Chapter 3

Diamond walked down the sidewalk; Staring straight ahead. Walking past the Café, she looked through the window.

People talked, laughed, studied, and ate. Diamond smiled slightly before the smile disappeared, and continued down the sidewalk.

She pushed the doors of Grocery store open and pulled out her phone to look at the list. She walked down the dairy aisle and tugged a freezer door open and grabbed some milk. She inspected the milk's label, before shutting the freezer door and putting the milk in her cart.

She sighed quietly, before walking to the next aisle. As she looked up and down the shelf, she let her mind wander. It eventually came back to her dream.

What could it mean? She asked herself. She shook her head. It was just a nightmare.

Or was it...

Diamond walked out of the store with the Groceries, Silently walking down the side walk. She suddenly felt a jolt pain. But it was gone as fast as it came. She felt something run down her face, but when she touched her face nothing was there. She stood there for a second before shaking her head and continuing down the sidewalk. She got to HeadQuarters and put away Groceries.

Everyone sat at the dining table, chatting as they ate. Diamond was the only one not talking. Pondering on her dream. Emerald noticed her lack of social interaction, and was starting to get worried.

"Hey Diamond." Gem said to Diamond. But Diamond was lost in thought. "Diiiiaaaamoooond? Diamond?" Gem Asked. "Diamond!" Emerald snapped. "H-Huh?" Diamond said, snapping back into reality.

"Are you okay Ma'am? You seem offaly... Distracted today." Emerald Said

"Y-Yeah. I'm fine. What were you saying Gem?" Diamond responded

And everyone continued their night in peace...

Me: I had this prepared a long time  ago, but didn't publish it, sorry guys. Anyway, this airplane has WiFi so I thought I should try and post it. Yep! I'm on an Airplane. I have the aspects of my personality here as well.
Ruby.

Ruby: Hi.

Me: Gem.

Gem: *Waves* Hi!!!

Me: Emerald.

Emerald: Greetings.

Me: and Dr. Angela.

Angela: Alyssa...

Me: Yes, I know. But you play a big role in the story.

Angela: How?

Me: *Whispers in her ear*

Angela: Oooh. That makes sense.

Me: Anyway-

Ruby: Just post it. Your readers are waiting. If you have any.

Me: Slow your roll! I have at least two!

Ruby: Mhm.

Me: *Sigh*

Jimmy: *Kicks closet door open* HOW DARE YOU LOCK ME IN THE CLOSET AGAIN LITTLE KYLEE! IF THATS YOUR REAL NAME!

Me: Actually That's isn't my real name. That's my YouTube channel.

Jimmy: ...I DON'T CARE!

Ruby: Now there's five people in the mind-palace. *Sarcastic "Woohoo!"*
