Epilogue
A.N- Whelp, I wanted to write more of this book because I missed it a lot. Anyways, I hope you like it! Also, it's multiple years into the future. Anyways, Thank you for Tuning In! ^-^
Bakugou's Point Of View
"Get it Eijirou!" I yelled at my boyfriend. He was dancing against Aoyoma. It's been five years since we've graduated from UA and we were at the reunion. Ashido smiled and cheered him on too as well as Sero. Deku cheered on Aoyoma with his husband Todoroki, Ochako, and Ida.
Eijirou did a spin thing then ended it with the splits. The crowd roared for him. Aoyoma smirked and pulled off some moves that I didn't care to watch since he wasn't Eijirou. The crowd cheered for Aoyoma and it ended. That sparkle boy won by only a few claps. Clearly, the don't know talent when they see it. I huffed and walked to Eijirou. "You did better than him, don't be discouraged."
"Nah, He was good." He watched Aoyoma be surrounded with our old classmates as well as some Class B kids before looking at me. "Anyways, wanna get some punch?" There was something in his voice. I couldn't tell if it was nerves or if it was my imagination.
"No. I have to talk to Ashido about something." I pecked his lips with mine. "I think they want to talk to you." I nodded my head to some people and walked away to look for that Pink-haired raccoon. I spotted her. "Hey Raccoon Eyes, I need help with something."
"Hey Bakugou, what do you need help with?" She asked. I grabbed her by her shoulder and pulled her into the hallway. "Bakugou, what's going on?" She tilted her head. I felt my face warm up as I pulled out a small box from my pocket. She gasped. "Is this for Kiri?!" I nodded and looked away. She clapped to get my attention. "You want my help to propose to your boyfriend? That's so cute!"
I covered her mouth. "Shut up! He doesn't know! And I need your help so I can do it right." I told her quietly while putting the box back into my pocket.
"Bakugou! You're so romantic!" She gushed. I just glared at her. "Alright, alright! I'll help you." She flashed me a huge smile. Ew.
Eijirou's Point Of View
"-Then he just walked away with Ashido." I held a ring box in my hand. "Maybe I should just wait to propose. Maybe he wants to break up and get with Ashido."
"Don't think like that Kirishima. He loves you, don't worry." Sero comforted me. "And plus, why would he leave you for her? She isn't his type, but you are and everyone knows it."
I smiled and shut the box. "You're right Sero! Thanks for the confident boost!" I pushed my foot off of the wall and headed towards the hallway, looking for my hopefully soon-to-be-husband. My smile quickly faded when I saw Katsuki on one knee, holding a ring to Ashido. She grabbed the small ring and looked at it, amazed. I silently backed up into the darkness of the dance room and ran, barging through the others to get to the doors that lead outside. Why? I thought he loved me.
"Kirishima? Are you okay?" Sero asked me.
I gave him a fake smile, hoping that the darkness could hide my tears. "Just need air." I opened the doors and walked out. The cool wind soothed my face but it made the stream of tears sting. I wiped it away but more took its place.
I heard the doors open and close, then a familiar voice. "Kiri? You obviously aren't fine. What happened out there?" It was Sero.
I turned around. "I was too late. He already proposed to someone else." I explained. I chuckled and smacked my forehead. "I'm such an idiot to think that he would stay with me for this long. I knew something was up." More tears fell.
Sero rubbed my back. "Hey, it's okay Kirishima. Maybe, it wasn't meant to be." I looked at him and knew that he was speaking from experience. "Everything happens for a reason."
I exhaled the cool night air. "Yeah." We at there in silence for a bit before hearing the doors open.
"Eijirou! There you are, I've been looking for you." I knew that who that was. I didn't turn around, but Sero did.
"What's your deal man? Why did you do that?" Sero asked Katsuki harshly.
"What are you talking about?! I don't care anymore." I heard footsteps and a hand on my shoulder. "Eijirou, look at me." I shook my head. "Eijirou." His voice was getting more urgent. I shook my head harder. Katsu- Bakugou walked in front of us and stared into my red eyes. "Eijirou. Did I do something?" He looked utterly clueless.
"Yes! You did do something! You were proposing to Ashido!" I yelled.
"What?!" At the mention of her name, Ashido showed up.
"I saw you handing her a ring! That's probably why you didn't want to hang out with me! You wanted to be with her!" I angrily took the box out of my pocket. "I was going to ask to marry you tonight, but you obviously have other intentions." I threw the box on the ground and walked away. I would drive away if I had the keys, but Bakugou had them.
"Eijirou! You have it all wrong! I wanted her to help me! I-" I heard Bakugou's voice then a smack. I assumed that he fell. Serves him right. I still turned around though. I saw that he grabbed a box and then he stood on one knee. Wait..."Eijirou Kirishima, will you marry me?"
I stared at the small box as he opened it up to reveal the same-looking ring he was showing Ashido. Sero and Ashido were watching it all unfold. "So, you weren't proposing to her?" I pointed to Ashido.
"No! I don't love her like that! I love you Eijirou." He stood up and ran over to me to grab my hands. "Now, please say yes."
I kissed him. He kissed me back and when we pulled away I smiled. "Yes."
"Thank God. I thought you would say no because of what happened." He gave me the ring.
I chuckled and Sero gave me my ring box. "I was going to propose to you tonight too. I guess that you beat me to it, huh?" He laughed and I gave him his ring. I hugged him and I heard whoops. When I opened my eyes, I saw Sero and Ashido cheering us on. I chuckled while Katsuki just gave them the finger. This feels perfect. I snuggled into his shoulder before pulling away. "Let's go home. We have a lot of things to talk about." I said.
"Talk or," Sero started speaking which made me look over at him. I noticed his eyebrows were wiggling. "Talk."
"Shut up Sero." I laughed and punched his arm. "I mean normal talk. I mean, I went from hating his guts to loving him like a teenager again in a minute and I wanna talk about wedding plans and-"
I was cut off. "Alright Juliet, can it and save it for later. I'm tired after all of that." Katsuki told me.
"Aww, I wanted to dance with you." I swayed with him a little.
"Well, we can save the dance for later. I'm so tired that you might have to carry me to the car." Katsuki started to lean on me dramatically.
"Got it Romeo. "G'Night guys. Tell the other class members that we said bye." I said.
"Wait, I didn-" Bakugou started but I interrupted him.
"Too late Katsuki." I picked him up by the waist and carried him to the car bridal style. He tried to push himself away from me, but I just laughed and held on tighter. "I'm not letting you go until we are at the car."
"I was joking. I can walk." He grumbled. "Whether we are getting married or not, I don't need your help."
"Unlock the car and I'll set you down. I told him while walking to the passenger side of the vehicle.
He pulled the keys out of his pocket and unlocked the car. "Now, put me down." He glared at me. I opened the car door and set him down on the passenger seat. "Hey! I wanna drive!"
"Nope. Give me the keys Kat." I smiled. He growled but handed over the keys. I shut his door and waved to Sero and Ashido. They seemed to be talking about something serious. Suddenly, and unexpectedly, Ashido leaned in and kissed Sero's cheek. "WOO! YOU GO GIRL!" I yelled them.
"IT WAS A FRIEND KISS KIRI!" Ashido yelled. I just laughed and sat down in the driver's seat.
"What happened?" Katsuki asked me.
"Nothing." I smiled and leaned over to kiss his nose. "Let's go home."
A.N- Now the story is over sadly. I loved writing it and I wanted to thank everyone who has commented, voted or added my chapters to their reading lists. Every time I got a notification about that it would make me smile. Also, has anyone noticed that in the first book that the chapter names would alternate from word to number? I did that on purpose, same thing with Sero being the one to explain what Hanahaki was to Kirishima and Kaminari in the first chapter of Random Flower Petals. It was foreshadowing and it seemed that nobody picked up on it. People might've noticed these things and just didn't say anything but oh well. Tell me if you did, I'm actually curious. Anyways, thank you all for reading my awful stories. Thank you for tuning in. ^-^
