I know dueling is a strange concept to understand for everyone.

Like, it kind of seems extreme. To kill someone? That will actually solve the problem?

Really, it's just a more intense way of fighting someone with fists. Just because someone said something about their mother or sister or dad.

And the weirdest thing is that people didn't go to the dueling ground to kill each other. They went to prove that they were brave enough to be there. To show up. Thus, men of merit and honor.
