(Sort of) Madagascar 2 AU

At noon,Adam comes back for Branch. The Bergen takes Branch into the forest and everyone,except the prince, in the village follow them. He lowers a silver bowl of water into a deep hole and has Branch stand close to him in a arm's reach. The crowd watches from three Bergen feet away the Bergen work.

Branch is wearing a glittering dress made of white leaves,a white hair band with white flowers tying her hair into a ponytail,bracelets with mostly white flowers and a veal made of flowers. The shirt of the dress is short with white little flowers at the hem. Branch feels like she is dressed similar to a bride on her wedding Day. She thinks this is as close she will ever get to that... The green Bergen thought Branch would look pure and clean to the other Bergen so the offering will be more appealing since he and the other Bergen find grey trolls ugly... The other bergen needed a troll for unknown and bad reasons.

Adam starts casing a spell with his magic. The water raises up spinning up to the edges of the hole not touching the soil. The water becomes more and moves rapidly. Branch looks at the water nervously. Adam walks away from the water portal then leans against a near by tree six Bergen feet away. The other trolls watch nervously. Most of them start wondering if they should stop this or let it happen... Poppy tries to run through the crowd. He sees most of his closest friends at front row then stops. They look worried at him when they the notices the Prince's state.

"Poppy, What's going on?",they say worried.

" I have to stop her and tell her while I still can!", Poppy says

"Wait, Poppy what you mean by tell her?", Smidge asks.

Then without thinking the prince runs pass them. There is not enough time to explain. The troll prince must to stop Branch now before it's too late! They call out his name but, it didn't make him stop. He runs towards Branch.

"Branch Stop!", Poppy yells.

Branch hears Prince Poppy from behind her. She turns around confused. The grey troll notices the prince running towards her.

"Poppy?", Branch says.

"You can't do this!", Poppy yells.

"Why?", Branch asks.

"Cause I - ", Poppy yells.

Then Poppy trips and falls down onto the ground. The water sprill becomes more rapid breaking the soil surrounding the bowl. Branch looks down at the ground beneath her scared as it breaks fast. She tries to run but, starts to fall! She keeps on trying to grab the ground and climb as it crumbles! The water tries to suck her in but, she grabs onto the root scared. Then her grip on the root slips cause the portal is strong! Branch let's out a terrified scream as she falls but,then someone grabs a hold of her ponytail. The most of the other trolls gasp. Branch looks up to see Poppy holding onto her hair as the water portal becomes shorter and less powerful. Poppy and Branch's eyes meet.

"This is crazy.", Poppy comments.

"First of all,it hurts and second, what are you referring to exactly?", Branch says.

Poppy uses his to wrap it around Branch's waist then pulls her up with it as he let's go of her hair. He lifts her up above his head then puts his arms out forward as he let's go of Branch with his hair and catches her. At the same time,his hair goes back to normal. Now holding Branch Bridal style Poppy looks directly into Branch's eyes.

"It's crazy that I only realize now that the troll I have been looking for was living outside the village the whole time...", Prince Poppy says sweetly and softly.

Branch smiles then wraps her arms around Poppy's shoulders. Poppy's words warms her heart with love.

" I Love you,Poppy...", Branch admits.

"I love you too,Branch...",Poppy admits.

Branch and Poppy smiles lovingly then bring their heads close together with their foreheads against each other. Branch and Poppy gaze into each other's eyes then they slowly close their eyes as they start kissing for the first time. Branch's true colours shine brightly slowly from her feet and hands to her the hair on her head as they kiss. The other trolls,except Creek, are amazed by the beautiful scene in front of them.

"Awwwwwww...", the other trolls say as the love birds kiss.

Creek,who is standing in the front row, is angry! She needed Poppy in order to be queen and Poppy just gave his heart to Branch and is kissing her! She walks up to Adam who had been watching.

" You were suppose to get rid of that grey freak and mistake of nature! I helped you case a spell to get rid of all the water and give your friend a troll!Why are you doing nothing? I basically teach you how to get Branch to do what we want and you should stand there!", Creek yells.

"If I push her in you the water portal will push her back! This spell has requires someone to be willing in someway to fall in or jump in! You said she willing with the right motivation! I can't control her! It's out of my hands! I should have never made a deal with you! You can try to control and take over the other trolls yourself!", The Bergen yells.

" Fine!I'll do everything myself! I did before and will do it again! And this time I will kill Branch so Poppy will have to make Me Queen! ME!", Creek yells.

The whole village,except for Branch and Poppy who stares upset, gasp in shock! Poppy holds Branch closer and tighter while being gentle. Poppy and Branch looks like the angriest trolls in the world! The rest of the village is upset by the betrayal! Adam tries to walk away but,stops as Creek yells at him.

"Don't you dare walk away! We still have a deal!", Creek yells.

Creek turns around to the crowd.

"Let's just end this!", Creek yells.

Creek uses her hair to swing herself over to Branch and Poppy while Poppy puts Branch down. Then within a second before anyone could react,Creek uses her hair to push Poppy away. He lands on the ground close to the crowd hard. The crowd gasps in shock!

" POPPY! ", Branch screams panicked.

Then Creek grabs a hold of Branch's body from her ankles to her neck with her hair. Branch struggles to escape Creek's hair. Creek tighten her hold on Branch causing Branch to struggle to breathe.

" Take one step towards me and you'll be next to go!",Creek threatens angrily.

The crowd stare at the purple troll scared. Biggie and Coop help Poppy get back on his feet. The rest of the Snack Pack stare angrily at Creek. They couldn't believe that their own group member could do all this cause they want to be powerful. They hate Creek now.

Then Creek walks to the edge of the hole. She lifts Branch in front of her hovering over the now bigger and stronger water portal. Branch's lungs feel like they are going to break. Creek turns around to look evilly at crowd.

"Prepare to say good bye to the worthless grey troll and grump of our village!", Creek says evilly.

Then Creek immediately turns around back to the water portal. Now Poppy is fully standing but, his body is sore and has marks on his body. Poppy's heart is beating fast scared!

"No!...", Poppy says hurt softly.

Poppy steps forward then turns around to face his friends.

" I'm gonna need your help. ", Poppy says.

" What your thinking? ", Smidge asks happily while punching an fist into his other hand.

Poppy quickly explains the plan to his friends then orders everyone else to go back to the village for their own safety for just in case Creek decides to take more hostages. Creek looks at Branch as her face turns bluer more. She is having fun playing with Branch before she decides it is fully time for Branch to go. Creek smiles evilly as she brings Branch closer to the center of the portal.

" Enjoy the other side,Branch.", Creek says evilly.

Creek starts to loosen her grip. She is just about to drop Branch but, then pink hair; green hair and orange hair grabs and pulls Branch from her as different coloured hairs grabs Creek and pull her onto the ground. The whole Snack Pack are standing by the portal. Poppy, Fuzzette and DJ Suki put Branch back on the ground next to them while Creek verbally threatens them as she is held down. Once Branch was free of the hair she clasps on the ground breathing heavily. The whole rescue team go to Branch forgetting about the betrayer. Poppy pulls Branch up and hugs her tightly.

"Poppy, your squeezing me a little...", Branch says.

Then Poppy realizes what he is doing. He loosens his grip on the hug but, does not stop hugging with a big smile.

" Oh sorry...", Poppy apologized.

Unknowingly to the group Creek escapes the hair holding her. She stands right at the edge of the hole without realizing it. Her hair is a mess but she is too angry to fuss over her looks. Unknownly the water portal becomes stronger than before and lean towards Creek. Then the water portal's strength starts breaking the surrounding ground again!

"Hey!", Creek yells.

The group looks at her angrily. Then the ground area where the Snack Pack and Branch seems to start sinking! They all let out a scream as the ground falls from underneath them. Biggie, DJ Suki and Smidge hold tightly onto the edge with the others,except Creek, hold onto each others's legs or hand or arm. Smidge,Biggie and DJ Suki manage to pull themselves up with their hair then help pull everyone else up one by one fast. Soon almost everyone is back on the ground. It's just Poppy and Branch who are still hanging. They all forget about Creek completely.

Satin and Chenille pull Poppy up. Branch is holding onto a root close to the edge Poppy stretches an arm out to her. As Branch grabs his hand with hers Creek grabs onto her right leg and pulls her down. Poppy almost falls down but, didn't cause of Satin and Chenille grabbing a hold of him last second with their hair. Poppy still holds onto Branch's hands as the twins and the other trolls to prevent them from being sucked in by the strong wind the water portal.

"If I'm going down I'm taking Branch with me!", Creek yells angrily.

" This is just - ", Poppy says annoyed but, gets cut off by Branch.

Branch looks at Creek angry.

" Creep,Today is the day I'm gonna be doing the kicking instead of you!", Branch yells angrily with both figurative and literal meaning.

Then Branch kicks Creek in the face with her free leg. Creek let's out a sound of pain as she let's go of Branch. As Branch is quickly pulled up the water portal pulls Creek in until she is gone from sight. Once Branch is out of danger the group run away from the portal. The water portal spins until it is as tall as the trees in seconds. Then the portal completely disappears in the air. The magic creates a sonic boom that's causes the trolls to fall six feet away from where the water portal was. Adam Spells walks up to the trolls before they could get up. The Bergen snaps his fingers while saying a spell. He looks down at the trolls.

"Enjoy having all your water back water...", Adam says.

He turns around,gets his stuff then walks away. The group notice that the ground starts repairing itself magically, the Bergen disappeared and that it is now night. The trolls get up then return to the village. The village cheers the group on for saving Branch and the return of the water. Right now, especially to Poppy and Branch, life feels 100% wonderful.
