Everyone was getting ready for the Trollstopia Games.

Everyone was either prepping for the activities or preparing the decorations.

Trollzart was instructing on hanging a banner.

"Just a little higher. Perfect."

Some of the other leaders acted as coaches.

Poppy shouted to the Pop Trolls jumping over hurdles, "Come on! You can do it! Jump higher! That's it! You gotta practice if you're gonna be in shape for the Trollstopia Games!"

Some balloons were released into the air for the Techno and Classical Trolls to practice their flying maneuvers.

Trollex got through them quickly.

He said to the others, "You can do three in a row if you do it really fast!"

The others did just that.

"Great job, everyone!"

The Country Trolls were practicing for a relay race.

Delta shouted, "You're doing great! But, maybe you could go faster if you pretended you were chasing down bandits."

The Country Trolls did just that and they did get faster.

The Hard Rock Trolls practiced archery.

Barb said, "Come on! You can do better than that!"

They got better at it.

And the Funk Trolls practiced for weightlifting.

King Quincy said, "Nice work, everyone."

Queen Essence then said, "How about we try 10 pounds?"

Prince D said, "Whoa. Let's not go that far just yet."

They were even joined by the ex-bounty hunters, the K-Pop Gang, the Reggaetón Trolls, and Hickory and Dickory.

The K-Pop Gang did their own version of stretches in K-Pop dancing.

The Reggaetón Trolls did some limbo moves.

And Hickory and Dickory did some of their own exercises.

Poppy continued coaching.

Biggie was next in line for the hurdles.

Poppy said, "Ok, let's run through it again. Ok, Biggie, whenever you're ready."

But, Biggie wasn't able to make the first hurdle.

Poppy said, "Try it again, Biggie. And this time, the rest of you follow after him."

But, Biggie still couldn't do it.

And the rest fell right on top of him.

Poppy said, "Maybe now's a good time for a break."

Everyone agreed.
