Namjoon POV

"A what?" I questioned "A little" Jackson continued "it makes sense now, anyone else would have been weirded out" he said lifting Bam into his lap. 'What the hell is he talking about? And why the hell does he have a pacifier I'm so confused'.

"I have no idea what your talking about, why would Tae be considered whatever a 'little' is?" I questioned. He stared a Tae clinging to me "You mean he just normally acts like that?" He asked. I was about to answer yes but remembered that Tae's behavior recently was stranger than normal.

"Well no but the doctor said it's a side affect of his medication. It's causing some behavioral changes" I answered. "What the heck kind of medication is he on?" He asked watching me for the second time today remove Tae's thumb from his mouth, him whining as a result.

I sighed in response as that was the same question I'd been asking myself. "Are you sure he's not a little?" He asked once again. "I wouldn't even know honestly, what is it?" I asked. "Ummm best way to explain it is to say it's like a form of regression" he said.

"Regression?" "Yeah like Bam here regresses to a mental age of 5, sometimes younger depending on the circumstances" he said bouncing Bam up on his lap. "Uh why though?" I questioned not seeing a reason as to why it would even happen.

"It can be caused by stress, frustration, trauma or really any negative emotion. If it's bad enough it can cause someone to even forcefully regress. Though he does it by choice to relieve those feelings and relax" he finished leaving me to think about a lot.

'Trauma' that word happened to stick the most. "And this is a common thing?" I asked. "More than you'd think but most people keep it to themselves. Which is why I was panicking at first" he explained. '"If it was possible Tae was a little how would I know for sure?" I asked

"Easiest way is to just ask" he said looking away from me and to Tae. "Hi" he said softly gaining his attention "..Hi" he responded turning himself toward Jackson. "Can you tell me how old you are?" He questioned. I stared at him in disbelief of what he was asking but turned my attention to Tae when he stuck out his hand.

No matter how many times I counted them it was the same. Once again 'One Two Three Four' I stared in disbelief. "See I told you" Jackson said sneering at me. "This was what you wanted right? Here" he said grabbing another pacifier out of his bag and handing it to Tae. The urge to smack it out his hand was there but I didn't act on it, this was a lot to take in.

I watched as Tae put it in his mouth and completely slumped into a relaxed state on my lap. I guess after seeing my reaction Jackson decided to explain more. "It's helps some littles calm down and relax, in some cases it can even induce their little space" he said. "Oh" was all I could muster up in response. "Let's go play" BamBam said jumping out of Jackson lap and dragging Tae toward the playground.

"I'm honestly surprised you've gone this long without realizing something was different" Jackson said tapping my cheek to get my attention. "Littles that age tend to out themselves sooner or later because their not careful " he finished "It just started literally yesterday, actually we were going to take him back to the doctor. A lot of things just weren't adding up and frankly were kinda weird. It's hard to really understand it but a lot of things make sense now" I said sighing heavily.

"Yesterday?" He asked "Yea that's when he woke up from his coma" he answered. "Wait coma? I know about the accident but when did he go into a coma?" He asked frantically. "He was in a coma the whole time, PD-nim thought it was best to keep it quiet though" I explained. "I see, that's smart the media can be crazy" he said. I nodded in agreement slowly regaining my composure as things sank in.

"Wait so since he woke up he's been like that? You don't think-" he started "Yeah" I said knowing what he was about to say. "When you mentioned trauma the thought came to mind. They said the cause of his coma was mostly mental so it seems that's the most logical assumption" I said looking in the direction Tae and Bam ran off to, making sure I could still see them.

"Well it happened so what exactly am I supposed to do" I said sighing in defeat. I care too much about him to let this affect anything. "I can give you a few pointers but all littles are different some need things others don't. There are things that might work for one but has no or a bad effect on the other." He started earning my full attention.

"It's a pretty sensitive situation, after all they go into little space to get away from negative situations. They're not exactly going to be happy feeling the same way in that mindset" he said "Well the pacifier thing is the same or is that the 'norm' for any little?" I ask. "It's very common but not every little needs one and the times they want one would be different" he explained.

'Judging by Tae's behavior I'm 100% sure he needs one' I thought. "Things like stuffed animals, sippy cups, toys and coloring books tend to be the type of things they like" he said looking away to think more. "So basically things a child would like?" I ask "Yeah pretty much" he answered with a chuckle. I looked at him questioning he response. "No it's just cute, you accepted all this pretty quickly. It even took me awhile to feel comfortable with it" he confessed.

"Well I already went through the pain of almost losing him so I'm not trying to waste time judging him for something like this" I answered honestly. "That's great, besides it's honestly really cute. I end up indirectly relaxing having him around." He said smiling "Yeah, but I'm pretty sure Tae's just gonna end up causing a ton a trouble" I said shaking my head. "The mischievous type huh? Well good luck to you" he said raising eyebrows and grinning.

First off thanks so much for 5k views ❤️❤️❤️ I love the adoring comments I honestly hadn't realized how much fluff was in this book I just wrote what I could think up.
Another thing I'll be slowly getting into more things about littles but I don't really know if all of it is correct. So if anyone gets offended I apologize it's not my intention. Most of it will be catered specifically towards Tae's needs so even if it doesn't add up just go with it😂. Enjoy💕
