Noah Clayton

"I win! Take that!" She said as she dropped her switch controler to the sofa and started dancing crazily. We're currently at her house since her dad wanted her to recover fast and being under his watch. He let me stay if I really want to stay.

"Accept the defeat!" She said pointing her finger at me and I chuckled as I raised my hands as a sign of defeat. We were playing mario party on switch and if she wins, I get to stay here but if I win, I will go home.

She was so persistent to win that she really took the game seriously. She didn't even give me the chance to buy stars.

"Another round?" I asked.

"No! No way!" She said immediately as she started being sassy by bragging about her winning the game. She even took a picture of it making me laugh. She turned off the game and made me drop my switch controller. She dragged me to her room and asked me for a cuddle. 

She turned on the music and slipped her arms around me. I hugged her back immediately and closed my eyes. My phone rang all of the sudden and I immediately pick it up. I got a call from the hospital and I turned to Jaclyn.

"Hello." I answered.

"We need you here, Dr. Clayton."

"I'll be there now." I ended the call and turned to Jaclyn. I kissed her cheek and she gave me a nod letting me go. "I'll call you once it's done." I said and I quickly walked out from her room. I drove my car fast towards the hospital and found that there's a big accident.

I quickly changed into my scrubs and ran towards the emergency room to help.

It's been 5 days and there's no call from Noah. I'm a little bit worried about him. Is he doing okay? Did he get enough sleep? Have he eaten yet? I kept biting my lips thinking about Noah and I wonder if I should go to the hospital and bring him some food.

"You should hold a mop while you're at it." I turned to see Jace walking into the living room.

"It's not funny."

"Just go if you really want to see him." Jace said as he threw himself to the sofa. I grabbed my phone and walked out from my house calling my chauffer. I decided to go and buy him and his other friends some food.

I know that 5 days ago, there's an accident that cause around 30 people got badly injured, 5 people passed away and 12 people lightly injured. It was a bus accident and his parents even joined to help.

I ordered a lot of food and asked them to deliver it to the hospital. I bought some food for Noah first because he's my priority along with his parents. As soon as I arrived, I quickly walked to his office. I asked the nurse who just walked pass me for Noah and she said he's in the office maybe resting.

I knocked on the door twice before opening the door slowly. I saw Noah was sleeping on small bed for the patient and I smiled looking at him resting. I walked in and slowly closed the door.

I put the food on his table and slowly walked to him. His eyebags were visible and he looked really tired and I bet he's doing his best to save people's lives. I put my hand on his head slowly caressing him and kissed his cheek.

I should let him rest for awhile. I could give his parents' food first. I turned my body planning to go out but Noah caught my arm. I turned to him and saw him already looking at me.

"Hey." He said as he slowly got up.

"Did I wake you up?" I asked completely regreting what I did. He shook his head as he sat up and leaned his body to the wall. He pulled me closer to him and he slowly wrapped his arms around my waist. I hugged him back and patted his back.

"Sorry that I haven't call you." He said as he rested his head on my shoulder.

"It's okay, I'm just worried about you. I bought you some food."

"Thanks." He drew back from me and he gave me a sweet long kiss on my lips. I smiled and I caressed his face. "Is everyone okay now?" I asked him and he gave me a weak nod.

"Have you eat?" He got down from the bed and walked to his table. He sat down and looked at the food that I brought for him. He took it out and immediately start to eat it.

"Why did you buy 3?" He asked as he counted the food. I took the two plastics with me. "For your parents, can you tell me where they are?" I asked.

"At the end of the hallway." He said.

"I'll give this to your parents and then I'll comeback here." I said and he nodded. He must be so hungry judging by how he devour all the food. I walked out and made my way to the end of the hallway. I saw his parents' office and knocked twice. I got the permission to walk in and I slowly opened the door.

"Oh.. Jaclyn?"

"Hello.. I brought you two this." I said showing them the food as I walked inside. I closed the door slowly and find the couple had the same condition as their son. I gave them the food and Ivonne gave me a hug while Harrison thanked me.

"Have you seen Noah yet?"

"Yes, he's eating right now." I said and Ivonne chuckled.

"That boy did a lot of surgeries and barely got any sleep. Thankyou, Jaclyn." Harrison said and I smiled to them.

"No problem, please enjoy and have a rest. I'll just go back to Noah's office." I said and they thanked me once again. I walked out and quickly walked back to Noah's office.

"Where are you going?" I asked him as he's putting his hoodie over his scrubs. He grabbed my hand and brought me out from his office.

"I need a coffee and attention from my girlfriend.. so you better give me that while I'm on break."
