Fairytale AU/Strange Magic AU

AN:This part isn't going show an accurate court house process of marriage so just roll with it.

Branch and two random trolls Rockie and her know are waiting in the chapel of the court house. She feels more nervous now. Poppy isn't here and so is Rockie and the official. What is going on? Is the marriage even going to happen? Is Rockie going to straight out leave her here?

" Don't worry. He'll be here any minute. ", Rockie's friend says.

" Everything will be fine. ", Baha resures.

Suddenly the doors open giving Branch a small scare! To Branch's relief she saw Rockie but; then she saw Poppy,Princess D,Alex and two complete strangers. They walk over to the three trolls. Branch is now shocked,confused and a bit speechless. She didn't know what was going on.

" Sorry. Run into these guys when I was looking for you. ", Rockie 'apologizes' as he joins Branch at the wooden stand.

" I'm Sugar Plum and my assistant,Robin, will be performing your marriage. ", Sugar Plum says delightfully.

Robin smiles at Branch holding the needed 'documents' in her hands. Branch just blinks completely lost. Alex takes a seat along with Baha and Rockie's other friend. Princess D gives Branch a hug congratulating her about getting married then walks away to sit down next to Alex. Then Poppy smiles as he gives Branch a quick hug. Branch is still surprised,confused and happy about the fact that he actually came. She thought he wasn't coming at all!

" I'm so sorry I'm late. ", Poppy apologize happily.

" I thought you weren't coming. ", Branch says honestly and softly.

" Why would I miss my best friend's wedding?", Poppy says sweetly and playfully.

Branch smiles at Poppy feeling happier and more relaxed. With him by her side she feels more confident that she could get through this without freaking out. The blue troll felt like she had a bad case of cold feet just a moment ago. Robin quickly puts the fake document on the stand ready to be signed. Sugar Plum stands behind the stand ready to trick Branch into kissing Poppy.

" It's time. ",Sugar Plum says happily.

Branch turns to Sugar Plum letting go of a nervously held breath. Poppy gives Rockie a thumbs up who nods his head remembering his role. The Rock troll looks at Alex who sends him a wink encouraging him. Rockie turns to Sugar Plum who starts explaining the process they are going to go through.

" I need you both to sign this document then we will move on to the "I do"s since we have wasted some time. Is that okay?",Sugar Plum explains kindly.

Branch wasn't fully sure if this was how the system worked but, she just nodded her head understandingly with a smile. Rockie and her both sign the fake marriage document then Sugar Plum became the most important verbal part she has to do. Branch and Rockie hold each other hands looking into their eyes as they listened to Sugar Plum.

" Do you,Rockie Adams, take Branch Timberlake to be your lawfully wed wife?", Sugar asks.

" I do...", Rockie says playing along.

" Do you,Branch Timberlake, take Rockie Adams to be your lawfully wed husband? ", Sugar asks.

" I do...", Branch replies lovingly still under the Love Potion magic.

" Then I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride. ", Sugar says.

The Trairy winks at Poppy and tilts her head slightly at Branch. The blue troll closes her eyes preparing herself for her first kiss ever. Rockie slowly slips away from her allowing Poppy to take his place. Branch didn't move or open her eyes as Poppy slowly got in front of her. He felt a little nervous about kissing her but, closed his eyes leaning in anyway.

The second Poppy's lips touch Branch's lips the magic gave Branch a feeling of sparks going off on her lips. The magic of the love potion had a stronger hold on her than it did on Rock. Her colours slowly changed back to being grey as the magic faded away.

Then when Poppy pulled away from the tender kiss Branch slowly opened her now blue eyes. Her head felt dizzy just like Rockie did which made her confused. Poppy smiles at her happy to see her grey skin,black hair and blue eyes more than ever before. Then when the dizziness from the magic disappeared Branch suddenly realized what happened.

" Poppy,what did you do?", Branch says seriously.

" I'm so sorry! I just wanted to make you happy so I got Love Potion from Robin that was experimental and risky thinking it would fix everything but, then it backfired and you tell in love with Rockie! You dated him for a month but, he wasn't treating you like I thought he should and I told him he had to do better! Then I went back to Robin and Sugar Plum wanting the cure to fix what I did cause I knew you weren't actually happy! I feel so guilty about it! Robin told me the cure but, I didn't figure out how to fix my mistake til now! Then Rockie proposed to you and you agreed and felt like my world was falling apart! You didn't actually marry Rockie! The documents are fake! We had to trick you to I could kiss you and broke the magic! I love you! I'm such an idiot and don't deserve you! You have every right to be mad at me and you can hit me right now cause I deserve it!", Poppy confesses talking as fast as a train.

Then the Prince closed his eyes preparing himself to be punched but, instead of getting punched in the face Branch does something unexpected. She gives him a kiss on the cheek. It was soft and gentle making the idiot Prince open his eyes. To his surprise she didn't seem angry with him.

" Wait... Your not upset?", Poppy says confused.

Branch just nods her head with a soft smile. She was upset at first but, now she wasn't as much. Sure she isn't happy about what Poppy did but, she has something to say. Poppy continues to look at her confused. He didn't understand how she could not be upset with him. Everyone else in the room remained quiet.

" Poppy... What you did was stupid and irresponsible but, I'm not going punch you. ", Branch says honestly.

" But, I almost caused you to live a false life forever...", Poppy says softly and confused.

" True but, I'm still not gonna punch you so forget it. I don't abuse those I care about and love. And I love you too and always have.",Branch says softly and caringly.

Robin puts an hand over her heart at how sweet the moment is. She adores these kind of moments the most. That's why she wanted to make her own love potion like Sugar Plum did. Robin wanted to bring two people together through love.

Sugar Plum smiles at Branch and Poppy glad to see this moment. Alex gets up and slowly walks over to Rockie as everyone just watched Branch and Poppy.
Princess D couldn't be happier just like everyone else. She always knew that Poppy and Branch loved each other.

" So how does it feel be her first kiss?", Rockie says disrupting during the moment.

Alex punches Rockie's arm immediately for opening his mouth like that. It almost ruined the moment. Rockie just sucked up the pain after he realized why Alex punches his arm. Poppy is taken off guard by the beans Rockie just spilled! Branch is honestly glad that Poppy stolen her first kiss instead of Rockie taking it. The guy was acting so weird about her not kissing anyone.

" Exuse me while I take this one outside. ", Alex says as she grabs Rockie's hand.

She wants to have her own private talk with Rockie about their relationship. The Rock troll woman leads Rockie out of the room quietly and quickly. Rockie didn't question Alex since she does this to him often. Especially when she wants a private conversation or she thinks it is a good idea to leave now. She actually helps keep him out of trouble sometimes since boys will be boys.

" Wait...You never?",Poppy says surprised.

" He didn't know how to kiss someone who didn't lose their first kiss in High School. Plus I didn't want to kiss him since he was acting so weird about it. I'm actually really glad I kissed you instead. ",Branch explained honestly.

Poppy felt special in that moment over the fact he was her first kiss and that she clearly liked it. Branch smiles at his goofy happy expression softly before playfully rolling her eyes at him. A few moments later, Branch and Poppy leave the court mushroom holding hands. Everyone else had left or A red still outside like Robin and Sugar Plum.

" I guess I do still need a little help with my love potion,Sugar. ",Robin says softly and honestly.

" You do. How about you and me go to the caterbus and tinker up a new one? Not all of your ideas were bad. Having the magic reveal itself through the eyes is really helpful. ", Sugar says softly and kindly.

Then Robin links her arm with her best friend's arm happily. There is a big smile on her and Sugar's face. She loves Sugar Plum's idea. She is the Love Trairy afterall.

" Then let's get going,Sugar. ", Robin says playfully and happily.

" Okay,Bird. ", Sugar Plum replies playfully and jokingly.

Both women laugh basically laughing at themselves as they begin to walk away. Poppy smiles at how they are getting along much better than before. It seems everything is actually working out. Sure Branch is grey again but, he isn't going to rush her into being happy and getting her true colours back. He loves no matter what colour she is.

" I'll you two later,Love birds. ", Princess D greets in a chill manner.

" Bye D. ", Poppy replies back.

Branch just waves to the princess. Princess Darnell walks happily glad to finally see the two together. Within a minute the princess was gone. Poppy tries to walk forward still holding Branch's hand but, she pulls him back refusing to move. This confused the Prince a little so he turns around to face her still holding her hand.

" What? What's wrong? ", Poppy asks confused.

" You still owe me for the love potion incident and for the two months after it. Did you really think I was going to let it go so easily? ", Branch smirks blankly then playfully.

Poppy just laughs for a short moment finding it funny how serious she was. He knew something was coming and he knew he did deserve it in a way. Branch just smiles subtly at him as he gives her kiss on her cheek then pulls away.

" Sure. You can have anything you want.", Poppy says happily and softly.
