A person begins to breathe in the brain; the brain sending signals to control the minds state of consciousness. 

The body locates carbon dioxide, ordering a signal from receptors to neuron's to direct the chest to contract and expand. 

This system is repeated twenty three thousand times a day as lungs fill up like balloons, only for the air to be squeezed back out again.

Visually we take each breath for granted, it's not something we think or have to tell our body to do, it just does it.

Lungs being upside down trees that expand branches and twigs, all helping to supply oxygen to the body. 

The chest raising and falling as each cool gasp gets sucked into the body before throwing out the trash.

The mouth and nose searching for oxygen each second, relying on it to live.

Yet not everybody gets to breathe, therefore not everyone gets to live.

However, the one thing they don't say about breathing, is finding the true beauty in life to survive. 

It's something that I, Kim Taehyung, did not think I needed; But for sure always needed.

I thought this would be the end, yet finding the true beauty of life is much more powerful then each breath of every second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day.

Having a positive outlook on life to find the true beauty of life is the key.

Some can find the true beauty in life, but sometimes life still has another course. 

A life course that not even true beauty can save.

For every breath I take, I'm in the space and time between life and death, waiting for death to call me, or for myself to survive.

Little did I know that with each paradox in time that life's true beauty would be saving me.

True beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. 

Could be nature, nourishment, sunlight, or even the moonlight... But for me, my true beauty comes from within a special someone.

I am not saved due to how many meds I take, nor being hospitalised.

I am saved by the true beauty in this hopeless world of darkness.
