Thanatos had brought Popsephone to and into the Underworld. Popsephone gets into a small boat with Thanatos. A servant of Brades rows the boat across the River of souls. Popsephone notices how dull and depressing Hades looks. It is nothing like Mount Olympus.

As they went further Popsephone notices and looks at the three headed massive dog with orange and yellow fur they slowly passed. The dog watches them standing still. It was the closest to bright Popsephone saw so far. Thanatos notices his small reaction.

" That's June. He's Brades's guarddog and pet. As long as your with me or you don't do anything stupid he will be nice or won't bother you.", Thanatos explains.

" He doesn't look scary like Cerberus. ", Popsephone comments quietly.

The servant rows the boat closer to the side then stopped. They had reached their stopping point. Thanatos steps out of the boat onto the smooth rock sidewalk as Popsephone realizes that the boat had stopped. Soon they find the throne room where Brades sits. Popsephone could see her sitting down reading a book. To his surprise her hair looked more black than blue and her skin was a little more grey however her nose was lighter blue.

" Why does she look different?", Popsephone says quietly to himself.

" That's just the lighting making her look more dull. It hits different from sunlight. You look more dull too. ", Thanatos explains.

The pink immortal looks at his arms. They do look more dull like Brades. Looks like this world does make everything look more depressing. Popsephone starts wondering what it is like to be here for so long like Brades did. It doesn't seem like there are many fun things to do down here.

"Brades! Guess who?", Thanatos calls out.

Brades lifts her head from her book surprised to hear Thanatos. She isn't wearing her cape and crown. The Queen has tall candle holders behind her comfortable and black and grey throne. There is a small table with a bowl of Underworld fruit next to her. This room is the most bright out of all of Hades. Then Thanatos and Popsephone happily walk into the room surprising the Queen more. Popsephone has a big friendly smile on his face.

" What's going on? Why is Popsephone here? ", Brades says confused.

" I want to invite you to my party. It's this afternoon. ",Popsephone says happily as he walks closer to her.

Popsephone takes her crafted invitations out of the basket and shows it to her. Brades looks at the invitation then back up at him. She didn't understand why an handsome God like Popsephone would want her at his parties. She didn't even have a parent who was a god or godness.

" Why do you want me to come to your parties so much?", Brades asks.

" Cause you deserve to have fun like everyone else. Maybe even more since your always working. ", Poppy says honestly and happily.

Brades just blinks then turns her head towards Thanatos. Popsephone seemed to know much more about her than most of the other Gods and Goddnesses which he did. He would ask Thanatos questions about Brades a lot. He really wanted to know more about her.

" How much have you told him about me? ", Brades says seriously.

" I answered all of his questions. I was the only one he could ask anyway. It's not like he knew how to reach you. ", Thanatos answers honestly and amused.

The God of Death laughs at his own words while Brades just glares at him. Popsephone looks at the Underworld fruit in the bowl. It looked different from what he is use to. Then without thinking he picks up one of them curiously but, it didn't go unnoticed by Brades and Thanatos! It caused both of them to panick immediately.

" No! Don't Eat That!", Brades and Thanatos yells panicked.

Then Brades grabbed the fruit right out of Popsephone's hands who was completely shocked and confused by their reaction. The Queen puts the fruit back in the bowl. There is an serious look on her face. There is a reason why you don't mess with Underworld fruit!

" If you eat Underworld fruit you will be stuck here forever. Didn't your mother warn you about Underworld fruit seeds? ", Branch scolds.

" Okay! Relax! I wasn't going to eat it. ", Popsephone says subtly annoyed but, calm.

Both Thanatos and Brades actually calmed down after Popsephone comfirmed that he wasn't going to eat the fruit. It had really gave them a scare. The Queen picks up the same fruit then takes a bite feeling a little hungry. Popsephone decides to talk again since he does still have her attention.

" So anyway... Are you going to come to the party? ", Popsephone asks hopeful.

" Hmm...", Brades says completely unsure what to say.

" He came all the way here just to invite you. ", Thanatos says loudly trying to help.

" Please?",Popsephone says hopeful.

Brades stares at the only invitation in the basket Popsephone has. It has been very long time since she actually went to a party and a party for Gods and Goddnesses was never one of them. The fact that Popsephone did the extra miles made her decision feel harder to make. Should she go?

" I guess one party won't hurt...", Brades says softly.

" Yes!", Popsephone exclaims in celebrating manner quietly to himself.

That afternoon Popsephone made sure everything was perfect. He felt like he had to impress Brades with his party so he could see and talk to her more. He even had a special gold cup set out for her while the rest were sliver. On the gold cup it had the words "For the fairest". The party had kicked off with good start thanks again to the help of Galionysus. Everyone made it to the party on time and are having fun in Mount Olympus.

Well... Almost everyone that is. Brades hadn't showed up yet and Popsephone is nervous about it. He never been so worried about a Goddness not showing up in his life! He really wants her to be here. Popsephone stands in a area close to the entrance of Mount Olympus where he can see who leaves and who comes in. His mother is there with him too actually trying to get him to relax.

" Honey,I'm sure that nice girl will come. ", Pemeter says.

" Do you think she will like me?", Popsephone asks nervously.

" No. She will love you. I just know it. ",Pemeter says supportively and motherly.

Popsephone smiles at his mother. She could always make him feel better when he was scared or nervous. Pemeter is always trying to be the best mother she could be since Zeus couldn't be there half of the time for their son. Zeus has many children with different women from his single life before actually settling down.

Then the mother and son heard someone say "Who is she?". Popsephone turned around to see Brades walk through the entrance. She is wearing a beautiful grey tunic with Gypsy skirt,sliver lining details and no sleeves. She is also wearing her cape with the two skull clips and silver skull earrings. Her hair is tied into a brushed down ponytail which ran down her back. There is a netrual expression on her face. She looked so beautiful as the sunlight hit her now brighter blue grey skin and her Royal Sapphire blue hair that looks like it leaning towards black subtly.

" Go greet your girlfriend. ", Pemeter encourages teasingly.

Popsephone let's go of breathe that he was holding. He wasn't even going to try to deny that he wants Brades to be his girlfriend. She wasn't his girlfriend yet but, Pemeter couldn't help herself. The young god walks slowly and nervously to Brades. His heart pounds loudly in his ears as she noticed him and turned to face him.

" Hi Brades... I'm so glad you that made it. You look beautiful today. Not that you weren't beautiful earlier. ", Popsephone says confidently hiding his nervousness.

Some of his nervousness showed causing Brades to feel a little awkward. She is sure his complement must had came wrong by accident but, she didn't see why he would be serious around her. She has been told that she was beautiful before but, not like Popsephone just did.

" Thankyou. You look handsome as well. ", Brades says calmly and friendly.

Popsephone starts blushing but, it isn't obvious since his skin is pink. He is actually wearing a new green tunic. It was similar to his old blue one but, it was still designed different. The skirt was a little longer and there were no sleeves. Brades actually did think he looked handsome in it.

" Thanks. Do you... - I mean... - would you like to take a quick tour since you never been to Mount Olympus before? ", Popsephone says a little nervously.

" Sure. That would be nice. ", Brades says politely and kindly.

After the tour Popsephone began to feel a little more confident and comfortable with Brades. She was really nice and honest with him as they talked. She had a lot of confidence in herself when it came to doing to her job and wasn't as scary as the mortals thought she would be. Then again a lot of them are more scared of Popsephone and he doesn't  know why or what he did to make them so scared of him.

" So how did you become a Goddness?", Popsephone asks curiously.

" It's a long story...", Brades admits.

" Then make it shorter. ", Popsephone says playfully.

" Okay,Mister... Well as you know I was born a mortal troll a few or more hundred years ago. One day there was a frightening event. The ground was shaking,buildings were falling and everyone was scared. One you gods were angry over what one mortal did. When Thanatos came to collect my and many other families I begged him to let them live but, he couldn't just take me in their place so he made a deal with me. I had to trade my soul and take care of Hades and the souls who came in. I agreed and took June with me. After a long time of hard work I earned the role of Queen, got my freedom to roam above ground and my soul back from Thanatos then Zeus declared me the Goddness of Souls. I never asked to become Queen or Goddness. It all just happened...", Brades says playfully then explains honestly and softly.

Brades's origin story truly showed her selflessness. Popsephone was in awed by how she gave everything up to save everyone else from death. He doesn't know anyone who would do that. Usually mortals accept the fate the other gods and goddnesses gave them or they pray for help and forgiveness. Popsephone has a new respect for Brades.

" That's my story...", Brades adds softly.

" Wow... Your truly amazing and brave person. ", Popsephone replies softly.

Brades blushes a little over Popsephone's words. He smiles at her with a soft look of admiration. That one smile causes her heart to beat faster. Brades began to feel something in that moment she didn't know she could feel.

" What was your name before you became Queen Brades?", Popsephone asks.

" It was Branch... Your father changed it. ", Brades admits.

" I like it. Can I call you Branch?", Popsephone says happily and softly.

Then Brades smiles at him nodding her head. Later still during the party three beautiful Goddnesses notice the golden cup on the large table. Each of them immediately grabbed the cup at the same time. Their hands each held a different part of the golden cup then immediately looked at each other.

" What are you doing?"; Galionysus,Aphrodite and Crercissus says seriously.

The three Goddnesses all saw themselves as the fairest and didn't know who the cup was really for. They actually started fighting over who should get the cup but, the matter wasn't going to be resolved among themselves. Then Galionysus saw Popsephone and Brades holding hands walking towards the them. Galionysus remembers in that moment their host had put that cup out for one person. He could tell them who should get it.

" Hey Popsephone! ", Galionysus calls out happily.

The young handsome God was confused at first but, then let go of Branch's hand and walked closer to his friend. Brades just watches him as she stands still. She wasn't going to stop him from talking his other guests and friends. The immortal smiles at the three Goddnesses innocently.

" Hi. What's going on?",Popsephone says friendly.

" Who out all of us is the fairest?",Crercissus asks narassically.

" And deserves the golden cup on the table?", Aphrodite adds gesturing to the golden cup on the table.

Popsephone froze in that moment. He wasn't completely sure what to say without it sounding a little awkward but, he was going to try. That cup is Branch and she is more beautiful than all of them to him. He planned to give it to her and will do it even if that means telling the Goddnesses that cup was never meant for them. Hopefully they will understand at least.

" Hmm... Actully that cup is for Branch. She is the most beautiful Goddness I ever seen. ", Popsephone says honestly and softly.

All three Goddnesses are completely taken back and speechless by Popsephone's answer! They didn't know who Branch was making it more shocking for them. Branch is shocked as well because, she had heard what Popsephone had said! She has been told she was beautiful by some mortal men before but, never in her life she was told or thought herself as the most beautiful or heard it from a God's mouth! Goddnesses and Gods are known to be one of the finest beings for a reason.

Then Popsephone took the golden cup and brought to Branch. She looked at him still in disbelief. He smiles at her as he hands her the special cup. She blushed even more than before as her heart picked up speed.

" For you...", Popsephone says simply and lovingly.

Instead of saying anything Branch gives him a kiss on his cheek. Galionysus, Aphrodite and Crercissus just watched them. Crercissus crosses her arms upset as Aphrodite was still speechless by the fact that Popsephone didn't think she wasn't the most beautiful. Galionysus smiles softly not taking any of it personally. She is actully glad that her friend had found someone new.

" Thankyou, my Poppy...",Branch says softly and lovingly.
