Poppy is driving slowly into Dreamtrolla College parking lot. He is wearing blue jeans,blue headband,red and white sneakers and a pale blue T - Shirt. The twenty - two year old parks his expensive car into a random open parking spot. The parking lot has many cars and all the trolls are lively. They are chatting or walking around or through or they doing activities. All the trolls out and about are College students.

Poppy however isn't feeling excited or lively for today. Today marks the day of his high school and ex - girlfriend,Dave, dumping him. It had hurt and still does a little him a lot that Dave had just left him for someone else. The young troll turns off his car enigine then sighs as he leans back into his seat. A random couple from the College holding hands laughing as they walk pass the car wind screen happily. Poppy frowns as old memories play out in his mind.

Flashback; four years and four months ago... The class of 2016 is in the hall of Trollworks is graduating. The teacher is standing on the stage talking to the students. All the students are wearing black graduation gowns and caps as they sit their chairs. They are smiling and beaming with excitement. The teacher is reading the College Enrollments.

Then the teacher becomes speechless when he sees a certain name next to a certain college on his enrollment list! He thought this student was going to and wanted to go to a local college but, he was wrong. A smile appears on the adult's face. Looks the student had took his advice after all. Poppy sits in the front row waiting to hear if he got accepted. He is both excited and nervous about this.

" And the next student going Dreamtrolla College is Poppy Kendrick. ",the teacher says happily and proudly.

The whole hall immediately starts clapping and cheering for Poppy happily. They all love Poppy and there is nobody else in their mind who deserves to go to a great college like Dreamtrolla College than Poppy. Poppy has good grades,is basically the whole school's best friend, was elected for class president twice and was also voted most likely to succeed. A big smile appears on Poppy's face. This is greatest news he could ever get. He couldn't be happier but, little did Poppy know his happiness won't last throughout his Spring Break...

Four months later Poppy and Dave,his current girlfriend, are holding hands as they sit down on a couch. They are in Dave's house. Poppy smiles at Dave happily while she bites her lower lip. Dave had fallen out of love with Poppy. Emotionally he is now more like just a friend to her than a boyfriend but, that's not the only reason why she doesn't want be with him... Dave let's go of his hand.

" I'm so gonna miss you when I'm at Dreamtrolla College. ",Poppy says innocently and happily.

" Poppy,I think we should end our relationship. Look I'm sorry but, I just don't feel the same way you do anymore. Your a nice guy but, someone else has stolen and gotten inside my heart. I can't be your girlfriend anymore. ",Dave says honestly.

Poppy's heart breaks as his eyes widen with shock and heartbreak! Dave and Poppy had been dating for two years now. He really liked her a lot enough to give her his heart but, now she's leaving? For who? Why? Why now? Why the sudden breakup?

" What are you talking about? Who?",Poppy says heartbroken.

Then Dave has a loving smile appears on her face as she starts thinking of her new guy. They had met five months ago but, only became official recently. Dave has been cheating on Poppy for only four days. Dave's smiles fades as she notices the hurt in Poppy's face and eyes. She didn't want to hurt him but, she just doesn't love him.

" I have a new boyfriend now... It all happened so fast four days ago. His name is Bejamin... I'm sorry,Poppy, but it's over...",Dave says sincerely and softly.

Tears start filling Poppy's eyes as his heart breaks more. She has been hiding her new man from him for four days? She cheated on him and is truly leaving him for the same guy? Poppy couldn't express how heartbroken he is as he cries.

" But, Why?",Poppy says hurt and heartbroken.

" I already told you. I love him... He's the most handsome,intelligent and kind guy I ever met. He's a lot like me too. We love and do most of the same things. He makes me more happy. I can't be with you anymore since I am with Bejamin now. Sorry but, we have to breakup...", Dave says love struk and honestly then apologetic and softly at the end.

Poppy continues to cry quietly as he heard everything Dave said. He wasn't good enough for her and now Poppy knew that. It hurts him more. Poppy didn't want Dave to leave him but, he knew that he had already lost her. The pink troll looks at Dave as he starts to softly talk calmly while trying to hide his hurt.

" It - it's fine... I guess... that you want to breakup... ",Poppy says softly and calmly.

Poppy swipes a few of his tears from his eyes with his hand. Dave smiles softly at him glad to see that he is accepting of the breakup but, she does feel bad for hurting him. Then she puts her hand on his shoulder comfortingly making Poppy focus on her again.

" You will be okay,Poppy. You will be happy with and make another girl happy one day. Okay?",Dave says encouragingly softly.

Poppy just nods his head then turns his head away from her. More tears slowly come down his face. Dave frowns at him feeling a little disappointed in that moment. It wasn't everyday that Poppy cried but, seeing him cry makes her feel a little bad that he got hurt. Dave knew it was unavoidable but, she knows in her heart that it wasn't going work out between...

The flashback ends as Poppy looks into his rearview mirror. He let's out a small sigh to himself again. His relationship with Dave is in the past but, Poppy still couldn't shake off his hurt feelings and heart or how he became more hesitant with his heart. Poppy is scared of being hurt again...

A week later Poppy is walking through the halls of Dreamtrolla. His mind is distant as he walks slowly to his dorm. Then suddenly he bumps into someone making him snap out of his mind! The pink man looks down at the female twenty four year old troll panicked and worried! She on the floor glaring at him upset then starts picking up her scattered books and papers as she says something. She is wearing a green camouflage jacket, red top, green sneakers and brown skirt.

" Thanks a lot!", the female troll says sarcastically.

"I'm so Sorry!",Poppy apologize sincerely and panicked.

Then Poppy bends down onto the floor and helps her pick up her books. They both unknowingly reach out for the same grey book. Their hands touch as they tried to pick it up then within a second they both feel subtle electricity spark through hands and up their arms. They both pause and look at each other. Poppy and the mysterious woman gaze at each other.

Poppy immediately notices her beautiful blue eyes first. Her natural beauty shines through her deep sky blue skin. Her Royal Sapphire blue hair and bangs frame her face perfectly. He notices her purplish blue nose, round pointy ears and thin lips. She blinks slowly with the sun light shining on her gently and warmly. Poppy's heart skips a beat. The mysterious woman is the most beautiful woman he ever saw in his whole life!

The mysterious woman notices how handsome Poppy and the features of his face. Her heart skips a beat as she takes in every single detail of his face. Blush spreads across both trolls' cheeks. The moment felt it was in slow motion to them. Then eventually they both snap out of their love struck gaze. Poppy continued to help her pick up her stuff then they both got back to standing. Branch has her books in her arms as she holds them against her chest.

" Sorry about bumping into you and making you drop your stuff again. I didn't see you coming. I'm Poppy Kendrick. Are you new here?",Poppy says sincerely then friendly.

" It's fine. The name's Branch Timberlake and no. I'm not new here. This is my final year. ", the blue woman says honestly.

Now Poppy is surprised to hear that she isn't new and this year is her last year! It's his final year too. Poppy had met lots of people here but, he never saw Branch before! He wonders it is possible for him to not see here in the last three years.

" Really? Me too. How old are you? I'm twenty two. How come I never saw you before?",Poppy says honestly and happily.

" I'm twenty four actually. I didn't start College til I was twenty cause I needed two more years after eighteen to earn my own college fund. Didn't have the luxury of someone saving money up for me to study growing up. I did see you lot in the halls and at the few parties I went to but, you were always in your own world with your friends and your in none of my classes. Everyone talks about you a lot. ", Branch says honestly.

Poppy feels sorry for Branch. He wonders why her family didn't save up money for her to continue her education. Then the pink troll was a little surprised that she actually noticed him when he didn't notice her. It makes sense that they don't share the same classes. He wished he did notice her back then. They could've met her earlier.

" I'm surprised that you somehow managed to study and work even know your constantly partying and joining in too many activities after classes. ", Branch smirks.

Poppy can sense some playness in her tone. He couldn't help himself from smiling at her a little bigger and playfully. He likes it.

" Hey. What's the point of just being here if you don't make time for fun?", Poppy replies back playfully.

" I don't know. Improve your chances of a good future and to study and learn?",Branch says sarcastically.

" Don't be a stick in the mud. I'm going party tomorrow night. You should come with me and have some fun. ", Poppy replies happily playful and honestly.

Branch looks at him unsure about the offer. Most of her friends here like to party but, she isn't much of a party animal. Her roommate is bigger partier than her.

" Hmm... no thanks. I have a important homework project to do and finish in a few days. ", Branch rejects nicely and honestly.

Then Branch looks at her watch around her wrist. She realizes that she should be heading to the library if she is going to get more information for her project. Branch looks up back at Poppy.

" I need to be somewhere so... byeee?",Branch says honestly then accidentally cute.

Poppy felt like he couldn't just let her leave! He didn't know if he was going to see her or talk to her again. Poppy didn't this to be their final moment together. Just as Branch was to attempt to leave Poppy stops her.

" Wait. Can I get your number so I call you later?",Poppy asks.

" Why would you want to do that?", Branch asks confused.

" Cause I like you and plus it will be easier to find you when I want to reach you. I'll give you mine too of course.", Poppy says honestly.

At first Branch was unsure about trading phone numbers with Poppy but, a few more minutes of convincing she agreed. They both put their numbers in their phones for each other then handed their phones back to the rightful owner before Branch started walking away. Poppy watches her leave with a goofy smile on his face. After Branch had disappeared Poppy looks at her number on his smartphone. His heart beats fondly as he smiles goofily at it. Poppy now had completely forgetten about Dave like she never existed and didn't care. He had met someone...
