Scott basically broke down his idea about drawing out the benefactor to Josie. However, Josie strongly disagreed to the plan because of the huge risk. Scott tries to reassure her that everything will be ok. Still, she was begging him not to do it. No matter how much she begged, he was determined to get this done.

"Is three enough?" Kira asks as she places a laptop with two others.

"Depends on how many cameras they have. But I think so." Stiles says.

"Are we really doing this?" Josie asks nervously.

"Yeah, I'm not too keen about this idea, either." Liam agrees.

"We're doing it. Tonight." Scott nods.

"But isn't it kind of dangerous?" Liam asks.

"It's incredibly dangerous. And borderline idiotic." Stiles says.

"Have you guys done something like this before?" Josie asks.

"Something dangerous? Or something idiotic?" Stiles asks, sarcastically.

Josie gives him a dirty look.

"I think it's a yes to both." Kira says.

"You don't have to be part of it if you don't want to." Scott says to both Josie and Liam.

"I'm not scared." Liam shakes his head.

"Then you're borderline idiotic." Stiles places a hand on Liam's shoulder, winks.

Liam chuckles and shakes his head.

"Well, I'm scared." Josie says. "But, if you believe this will work..."She stops and sighs uneasily, "Then, I'm in. But...If we do this, we don't know what's coming for us. You know that, right?" Josie says.

"Yeah. How do we even know something's definitely  coming?" Kira agrees.

"Because the tape from Garrett's bag said visual confirmation  required." Scott says.

"Simon said the same thing." Stiles says. "He couldn't get paid by The Benefactor until he had proof that you guys were dead."

"So the idea is, what if you kill someone on the dead pool, but you can't send the proof?" Scott points out.

"You don't get paid." Josie finishes.

"But how does that get us any closer to The Benefactor?" Liam asks.

"He still needs to know if the target is really dead." Scott says.

"Especially if it's someone high on the list." Stiles says as he looks over to Josie and Scott.

"So, if he wants visual confirmation..." Liam says

"He's going to have to come get it himself." Scott says.

"Also, there's something else. Simon said the benefactor had no information about Josie. Other than her name and that she has to die. Whoever the benefactor is, really wants Josie dead for personal reasons I bet." Stiles says.

"We'll get him before anyone else dies." Scott says strongly.

That's when the plan was set in motion....

"Move, move, move! We need ECG." A paramedic shouts as he and others carry out a victim from the ambulance.

Dr. Geyer runs to help as they rush the person into the ER.

"He's flat-lining." A nurse says.

"Get him to trauma 2."

"Start another IV."

They rushed to the room and starts performing resuscitating procedures.

"Clear! Still asystole. Continue chest compressions and charge to 360. Clear! Nothing.  Still asystole." A male nurse does the compressions as the others watch the monitor. The long beep of flat-line was all that could be heard in the room.

Dr. Geyer sighs sadly and a hard look of disappointment was written all over his face, "I'm calling it. Time of death 2102 hours." He checks his watch. "Would someone please page Melissa McCall?"

As he moves away, the body of Scott lies pale as a ghost on the bed with wires sticking all over his chest.

Dr. Greyer had to break the news to Melissa about Scott. All through out the hospital, all you could hear was her hysterical screams.

"What happened to my  son?!!" She screams as she grips his coat and collapses to the floor in tears. Sarah runs to her and holds her as she cries and screams.

Earlier...

Scott lies in his bed as Kira, her mom, Josie, and Liam stands around him.

Liam paces the room nervously, "Are you guys totally sure about this?"

"I think Liam's kind of  nervous. And I don't blame him. Maybe you should tell us it's going to be all right." Josie says.

Scott laughs and holds her hand, "It's going to be all right."

"So, you've done this before, right?" Liam asks Noshiko.

"I've seen it done." She says.

"Is that just as good?" Liam asks.

"No." She says.

Josie's heart drops to her stomach and she grips Scott's hand tighter.

"Mom, you're not inspiring confidence." Kira exclaims.

"Good. This is a terrible idea." Noshiko points out.

"Do you want us to do it without you?" She scoffs at her mom.

Noshiko sighs, not liking this one bit, but she couldn't let them do this alone.

"Put your hand over his heart." She instructs.

Kira nods, Noshiko looks over at Josie, still holding on to Scott, "If it's just going to be one of you, I would suggest she let go of your hand." She says.

Scott sighs and kisses Josie's hand and lets her go. Josie gets up and stands next to Liam.

Kira kneels on the bed and starts to hover her hand over Scott's heart, but Scott grabs her hand to stop her, "Hold on." He looks over at Noshiko. "What happens while I'm out? Am I gonna feel anything?" He asks.

"It might feel like you're dreaming." She explains.

"Good dreams or bad?" He asks.

"I suppose that depends on you." She says.

Scott had a worried look and slowly lies back down. Kira looks at her mom worriedly but her mom gives her a nod and a small assuring smile.

Kira places her hand over his heart and took a deep breath. Soon, her hand begins to crackle like lighting and shocks roam through out Scott's body. Causing him to gasp in pain and arch back over the bed. Josie sobs as she watches, she covers her mouth and cries.

Melissa goes down to the morgue to see Scott's body. She wipes her tears and sniffles, trying to calm herself down. She stands in front of his body along with Siles, Noshiko, Josie, and Kira. Josie couldn't stop looking at Scott's pale face, holding his cold hand in hers. Tears continue to drip from her eyes.

"I still hate this plan." Melissa says, wiping her eyes. "I mean this is pretty significantly terrifyingly. He looks dead."

"Give me your hand." Noshiko says.

Melissa looks at her nervously, Stiles nods at her, "It's okay."

Melissa lets her guide her hand to Scott's cold body and presses it against his chest. She gasp at the coldness of his skin.

"Wait for it." Noshiko says.

Pretty soon, Melissa could feel a heartbeat. It was very faint, but it was there.

"Is that enough to keep a werewolf alive?" Melissa ask, praise in her voice.

"Enough for an Alpha." Noshiko smirks.

"How much time do we have?" Melissa asks.

"Forty-five minutes." Noshiko says.

"What happens after that?" Melissa asks.

"I bring him back the same way." Kira says.

"No, I mean what happens if he stays like this longer than forty-five  minutes?" Melissa ask.

Everyone looked worried, "No one's told her?" Noshiko looks at them all.

"What? What happens after forty-five minutes?" Melissa voice raises.

Noshiko was hesitant but she answers, "He dies."

Josie places his hand over her cheek and cradles it there. She slowly begin to feel so empty, hollow. She couldn't feel anything. Was it because of the bond?

Melissa strokes her back, "Your mom has been trying to get a hold of you to tell you the news. You should talk to her."

Josie shakes her head, "I'm not leaving him." Her voice even sounded empty.

Stiles looks at her with worry, "Josie, you know he's gonna be ok." He eyes her curiously and noticed she was a little pale. "Josie, are you ok?" He asks.

"I'm fine." She says, emotionless

Noshiko eyes her, "Why didn't you tell me he had a mate?" She turns to Kira.

"Why does that matter?" She asks.

Noshiko looks at her daughter in disbelief, "Kira, what happens when yin loses yang? They become unbalanced. It's the same with soulmates. They are one. If one dies..."

"The other dies, too." Stiles finishes.

Everyone looks over at Josie, worry in their eyes, but all Josie could do was stare at Scott's lifeless face and hold his hand close her face.

Chris began working on contacting the benefactor. Informing him or her that Scott was dead. Stiles later joins him and tells him about Josie. Chris was shocked about this new information and began to work furiously.

Chris types in to the computer, 'SCOTT MCCALL DEAD. PAYMENT REQUESTED.'

"That's your assassin speak?" Stiles asks in disbelief.

"I said he's dead." Chris points out. "What more do you want?"

"It was a little dry. You could've said something like, 'Target has been neutralized.  The crow flies at midnight.' That's always cool." Stiles points out.

"Hmm."

The computer suddenly beeps, the Benefactor has made contact. 'VISUAL CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED'.

Stiles and Chris goes for the keyboard but they kept insisting each other to type but Stiles begins to type for Chris.

"Type this, "Visual confirmation isn't possible." "Police coming to claim body in forty minutes." Chris says.

The Benefactor types back, 'VISUAL CONFIRMATION REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT.'

"Tell him number one on the list is dead. I killed him. And if the wire transfer isn't completed in forty minutes..." Chris pushes Stiles out of the way and types in 'I'M COMING FOR YOU.'

The Benefactor types back 'VISUAL CONFIRMATION FOR BOTH TARGETS.'

Chris frowns at the screen, "Both targets? We only killed one."

Stiles' eyes widen, "The benefactor knows Josie is Scott's mate. If Scott is dead, then they think Josie is dead, too." Stiles says.

Stiles and Chris heads back to the hospital. Chris goes up to the roof to tap into the security cameras in the building.

"I'm here. You ready? Try it now." Chris calls Stiles on his phone watch.

Stiles presses a button and soon three laptops they brought lit up and were tapped into the security system of the hospital.

Stiles, Liam and Kira all keep a sharp eye out on the cameras for anything. Melissa tries to comfort Josie, seeing any change, but nothing. She was slowly wasting away. She later told Sarah that Josie was down at the morgue, mourning and said that she needs time. Sarah agrees, but worries for her daughter.

"Come back to me, Scott." Josie whispers brokenly.
