Branch was clearly happy, "Oh! Oh, yes! Yeah, baby!"

Branch continued cheering while the leaders took out umbrellas and looked at him with sour expressions.

Branch then went to measure the water.

It was at the perfect height.

Branch said, "You know, I'm not the kind of guy who calls himself a genius. So...I'm just gonna pause and let us all think it."

*Thunder Boom*

The water immediately raised to a marker that meant it was too much.

Barb asked, "You were saying, 'genius'?"

The water rose really quickly and created a tidal wave.

Poppy shouted, "Oh, no! This rain could wipe out Pop Village!"

Trollex also shouted, "And if the rain continues like this, it may wipe out every other kingdom on the ground!"

Branch shouted, "No! I won't let it! I'll just...use the rocks to build a dam!"

Prince D sarcastically asked, "A dam?"

Branch pitifully tried to build a dam in the running river.

Delta shouted, "Branch, have you lost your mind? A dam isn't gonna cut it."

King Quincy said, "This is happening because you scared Cloud Guy!"

Queen Essence then said, "Now, go find him and make it right!"

Branch replied, "No, this is a serious problem! And he doesn't take anything seriously!"

Branch was then carried away by the river.

He then went into the mouth of a big critter.

He was then spat back out in front of the others.

He finally said, "Fine. I'll talk to the cloud. But, I don't know where to find him."

Trollex said, "Well, he's scared. Where would you be if you were scared?"

They saw lightning flashes coming from...

"In my survival bunker?!"

Branch was not happy, "This cloud has a death wish!"

The others glared at him.

Branch knocked on the door.

Inside, Cloud Guy asked, "Who's there?"

"Branch."

"Branch who?"

"I'm not doing a bit! It's Branch."

Cloud Guy opened the door a bit.

Branch started, "Look, I'm sorry about today. I was just worried for our home, *angrily* and you kept joking, and that just made me so mad that I just wanted to-"

Cloud Guy then fearfully pressed Gary and a cage fell on the group.

Branch said, "He's got Gary, too?"

He growled.

Poppy said, "Focus."

Branch said, "Ok, ok, I'm sorry. Please come outside."

Cloud Guy just said, "No. You're scary."

Poppy said to Branch, "You have to lighten up. Show him the fun Branch we know."

Barb mumbled, "But rarely see."

Branch sighed and said, "Hey, buddy, I've been meaning to ask you...why did the cloud cross the road?"

Cloud Guy said, "I don't know. Why?"

Branch said, "Wind."

The others sighed.

Trollex said, "Man, that was super cheesy."

But, Cloud Guy started to calm down.

He chuckled and said, "Indeed. It was dry...but kind of good."

Cloud Guy then raised the cage.

Poppy whispered, "Branch, I think you're onto something. Keep going!"

Branch then said, "Hey, remember número cuatro? Well, I watched the routine."

Cloud Guy asked, "You learned the routine?"

Branch replied, "I love the routine."

He then started doing the dance routine Cloud Guy tried to show him before.

"The sprinkler. The moonwalk. The worm. The shopping cart. The sustainable cabbage patch. And jazz hands."

That got Cloud Guy to make it stop raining.

And the overflowing rainwater went back to normal height.

Everyone congratulated Branch, especially Cloud Guy, "You know, I didn't think you had it in you."

Branch asked, "The dance?"

"No. The smile. Next time, don't make me pretend to be scared to drag it out of you."

Branch was a little upset, "You were joking the whole time?"

"Yep. Got you good, pal. Put 'er there. Too slow."

He and the others laughed.

Cloud Guy then said, "Say, I get bored floating around up there. Do you think I could move into your scaredy hole with you, roomie?"

Unexpectedly, Branch said, "Of course. That wouldn't be annoying at all. Come on!"

Branch got onto the elevator and gestured Cloud Guy to join.

But, just as he was about to, Branch immediately went down.

"Too slow."
