Later that day, Vineet comes back home. He decides to talk to Ruhana that day. Maybe, he is realising his mistakes, and he wants to rectify them. But, his mood dampens to see the scenario. He enters the house with his keys and witnesses some giggling sounds.

Ruhana is laughing at some joke cracked by Samrat.

The voices are coming from the kitchen, Vineet follows the sounds, and finds Ruhana sitting on the kitchen platform, while Samrat is cooking. It seems like he is doing all the work by himself, and Ruhana is only admiring him.

"Oh god Sammie! You're impossible!!" she laughs.

"See, she basically wanted a guy who works according to her. Aur vaise bhi wo stupid item mere type ki nahin thi."Samrat makes a face telling her about a girl, his girlfriend to be precise.

"Changes are important, Sammie. Obviously, everyone wants a partner who spends time with them. You don't have to change but you have to adjust with other people." Ruhana says meaningfully and Samrat glances at her thoughtfully.

"Aur kisne kaha tum kisi ke hisab se Chalo! Dekhlo, you're working in my kitchen. But i didn't say so! Okay!!" Ruhana says playfully slapping his arm.

Samrat smiles cheekily, his cute smile, which always brings a smile on Ruhana's face.

"I love doing it for you. Waise bhi doston ke liye karna chahiye, not for selfish people." Samrat says, patting her cheek.

"Oh yeah! Nahi karoge, toh ghar se nikaal dungi!" she says making a serious face.

"Oops! Atyachari!! How bad! Vineet tujhe jhelta kaise hai!" Samrat asks genuinely.

"Huh! Vineet! Usko time hi nahi hota. And mind you, vo mujhe nahi Jhelta. Kyunki vo tere jaisa nahi hai. Samjhe! Now concentrate on cooking Mr. Samrat Rathore." Ruhana glares at Samrat, who giggles.

"Okay! Waise bhi tujhe main hi jhel sakta hun. You're so dramatic." Samrat says slapping her head.

"Of course only for you." Ruhana winks at him and they share a laugh.

Samrat begins to cook and Ruhana sets to help him. All of this is witnessed by Vineet, who's presence went unnoticed by Ruhana. It is unusual, and Vineet feels bad about it. But why? He never paid heed to her, then when she is busy, why is he suddenly feeling bad? He doesn't know but he is angry. He has heard Ruhana, her words from last night and today morning are still echoing in his mind.

He sighs and then calls for Ruhana, who turns to him. She smiles at him.

"Tum kab aaye, Vineet?" she asks, unaware of his presence.

"Bas abhi! Vaise, what's cooking?" he asks with a smile.

"Samrat's special dish. Tum fresh ho jao. Main coffee leke aati hun." Ruhana assures him with a smile.

Vineet nods, maybe, he will now get a chance to talk to his wife. He moves into his room to freshen up. He comes out of the washroom after fifteen minutes, and she enters the room with a cup of coffee. She hands it to Vineet and turns to leave when Vineet calls her name. She turns around, astonished with his call.

"Mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai." he says.

"Subah vali baat? Raat ko kare?? Abhi mujhe Sammie ki help karni hai!" Ruhana makes an excuse.

"Am I not important?? Har Waqt toh tumhe Samrat ke sath rehna hota hain."Vineet shouts, losing his cool.

" Kyun? Tumhe kyun bura lag raha hai? Tum bhi toh hamesha apni files mein busy rehte ho! Ab kyun jalan ho rahi hai tumhe?? Just because I am not listening to you? You have been treating me this way, right from the next day of our wedding! Kabhi socha hai mujhe kitna bura lagta hoga?? But why would you?? Tumhe apni files zyada pyari hain na! Aur mujhe mera dost!!Now leave me! " she says and leaves the room.

Vineet is thoughtful. She's right and she is so angry. Well, anyone would be. He has been angry at her multiple times, without any reason. While, she has always been considerate about him. He sighs as more of her giggling reaches his ears. He feels bad about whatever is happening around him, but he shushes his thoughts. He is at fault after all. Ruhana's words are accusing him, and he is realising them. But, at the moment, he wants Samrat to leave the house, so that he can talk to Ruhana in peace. And it is not possible at the moment.

He moves out of his room when he hears Ruhana calling him. He greets Samrat with a forced smile as asks where he was all the while since he came home. Vineet makes up a story that he was talking to a colleague about some project.

"Uffo! Ab agar tumhe yahan office discuss karna hai, toh main jaun?" Ruhana asks, irked.

"Arey, main bas puch raha tha." Samrat says.

"Han han! Fir dono vahi baatein karte rehte. Shanti se dinner toh kar sakte hai na!!Vineet kaafi hain, kaam ki baat karne ke liye. Tum us jaise na bano. " Ruhana snaps at the two men.

"Okay okay! Relax! You have this." Samrat says as he serves the fried rice, that he has prepared.

Ruhana chuckles and begins to have her meal, while the men serve for themselves. Ruhana praises Samrat's cooking skills. He has cooked after a period of two years, and he's happy about it. Throughout the dinner, Ruhana and Samrat talk while Vineet is a silent spectator.

Thirty minutes later, Ruhana moves into the kitchen to wrap up her work, leaving Vineet and Samrat to talk. Taking a chance, Samrat says something to Vineet, that leaves the latter surprised and thoughtful at the same time.
