Vineet is shocked at the sudden accusations that Ruhana has put on him. Well, it's true as well, he has never paid heed to Ruhana and her feelings. Today, when she's happy with her friend, he's getting hurt. But why?? He should be happy that Ruhana isn't coaxing him to spend time with her. Is it hurting him??

He glances at Ruhana and she's already asleep. He steps closer to her to take a close look at her face. There's a calmness on her face, maybe He's noting it today, after so many months of their wedding. He was angry, but her accusations have made him silent. He knows, he has done it wrong. He's lost in thoughts, when a soft voice breaks his trance. He looks up to find Ruhana looking at him. Maybe, she woke up because of his movement. Usually, she gets to know when he's upset, and even if she's asleep, she wakes up to help him ease the problem.

"Itna kya soch rahe ho?? I mean, tum bhi toh yahi karte ho na. Jab mujhe tumhari zarurat hoti hai, jab main tumse baat karna chahti hoon, tum kabhi dhyan nahi dete. Toh tum mujhse kyun expect karte ho?? Ab itne saal baad Samrat se mili hoon, toh enjoy karne do na. Kyunki hum toh ek ghar mein, ek kamre mein rehne ke bawajood itna kareeb nahi aaye, jitna ek pati patni ko hona chahiye. Vo rishta toh abhi tak bana hi nahin na, fir tum ye expect kaise kar sakte ho ki main apne dost aur guest ko chod ke tumhe entertain karungi, tumne toh aaj tak mere pas baith ke ye tak nahi pucha ki mera din kaise nikla. Toh ab mujhse expect mat karo. " Ruhana says.

" Jo khud na kar sako, wo cheez dusron se expect nahi karna chahiye. Ab jao, so jao. Aur mujhe bhi sone do. " Ruhana says and lies on the bed.

Vineet looks at her and lies on his bed, she's right, though. He has never been by her side, and now he's accusing her for not giving time to her, Samrat's arrival has made him insecure, it seems.

He sleeps with all the thoughts, which sound weird to him now.

Next Morning, Vineet wakes up to some giggling sounds. Ruhana isn't beside him, oh, she's with her best friend. Vineet peeps out of the room, and finds Samrat and Ruhana laughing at something, probably, a joke cracked by Samrat. Ruhana is laughing.

"Oh god!! Sammie, aise kaise bol dete ho tum!!" she says as he told her about some colleague of his, whom he used to say things on his face.

"What kaise!!! Arey, shakal hi sahi nahi thi uski, upar se khud ko hero samajhta hai. Maine toh keh diya! Ab lage bura toh lagne do, hume kya!!" Samrat shrugs his shoulders, a bit dramatically, that makes Ruhana laugh.

"Ye bhi hain. Kabhi kabhi boldena sahi hota hai, specially, aise antique pieces ko." Ruhana chuckles.

"So true, Ruu!! Anyway, what's your plan for today??" he asks.

"Boutique jana hoga yaar. I have to finalise an order." Ruhana says.

"Mujhe bhi meeting ke liye jana hai, ek dost se milna hai." Samrat says.

"Tab toh aaj shaam ko hi milna ho payega, kyunki it's going to be a long day." Ruhana sighs.

"That's true. Agar aaj final baat ho gayi toh i will set up my office." Samrat breaks his plan.

"That's great, I hope aaj hi tumhara kaam ho jaye." Ruhana says as she sidehugs him.

Samrat smiles and at the same time, his eyes fell on Vineet, who's walking towards them. He greets him and Vineet reciprocates. Ruhana gets up from her place only to get coffee for Vineet. She didn't made it for him b beforehand, as he was asleep. Vineet and Samrat begin to talk randomly. That's when, Samrat begins to strike a conversation with Vineet.

"Vineet, is there any problem??" he asks softly.

"Nahi! Kya problem hogi, you're here, toh Ruhana bhi khush hain." Vineet says.

"Jaanta hoon, we are meeting after 3 years approximately, and we were inseparable friends, as our parents say. But you're lucky haan, she chose you. Eh! I regret my luck." Samrat makes a face and then laughs.

Vineet looks at him as he says the last sentence. So, did he really love Ruhana or did he want to marry her?? Is he here to get her back? But no, he isn't like that, he's a genuine guy and worth the trust. The why did Vineet feel a pang in his heart?? He's just a friend, a great friend. Vineet's trance is broken with Samrat's voice.

"Hey! Don't take me wrong. I was joking. Vaise bhi Ruhana ke sath main nahi reh sakta, I mean isko sari zindagi kaun jhel sakta hai. Han, you can do it... Afterall wo tumse pyar karti hai." Samrat smiles at Vineet.

Vineet looks at him and Samrat gives him a smile of assurance and says something that leaves Vineet surprised and thoughtful.
