Delta asked, "Is that a talking cloud?"

Branch responded, "Yes, but we're not talking back to him."

Poppy said, "Oh, come on, Branch. It's Cloud Guy."

Branch responded, "No way."

Poppy then said, "But, they haven't even met him yet. And he's hilarious."

Branch said, "I'm not going out there."

Poppy said, "Fine, then we are."

The others then went out.

Poppy introduced them, "Everyone, this is Cloud Guy."

It wasn't long until Cloud Guy got on everyone's good side.

Branch then said, "Nice that you've met, now please tell him to leave."

Cloud Guy then said, "I can help with the rain problem."

Branch said, "Prove it."

Cloud Guy then pointed up to a cloud, "See the big guy up there? He does whatever I want him to, like so."

He got the cloud to make it rain.

Branch pulled out a bucket to collect it.

Cloud Guy then got the rain to move, with Branch chasing after it.

"Oh! Keep going! Keep going! You're almost there! Missed it again!"

The leaders laughed.

Branch stopped and said, "Make it rain everywhere right now."

Cloud Guy responded, "Sure. I'd be happy to do that...for my best buddy."

Poppy gasped, "I'll be your best buddy!"

Cloud Guy responded, "Oh, I know you will. But, I want him to be my best buddy. For an entire day."

Branch said, "Me? Best friends with you? Poppy, you're right. He is hilarious."

King Quincy said, "Branch. Manners."

Cloud Guy just said, "Nope. It's ok. I guess me and my pal here will just take a walk, then."

The cloud above them disappeared.

Barb said to Branch, "Dude, you want rain or not?"

Branch shouted out, "Ok, ok, fine! We'll be best friends...sitting inside in silence...for eight hours. Then, it rains."

However, Cloud Guy said, "Whoa-ho-ho! Tickle the brakes, sour grapes. This is best friendship. And best friendship? Oh, it's got rules."

The whole gang sat on a hill, looking up at the clouds.

Cloud Guy said, "Best friends rule número uno: Best friends always think alike."

Branch asked, "Are you thinking about how much you hate talking clouds right now?"

"Nope. Huh. We must need practice. Say what you see on three."

Queen Essence counted, "One...two...three!"

A cloud appeared.

Branch said, "Cloud," but Cloud Guy said, "Octopus."

"Have you ever seen an octopus?"

"Let's try again. This time, focus on my brain mojo. Brain mojo."

Prince D counted, "One, two, three!"

"Cloud."

"Chiropractor."

Trollex said, "Branch, come on. You're not even trying."

Branch got ready to leave, "This is ridiculous."

Cloud Guy then said, "You're quitting? And here I thought we'd get to see some rain today."

That got him to stay, "Fine!"

This time, a unicorn-shaped cloud appeared.

"Unicorn."

"Cloud. Unicorn? Heh. I just don't see it."

All throughout the day, Cloud Guy had Branch do things like filling a photo album, glitter fights, and dancing.

It was finally the end of the day.

Branch said, "The day is over! We are not buddies! And we will never be buddies. Now, pay up! Make it rain! Oh!"

But, nothing happened.

Branch asked, "Hey, what gives? Why isn't it raining?"

Cloud Guy answered, "Because I said you had to be my best buddy for a day."

"And I was."

"Ah, but I didn't say which day."

That got Branch furious.

The others tried to calm him down.

"Branch?"

"Buddy?"

"It's ok."

"Just relax."

He then angrily snapped a stick in half and scared away Cloud Guy.

And that got it to rain.
