In the Pop Village stadium, every Troll of every tribe had gathered together for...

"Welcome, everyone, to the first ever Trollstopia Games!"

Everyone had cheered as the selected teams of each tribe were preparing for the gGames.

Everyone got in their seats in the bleachers, including most of the royals, who had special seats.

Poppy, however, was talking with Guy Diamond.

She said, "Guy, it means so much to me that this year, every tribe will participate in these Games. And thanks so much for volunteering to light the torch."

Guy said, "It's no trouble at all, Poppy. It'll be a chance to let everyone in Trollstopia know who Guy Diamond is. And maybe a chance to impress Tiny."

Poppy said, "Oh, Guy, that's so sweet...and a little conceited. But, I'm game. Just remember, it's ok to get a little nervous. After all, we are now doing this event with more and different Trolls. But, it shouldn't be too hard to light a torch."

Guy Diamond said, "No worries, Poppy. I got this."

He then followed Poppy to enter the stadium.

In the seats, the Snack Pack was watching with Tiny, who said, "Yeah. Soon, my daddy's gonna set the games on fire! Figuratively and literally!"

Biggie said, "This is all so exciting, isn't it, Mr. Dinkles?"

"Meep."

Biggie said, "I know. I can't wait for it to start either!"

Branch then announced from the announcer's booth, "Good day, ladies and gentle Trolls, and today will hopefully be one of the most fun-filled days in the history of Trollstopia because for the first time ever, Trolls of every tribe have come together to participate in athletic activities! Now, let's give it up for our teams of every kingdom!"

Everyone cheered as the teams entered the stadium and waved to the audience.

The rulers also watched with excitement.

Branch continued, "And now, to start the Games, Queen Poppy of the Pop Trolls has asked a representative of Pop Village to light the torch. Please give it up for...Guy Diamond!"

Poppy asked, "You ready?"

Guy said, "I was born ready."

However, when they walked out into the stadium, Guy Diamond saw that there were more Trolls than there were at a usual athletic event.

He started to get nervous. He even had a hard time moving

Poppy noticed and asked, "Guy, you ok?"

Guy was extremely nervous, but got enough courage to move when he heard Tiny screaming shouts of support.

Guy was able to go up the ladder. He was panting the whole way.

But, once he got up there, he accidentally panted at the fire and it went out.

Poppy saw and said, "Trollstopia, we have a problem."

The rulers watched from their seats and Delta asked, "What is taking so long?"

Everyone watched with nervousness as they anxiously awaited for Guy to light the torch.

Queen Essence said to a nearby guard, "Someone go down there and help him."

However, Barb had her guitar with her.

She knew she had to help, so she checked to make sure no one was looking and used her guitar to send a small spark that lit up the torch for him.

Once that happened, the cheering had started again as Branch said, "Let the Trollstopia Games begin!"

Poppy asked when Guy came back down, "How did that happen?"

Guy answered, "I'm not sure."

After the first events of the Games had ended, everyone met outside.

Branch said, "I'm pretty much already nailing this whole announcer thing, right?"

Trollex said, "Yes, Branch. You were great."

Biggie asked, "Does anyone know what was wrong with Guy?"

Smidge said, "I'm not sure. But, he put things right in time though."

Barb said, "Actually...it was me. I didn't want him to be embarrassed. So, I used my guitar to light it for him."

Trollzart asked, "Oh, dear. I'm guessing you haven't told him?"

Barb shook her head.

Poppy said, "I'm sure he figured it out on his own."

Delta said, "We have to tell him just in case."

Poppy said, "Ok, but not in front of Tiny. Guy did this to impress him."

When Guy and Tiny came to them, Poppy whispered to him, "Guy, can we talk to you alone for a minute?"

Guy said to Tiny, "Tiny, why don't you go with Uncle Cooper for a cotton candy?"

Tiny said, "You know it!"

He then left with Cooper.

Poppy then asked Guy, "So, what happened at the torch, Guy?"

Guy said, "I'm not sure. The flame went out before I had a chance to light the torch, but then it went up anyways."

Branch said, "Yeah, about that-"

Guy interuppted, "I mean, I knew I was already awesome, but who knew I could set things on fire...with my mind!"

All went, "What?!"
