asked me as she pushed me away. We broke from the hug.

It wasn't a dream after all! Thank you for telling me Chica!

"Ah...Chica...Mangle. What are you two doing here?" a familiar voice was heard. We both looked to our left and found a man standing in front of us.

"Foxy?! / Foxy-senpai?!" we shouted at the same time.

"Yeah...who else did you think I am?" he asked.

"Ah, nothing," we both replied. Chica glared at me.

"Hey, Mangle, wanna go walk home with me today?" Foxy suddenly blurted out.

"Huh?!" I was surprised...and extremely happy!!!

"I mean, I have to make sure my little sister goes home safe, right? We're neighbors, too. So it should be fine, right?" Foxy asked me. I turned my head to the side and blushed.

"S-sure!" I stuttered.

Foxy walked ahead of me. I looked back at Chica and looked at her in the eye.

"Chica, I may be living a dream because Foxy-senpai only treats me as his little sister, for now. I think it's better than being only his classmate. Just watch! I'll climb higher and higher until the day I have to force his heart out open!" I told Chica and ran to catch up to Foxy-senpai.

Chica was left there....speechless.

Foxy-senpai and I walked together. Suddenly, he decided to break the silence.

"Do you still have that scarf?" he asked me.

I blushed.

"Actually, I didn't find it on my bed this morning so I'll ask my mom..." I told him but a little guilty.

"Hmm..." I heard him say. We arrived in front of our houses and said goodbye.

I ran to my mom.

"Mom? Have you seen a red-"

"Scarf?" she asked and I nod.

"I washed it last night because I knew it was from someone special...you don't want to get it dirty, do you?"

So it was mom after all! Ahh! You almost killed me without you yourself knowing mom!

It wasn't a dream!

Foxy's P.O.V.

~a few minutes ago~

I was about to get Mangle to ask her to walk home with me until I heard voices.

"What are you talking about?" I heard Mangle asked innocently.

I hid behind the lockers to listen.

"Don't play coy! I know you seduced Foxy yesterday!" Chica said.

So...Chica was following us. No wonder I sensed something weird.

"Huh? Yesterday? I wasn't with Foxy yesterday..." Mangle replied.

"Are you kidding me?! You were with him yesterday! The four of you!" Chica shouted.

"Four of us?" Mangle asked.

Wait....Mangle couldn't possibly thought that it was all a dream, could she?

"Wake up Mangle. Even if y-you k-k-kissed Foxy yesterday, he won't ever like you! Never! You're just living a dream!!" Chica ranted.

"Hey, Chica, I was with Bonnie, Bonbon and Foxy at the park yesterday, right?" I heard Mangle ask.

Yes, you were, stupid Mangle.

"Y-yeah," Chica answered but still confused.

"Aahhhh!!! Thank you!!!!"

"W-wait, what are you doing?!"

What was that? A cat fight?

I decided to show up to know what was going on.

"Ah...Chica...Mangle. What are you two doing here?" I asked.

"Foxy?! / Foxy-senpai?!" they shouted at the same time.

"Yeah...who else did you think I am?" I asked.

"Ah, nothing," they both replied. Chica glared at Mangle.

"Hey, Mangle, wanna go walk home with me today?" I suddenly blurted out.

"Huh?!"

She's that surprised?

"I mean, I have to make sure my little sister goes home safe, right? We're neighbors, too. So it should be fine, right?"

"S-sure!" she stuttered.

I walked ahead but noticed mid while that Mangle was still talking to Chica. After a while, she catched up to me. I looked back.

What did she tell Chica that made her speechless?

"Do you still have that scarf?" I asked Mangle.

"Actually, I didn't find it on my bed this morning so I'll ask my mom..." she replied.

She didn't find it on her bed? Was she sleeping with it? Why?

"Hmm..." I said and didn't notice that I smiled.

Why did I smile? What was I thinking?
