"Amazing" Toriko muttered as he watched Ao with awe, she had managed to calm down the Battle Wolf with just a few words but what was even more amazing the Battle Wolf had allowed Ao to pet her.

'Ao is truly amazing to have calmed down the Battle Wolf and to have tames an beast like Shiro' Toriko thought before focusing back on the other beast.

"Chief!" he called "We have to put the match on hold! The Battle Wolf can't fight! Hurry up and tell Rin to cut the Battle Fragrance!" Toriko told him.

"Toriko-san! Behind you!" Komatsu called as a beast attacked him but before Toriko could take care of it Shiro jumped in and crushed the creature between his jaws and tossed it away.

Even more of the Battle fragrance started spewing into the arena, Ao rolled her eyes, of course that clutz Rin would mess this up even further and just make things worse, however she kept her focus on the Battle Wolf and keeping her calm.

"Guess you don't really have any good options here, the Battle Wolf was said to have gone extinct in the distant past, is this some sort of prank they pulled off with that bit of harvested DNA? Or perhaps a gift from an ancestor?"

"Either way it's a blessing, just settle down and have your baby, leave those guys to me and Shiro, i'm sure that becoming a show for a bunch of humans is a disgrace to someone as proud as you, i'll work it out" Toriko said.

Ao smiled a bit petting the Battle Wolf "Toriko's a big hearted idiot, but don't worry it's times like these where you can count on him the most" she said looking over to Toriko as he broke the glass dome sending the crowd into a panic and scrambling out of the building.

Turning back to the Battle Wolf Ao smiled and stepped back over to Toriko's side letting the new mother bond with her child.

"Komatsu! Check it out! Pretty ain't it? Celebratory fireworks! For the birth of a new Battle Wolf! Welcome to the Gourmet World!" Toriko said.

Ao bit her lip tearing up as she stood next to him at the beautiful scene of the mother bonding with her child.

"Are you crying?" Toriko asked her with a teasing grin.

"And what if i am?" Ao asked her voice tight as she rubbed her eyes.

"Aww does someone want to be a mother someday?" Toriko asked that teasing grin on his face still, although there was a sincerity to his tone of voice.

"Yes" Ao bluntly replied "But not with any child of yours so don't even think about it" she quickly added.

"Then what about Zebra's?" Toriko asked, his teasing grin falling off his face, even though he already knew the answer.

Ao smiled at the thought "With him? I'd be happy to have any number of children" she said.

Toriko sulked, a depression cloud hanging over him, but now wasn't the time for it, the beast were still very agitated and now on the loose and what's worse a Demon Devil Snake came bursting out of Gate 7 agitated as all get out.

The Demon Devil Snake lashed out attacking the other beast and easily dispatching them.

Toriko went to attack it but then they noticed the GT Robo that had snuck in on the bleachers above, Toriko was distracted by it and got attacked by the Demon Devil Snake.

"Shiro, stay here and help Toriko out!" Ao told him and the White Dragon nodded before attacking the Demon Devil Snake.

Ao hopped into the bleachers and rushed over to the GT Robo just as it fired a beam through Mansam

Toriko watched as Shiro fought against the Demon Devil Snake, it seemed he was having trouble against the larger reptile but then the Battle Wolf jumped in and finished off the Demon Devil Snake expending the rest of her energy.

The newly born pup whined from Toriko's side and he turned to it.

"Go, pour all your energy into it, go be a fawning child to the mother who's given you life" he told the pup and it ran towards its mother.

The mother went to meet it halfway but just as they were about to meet up a beam shot through the mother wolf.

"You bastard!" Ao growled her appetite demon flaring up behind her as she reached the GT Robo just a tad too late.

"I didn't kill the beast to eat it, no i killed it cause you loved it!" The robot taunted and laughed before it was cut off, literally, by Ao, slashing it in half but it quickly repaired itself.

Down in the stadium the mother wolf was giving her pup a last goodbye and enough love to last a life time.

"That's enough out of you, that sort of thinking is exactly the kind i hate the most" Ao said sending the robot flying down into the stadium.

Once down there together with Toriko they both turned the dumb robot into scrap metal.

"Her life ended while she was still standing, the Battle Wolf, even in death it has not lost its dignified, regal appearance" Toriko said.

The pup walked over to its mother and nuzzled her stiff corpse, saying its goodbyes.

"Though it was only for a little while, i'll bet you they were glad to be able to be together" Toriko said, glancing over at Ao, standing in the sidelines with Shiro, as she was tearing up again.

Ao just nodded as she sniffed.

The pup turned to them and grabbed a piece of the Demon Devil Snake offering it to Toriko as thanks "Are you saying thanks?" Toriko asked in surprise.

"Let me say this first, i didn't fight for your mother's sake and neither did Ao, i just beat the shit out of that guy because he personally pissed me off, i'm sure it's the same with Ao, from now on you'll have to live strongly for your mother as well" Toriko said.

The pup gave him a look "Nervous? Relax, i was originally a Chain Animal too and i fought here more times than i can count, you're the same as me" Toriko said and held the pup closer hugging it as it whined.

"That's more like it, your fur sure feels nice, it's like a thick toweling, yeah i'll call you Terry, Terry Cloth!" Toriko decided.

"That's a terrible name" Ao said as she walked over with Shiro following closely behind, Toriko gave her a look, like she was one to talk naming a White Dragon Shiro.

The pup gave a bark as it went over and got another piece of the Demon Devil Snake and offered it to Ao "You wanna thank me too?" she wondered before she smiled and petted the newly dubbed Terry "You're welcome" she said.
