McJagger was sleeping in the following morning after the events of what went down with the Funk Trolls performing two consecutive car washes on President Trollazon's limo ship. It wore him out a lot, but luckily, a good night's sleep was all the first responder needed to be feeling energetic and Funky again.

As the red Funk Troll began to wake up, he was greeted with a beautiful surprise: Laguna standing beside him and holding a blue present, "Happy one-month anniversary, McJagger!"

McJagger smiled and sat up, "Aw, thanks, Laguna,"

The two shared a romantic kiss as Laguna gave the gift to McJagger, "I hope you like the gift I got you. It's not anything too fancy, but I thought you might like it."

McJagger lifted the lid on the box and saw that inside was a red and purple striped first-aid kit with his name embroidered in gold letters. On top of it was a black stethoscope, making McJagger chuckle and said, "I love it, boo. How did you even know I wanted a stethoscope?"

Laguna replied, "Well, I remember Prince D mentioning to me that you've always wanted to have one of these, and I found it sitting in a window sill the other day. So, I thought, 'Why not get it for you?'"

McJagger beamed brightly as he said, "That's so sweet. You didn't need to go through any trouble getting a gift for me."

Laguna blushed and replied while shuffling her feet, "I know, but I wanted to. Just a little way to say I love you."

McJagger got up and gave Laguna a gentle hug as he said, "Thank you, Laguna. But you know you've already given me the best gift I could ever ask for: getting to be here with you."

Laguna chuckled and said, "Trying to be a sly romantic."

McJagger shrugged and said, "Eh, I sometimes try," the couple kissed again as McJagger then said, "Meanwhile, I got you a little something too. I picked it up when we first visited the Music Areas,"

He pulled out a purple present from under the bed. He gave it to Laguna, who curiously opened it and squealed in excitement when she saw the jacket that McJagger bought resting inside. McJagger smiled at the sight of his girlfriend's enthusiastic response, "Try it on. Let's see how it looks."

Laguna placed the box on the bed and took out the jacket, slipping it on before looking in the mirror, "It fits perfectly. I love it, McJagger. Thank you."

McJagger then said, "No, thank you, Laguna, for making me the happiest Funk Troll around." The two hugged each other again as McJagger said, "Now, let's go get some breakfast."

The couple walked out of the room together and headed downstairs by taking the elevator.

In the dining room, Prince D greeted them, who was already seated on the table.

"Morning, you two. Ooh, sweet threads, Laguna."

Laguna smiled and said, "Thanks, Prince D. McJagger got it for me as a gift for our one-month anniversary."

Aggie suddenly came flying in, exclaiming, "It's your monthsary?! Congratulations!"

"What's a monthsary, if I may ask," Laguna asked.

"A monthsary is like an anniversary, but it happens every month... I mean, it make sense on the words," Aggie giggled.

McJagger nodded, saying, "Yep. To think we've been together for a whole month now, and I couldn't ask for anyone better to spend it with."

Laguna blushed as she and McJagger leaned towards each other, touching noses as their cheeks flushed pink.

Val groaned and stuck her tongue out as she commented, "Do you have to be this lovey-dubby this early in the morning."

Melody then elbowed her older cousin in the ribs, "Quit it, Val; it's adorable! Besides, it's their monthsary, so let them have a free pass to be cute together all day."

Essence then asked while putting the plates on the table, "So, do you two have anything planned to spend your anniversary?"

McJagger nodded, "Well, we don't really have any plans, but I don't mind what we do as long as we do it together."

Laguna then said, "Note: McJagger is right. As long as I'm with him, we can do anything...within reasonable limits, of course."

Aggie then said, "Aw, so sweet! Ooh, I got an idea," she pulled her phone out, and told them, "Smile for the camera!" Aggie took a quick picture of the couple and then started to type something.

This made Synth peek over her shoulder and asked, "What are you doing anyway?"

Aggie replied, "I'm making a Loveagram post. And posted!" She showed the picture of McJagger and Laguna while under the hashtag she made up: #McJaguna.

"What's McJaguna?" Cooper asked.

McJagger chuckled and replied, "Oh, I get it. It's like our names combined. McJagger and Laguna. Got to say, I dig it."

Laguna happily replied, "Note: I dig it too," she found herself chuckling, commenting, "I think I'm beginning to sound a lot like the Funk Trolls now."

Everyone broke into laughter...

Until Branch soon came out in his uniform and said, "McJagger, where's your uniform? We got to be down at the station in 30 minutes."

McJagger replied, "I'll be right there, Branch," then turned to Laguna, "I'll see you after work, boo."

The two shared a quick kiss before McJagger ran to the elevator to get to the floor where his room is to change into his uniform.

Laguna watched McJagger running off with a dreamy expression as Poppy said, "Okay, I'm calling it: they are SO CUTE!"

Holly added, "Ya said it, Poppy."

Val rolled her eyes and said, "Why are we making a big deal about this? I mean, they're just a couple just like Popsqueak and Branch, and Holly and Gust, and Synth and Stereo. What's the difference?"

Melody rolled her eyes and said, "The difference is that it's not every day you see Trolls of different species be romantically involved. I mean, don't you remember my mom and dad were in love, and they were different species too."

Trollex then added, "And Aggie and I are dating too, and we're different species too."

Laguna then sat down across from Val, "Plus, McJagger's the kind of Troll who I can really relate to, beyond our interest in studies. We just....seem to get each other."

Delta then looked up at the clock and said, "Gerl, the only thing y'all are gonna get is ayy pink slip if ya miss the bus!"

Laguna looked up at the clock and panicked, seeing she had a limited time to get to the bus station that took her to the 2-4-0 dispatcher building as she shouted, "Ah! I'm going to be late!" She grabbed her belongings before rushing out the door.

"Ah, young love. It'll mess with your head at first, but it's so cute to watch." Aggie commented.

While Trollex was eating his breakfast sushi, Barb got her slightly burned toast, and saw on the table, "You know, Trollex, you have a point that you compare Laguna and McJagger to your relationship with Aggie, but don't forget. Your relationship is a secret, and you're both from different divisions of Trolls. What would others would say?"

This made Trollex realized the Rock Queen has a point. His relationship with Aggie was not the same as McJagger and Laguna. Those two might be different species but the same division, but his and Aggie... different species and different division. Totally different.

Later on, at the fire station, McJagger was whistling a tune while restocking his new first-aid kit with medical supplies.

He got noticed by Mack, who commented, "Hey, nice first-aid kit. Where'd you get it?"

McJagger smiled and said placing his new stethoscope around his neck, "My girlfriend gave it to me. It's a gift for our one-monthsary."

"Well, that's sweet of her. That purple Funk Troll sure knows what to get you," Mack replied.

McJagger then became confused as he said while closing his first-aid kit and placing it in his medical bag, "Wait, purple Funk Troll? You mean Rhythm?"

Mack replied while McJagger followed him, "Yeah. Isn't she your girlfriend? I know it's not the other one since I remember you saying your girlfriend had purple skin."

McJagger chuckled and said, "That's true, but Rhythm isn't my girlfriend. Laguna is."

That made Mack stop and turn around, "Laguna? Isn't she that Techno Troll who's working down at the 2-4-0 dispatcher?" McJagger nodded as Mack then had a weirded-out look, "That's a little weird, don't you think?"

Hearing this confused McJagger as he asked, "What do you mean? What's weird about it?"

Chade then came by, holding a cup of coffee, "Well, the main thing is that you both are way different from one another! You're a Funk Troll, and she's Techno! You're furry, and the only hair she has is on her head! She walks on two fins, and you got four feet! Need I say more?"

McJagger then said, "Look, just because Laguna and I are different doesn't mean us dating is weird. I mean, we are allowed to love who we want to love, right? Like you guys. You dated Trolls with different music. Your parents and families and friends did the same."

Demy then said while putting on his medical gear, "Yeah, but we have standards, man! And the Trolls we're dating is within the ame tribe. I mean, I would get you dating a bipedal Funk Troll, but why on Earth would you date a Techno Troll? I can't even imagine what it'd be like if you two hook up together."

McJagger blushed and replied, "That's a bit too early for us to consider, but I love Laguna. We bonded over scholarly studies and grew on one another."

Mack then commented, "Yeah, but McJagger, she's completely different from you. A little too different if you ask me."

Soon, Branch spoke up, defending his friend, "Come on, guys. Lay off McJagger's love life. If he wants to date Laguna, he can date her. No one says he can't."

"Yes. Give him a break. Love has no limits, you know," Captain Folly said while cooking breakfast," I mean, except for Normal Trolls and Magic Musical Trolls together. That's a whole different history."

Demy then commented, "Yeah, but it doesn't help he looks weird with her. Honestly, this relationship is doomed to fail, and I don't need to see the future to know that."

"What are you referring as? Psychic?" Chade chuckled.

Most of the Magic Musical Trolls all broke into laughter while Branch and Folly looked at McJagger worryingly while the red Funk Troll remained silent, unsure of how to respond to this.

By the 2-4-0 dispatch center, Laguna was accepting a phone call and typing something on the computer before the call ended. Laguna then looked over to the right at her desk as she saw a photo of her and McJagger in Vibe City the day they became a couple and picked it up, looking at the picture. She smiled with a blush on her cheek.

Then, she got noticed by a female Magic Techno Troll, who said, "What'cha looking at?"

Laguna looked up and replied, "Morning, Katy. Just looking at a photo of mine. It's of my boyfriend and me together."

Katy smiled and said, "Aw, that's cute. Who's your boy-toy?"

Laguna's blush became more profound as she replied, "It's McJagger, the Funk Troll who's working as a first responder down by the fire station."

Katy then cringed, saying, "Wait....you're dating a... Funk Troll?"

Laguna, confused, asked, "Yeah, why? Is there a problem?"

Katy calmly replied, "No, just....you are aware he's different from you, right?"

Laguna nodded and said, "Yeah, I'm aware, but what does that have to do with anything?"

A male Magic Classical Troll peaked his head in and said, "I'll tell you what: because it's not natural! At least not in Normal Troll history. Everyone knows that you all date your own kind; it's how the system works!"

Laguna then raised her eyebrow and said, "Note: not necessarily true because you can date other Trolls that aren't your own kind. One of my friends is a mixed species Troll, and her parents came from two different types of music, and they fell in love and had her. Your tribe were also having the same topic. You dated a Magic Rock Troll, Katy."

Katy then said, "Yeah, but it's just not how nature intends it to be for Normal Trolls. If the two Trolls who are parents of your friends were similar to each other, like pop and rock, that could be an exception, but you're a Techno Troll, and he's a Funk Troll. You're both two entirely different species that have no physical similarities with one another and nothing in common with your music. I dated a Magic Rock Troll because we're in the same tribe. Same division too. His dad is a Magic Techno, but you get my point."

Then, a female Magic Rock Troll commented, "Plus, it's just weird to think about. And kind of disturbing... I mean, think about the kids would look like."

Laguna was about to retort something when the phone rang again, and she was forced to take the call, leaving the Magic Musical Trolls to return to her station while Laguna straightened up and said while trying not to break into bitter tears, "2-4-0, what's your emergency?"

Later on, when the two Trolls were on their lunch break, McJagger headed down to a nearby coffee shop to pick up something to eat.

However, as he strolled down the street, he saw a lot of the nearby Magic Musical Trolls giving him disapproving looks, making him comment to himself, "Wonder what's going on."

Then, he found Chin-Hwa sitting at a table and scanning through his phone, making McJagger go up to the Magic K-Pop Troll and said, "Hey, Chin-Hwa."

Chin-Hwa looked up and saw McJagger as he replied, "Hey, McJ. You and your girlfriend are blowing up on Loveagram, but...it isn't good."

McJagger then said, "I'm sure it's not that ba-." but Chin-Hwa showed him the photo on his phone, and McJagger's jaw dropped in shock. The image had a lot of dislikes, including a few pretty offensive comments, making him straighten up and say, "Okay, so, not a lot of Trolls here approve my relationship, but that doesn't matter. I still love Laguna, and nothing anyone says or does is going to change that."

He then went up to the booth and ordered a coffee and a blueberry muffin as the barista, a male Country Troll, got his order. McJagger paid about 15 Trollars and accepted his order when he saw that his coffee had a note on the bottom. He took the letter off and opened it, reading, "Dump the girl-" He stopped reading, and yelled, "Oh, come on! Give me a break already!"

The Magic Country Troll replied, "Take the hint,"

McJagger sadly sat down next to Chin-Hwa, back to their table, telling him, "I don't get it. Why are all the Magic Musical Trolls giving me such a hard time about this? What's wrong with me being in love with Laguna?"

Chin-Hwa placed a hand on the Funk Troll's shoulder as he said, "It's not your fault. It's just....remember when I said that you and she were both from the same division, but in separate tribes? Well, while it's okay for us to date our fellow Magic Musical Trolls of different music because we're in the same division and we're the same kind of Troll..., er, same tribe. For you guys, the Normal Trolls, you're in the same division, but two completely different species, so, to others, you two being together can be weird or strange to them."

McJagger then said, "I can understand if they don't approve my choice of love interest, and I'll take their criticism with a grain of salt because I don't mind since it's their opinions. But I just don't like how they're just calling me out like this. I can only imagine how things are going with Laguna."

Chin-Hwa nodded, "Mm, tough Troll you are, huh?"

Laguna wasn't receiving any better treatment when she saw the many disapproving faces staring at her while she went to get some lunch. On her way to the restaurant she wanted to go, she accidentally bumped into someone, making her frantically said, "Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to-,"

The Magic Musical Troll... or a Magic Swing Troll for that matter, she bumped into got up and looked at her.

Laguna instantly knew right away who it was, "Noah!"

The Magic Swing Troll scoffed and said, "Well, if it isn't one of the ugly Normal Trolls, and to my dismay, it has to be you, Laguna Tidepool, right?"

Laguna nodded and slightly glared at him, "Yes."

Noah then poked Laguna's glasses as he scoffed, "Fun fact: only ugly Trolls wear glasses, and why must your tail also be your feet? It's quite disturbing, much like your relationship with that ugly Funk Troll."

Laguna held in an angered growl as she said, "I can take any criticism you may have, but you leave my boyfriend out of this!"

Noah chuckled and said, "Why? It's not like I'm wrong; almost everyone here thinks your relationship with him is nothing short of frightening. I mean, if it were with the other Normal Techno Trolls, then possibly it'd be better, but you and the Funk Troll? Weird."

Laguna rolled her eyes and said, "Why everyone these days say that?! And why should I listen to you? If I remember correctly, you dumped Aggie because you thought she wasn't pretty without her True Colors. So, why would I want to hear what you have to say about who I find a love interest with? I'm free to love whoever I want."

Noah then said, "That may work back in your little 'Trollstopia,' but here, despite our different kinds of music, we all date our own kind because we're all the same species, same tribe. Unlike you and McJagger, who are way too different to ever be compatible. And if you don't believe me, maybe you'll believe this," Noah then showed Laguna his phone that had the post up as

Laguna gasped at the amounts of dislikes and offensive comments it had, and deep down....she felt her heart drop. She then quietly muttered, "Do....all Magic Musical Trolls think that....me and McJagger together are...weird?"

Noah grinned and said, "Aw, what's the matter? Can't bear to face the facts? Ha! For someone so smart, you seem to be so dumb in the love game." Noah then sang, "And that's the ugly....truth," he left with a vast smug on his face, leaving a downfallen Laguna to walk all alone.

While separate and alone with their negative emotions, the pair could not help but burst into song as they walked down the streets while noticing more MMTs looking at them with looks of disgust or feeling weirded-out.

Back at the condo, Aggie was pulling something out of the oven as Holly stopped and took a whiff.

"Mmmm! What smells so good, Aggie?" Holly asked.

Aggie replied, "It's my chocolate and raspberry swirl cake! I made it for McJagger and Laguna's monthsary. All I gotta do is decorate this bad boy, and it'll be all set."

Clampers climbed up onto a stool to see the cake as she asked, "Aggie, ken ay lick the frosting bowl once y'all are done?"

Before Aggie could answer that question, her eyes widened as she saw a vision occur.

In her vision, Aggie saw McJagger and Laguna up on a homemade stage and sharing a romantic kiss with one another.

Her vision came to an end as Aggie had a colossal grin on her face as she said, "Guys, I just had a vision! Laguna and McJagger kissed on a stage!" Holly and Clampers squealed in excitement as Aggie said, "I better finish this cake so I can give it to them... Oh, and here you go, Clampers," Aggie gave the bowl of frosting to Clampers, who ate a lot of it.

Suddenly, at the lobby, the door opened as McJagger sadly walked into the door.

Guy Diamond noticed the Funk Troll's long face as he asked, "McJagger? What's the matter? You look so....sad?"

McJagger sighed and said, "It's nothing, Guy. Just...a rough day at work. I'll be in my room if you need me," as McJagger sadly took the elevator to take him to the floor of his room.

Synth then asked in confusion, "Do you think something happened?"

Branch, who also entered the condo, answered, "I'll tell you what happened. You see-."

Before he could continue, Branch saw Laguna behind him and stepped out of the way so she could walk inside.

Aggie went out of the dining room form the kitchen, and saw Laguna looking pretty upset as she asked, "Hey, Laguna, what's wrong?"

Laguna rubbed her left arm while saying sadly, "It's nothing, Master Aggie. Tough day is all. If anyone needs me, I'll be in the garden," she walked away.

Now, everyone was concerned.

"Okay, something bad must've happened because those two were so happy before, and now, they look like they broke up or something." Prince D commented.

Biggie gasped and exclaimed frantically, "Do you think they did break up?"

Quincy answered, "Now, now, Trolls. Let's not jump to conclusions. I'm sure there's a reason for this."

Aggie looked on her phone and winced, "I think I know. Look at this," she showed them the post she made this morning, and everyone cringed in discomfort.

"Man, can your be very verbal, Aggie?" Val said as Aggie shrugged.

Branch then said, "That's not all. Almost everyone today at work gave McJagger a hard time about his relationship with Laguna. The only one who actually supported them and stuck by our side was Captain Folly."

Melody then said, "This is so unfair! They shouldn't be thought of as weird or strange just because they are dating."

Trollex added, "Yeah, I agree! They love each other, and that's what matters most. I've never seen Laguna this happy till the day she and McJagger became a couple. Believe me, she's always been alone, studying... well, our tribe. That's why I want her to move to TrollsTopia in the ifrst place."

Prince D then mentioned, "And McJ always talks to me about how much brighter his life has gotten ever since they had their first kiss. He likes to focus his studies until... well, he met Laguna"

Aggie then said, "We gotta help them! I can't bear to see those two upset!"

"I'll go talk to Laguna," Essence proceeded to head to the garden.

Trollex said, "And Aggie and I will go talk to McJagger!"

Aggie and Trollex both proceeded to McJagger and Laguna's room.

Inside, McJagger was putting his uniform away when he heard the door knock.

"Come in," he replied.

Aggie and Trollex entered the room.

Aggie saying, "Hey, McJ. We...heard about what happened to you at your job," Aggie said.

McJagger sighed and said, "All my life, I've always been so focused on my studies and my medical training, and...I never really had any time to branch out and meet other people. Then, once I came to Trollstopia, and I met you guys, and especially Laguna, I started to experience a joy I never felt before. Then, once Laguna and I got to really connect and professed our love to one another, I just knew...we were meant to be. It was like fate drew us together, not just because of our love of studying and reading, but also because we seem to really get each other. We can laugh, play, even sing together, and I'd feel so complete. Seeing and hearing that the Magic Musical Trolls out there disapprove of us just being together romantically because we're different....it hurts. Now I know why you two kept your relationship a secret."

Trollex sat beside him, "Hey, Trolls are going to have their own opinions, and not all of them are going to be supportive of you and your choices. But tell me this: you love Laguna, right?"

McJagger nodded, "Of course I love Laguna; she's my everything. Sometimes, my only thing; I could never not love her! She's beautiful, kind, smart, funny, and above all....she's perfect for me."

Aggie then said, "And you know that we all support you and her being together, hands down. Even if others disagree or find it weird or strange, what matters most is...what you think."

McJagger thought about it, and said, "You know...you're both right. I don't care about what the other MMTs think about my relationship. I love Laguna, and that'll never change! And if they don't want to support us, then that's their problem, because I know I got you guys, who will always support us no matter what."

Trollex smiled, "Yeah, and hey, who knows? Maybe over time, they'll learn to see why you both are meant to be, and...maybe they'll change their minds."

McJagger hugged both Aggie and Trollex, "Thanks, you two, I really needed that."

"No problem. Just looking out for you." Aggie said as she and McJagger shared a fist bump.

Out in the garden, Laguna was looking at the flowers while doodling in her notepad. She was drawing a small picture of herself and McJagger as she sadly sighed, still feeling torn up about the harsh criticism she experienced.

Suddenly, she felt someone approach her as Essence said, "This seat taken?" Laguna shook her head no, allowing Queen Essence to sit beside her as the Funk queen said, "So...I hear that you had a pretty tough day. Did...anything particular happen?"

Laguna glumly replied, "Just....a lot of the Magic Musical Trolls here really don't like that McJagger and I are dating. I know I shouldn't let their opinions get to me, but....that doesn't stop them from striking me in the heart, like an arrow through a bullseye. I even had a run-in with Noah, and...he was....blunt...about the situation."

Essence wrapped her arm around Laguna as she said, "Well, Trolls will say what they want to say and think what they feel is right; not everyone is going to have a supportive opinion. You know, I've never told anyone this but, back when Quincy and I first started dating...not every Funk Troll approved our relationship too."

Laguna was a bit surprised to hear that as she asked, "Really?"

Essence nodded and said, "Quincy and I had our run-ins with Funk Trolls who felt like we were too different to be together, especially because he was a prince at the time that he met. To them, it felt so uncommon and strange for royalty to be dating a commoner as myself. It wasn't easy to manage with them at first, but we grew to tune out the haters and not let what they say bring us down over time. All that mattered to Quincy and me was that we loved each other, and it didn't matter what anyone else said. All that mattered was what we both felt and believed, and we knew...we were meant to be in love, just like you and McJagger. You both remind me so much of how Quincy and I used to be when we started to date, and I know that you'll always love him, right?"

Laguna nodded, saying, "He's so sweet and generous and funny; he always lends a helping paw and always keeps me motivated if I ever felt unconfident in myself. I love him so much....and that'll never change, no matter what anyone else says."

Essence then said, "And remember: even if everyone else doesn't support you, you can always look to your friends, who will always support you and McJagger being together."

Laguna smiled as she hugged the Funk queen while saying, "I really needed that. Thanks for the advice, Queen Essence."

Essence smiled and replied, "No problem, Laguna. Just doing my job as queen, looking out for fellow Trolls in need. Now...why don't we go inside? I think McJagger could use a hug from you."

Laguna nodded as both girls proceeded to re-enter the condo.

Back inside, McJagger was sitting on the couch when he saw Laguna coming his way as he smiled.

"Hey, boo. How was your day?" He asked. Laguna didn't say anything at first but gave McJagger a big hug, the red Funk Troll hugging her right back as he said while caressing her cheek, "I'm guessing you had a tough day too?"

Laguna nodded, "Yeah, but...that'll never stop me from loving you."

McJagger blushed and replied, "Same here. I love you so much, Laguna,"

As the two leaned their heads forward and touched noses while everyone watched in awe.

Aggie then got a great idea and commented, "Hey, I know of something you both could do that'll really show my fellow MMTs out there that you both genuinely love each other and don't care about a thing they might say or do. Look, McJagger, Laguna, you love each other, and you won't control that. Love is those Trolls can only make you feel ashamed if you let them. If you own the choice that you two made, you take away all their power to make you feel bad about yourself.

"What do you mean?" Laguna asked.

"I remember two Trolls who were in love, but they couldn't be together because of their families' feud, and Trolls made jokes about them. And then they started to show their love and date in public, and now nobody makes those jokes anymore. I mean, they got married and had a family, but now it's no fun to joke about it because they beat us to the punch," Aggie explained.

"Oh, Aggie, you're a genius!" McJagger exclaimed as Aggie smiled proudly that she helped her friends to feel confident.

Outside the condo a little while later, Aggie and the leaders worked together to use some of the wooden boxes that were lying around to make a stage. Dante and Minuet held spotlights above the stage while Synth and Trollex used their DJ sets to provide colorful lights and electronic music. With her keytar out, Aggie and the leaders, along with Riff, had their instruments out and were set to play as Prince D set up microphones on the stage.

"Testing, Testing, one, two, three! All clear on soundcheck!" He was testing if the microphones worked.

While the ambassadors, delegates, and associates gathered around the stage as the audience, some of the MMTs that were out and about caught sight of this and stopped to look. McJagger walked up onto the stage and spoke into the microphone, saying, "Hello, ladies and gentleTrolls. Tonight, it's a special night. Laguna and I are celebrating being together for one month, and to honor this day, we're going to sing a little song for you. We hope you like it."

Laguna zipped her jacket up and joined alongside McJagger as they watched their friends cheer for them. In contrast, the MMTs watched in confusion. Aggie gave the signal as the leaders started to play a love song with her while McJagger and Laguna swayed to the beat, set to sing.

All of their friends applauded at the end of the performance as McJagger and Laguna bowed on stage before they looked up and saw a few of the MMTs also praising them. Others were still giving them weirded-out looks, but it didn't matter because the pair loved each other. Laguna and McJagger looked at one another fondly as McJagger brought his hand up and tucked a strand of hair behind Laguna's right head fin before placing his paw on her cheek. The two, stuck in a romantic trance, leaned forward and ended up sharing a kiss.

"Yes, my vision came true!" Aggie whispered.

Later on, while everyone else decided to turn in for the night, McJagger and Laguna chose to take a nighttime stroll down the street,

"Note: Harmonious Land looks a lot different at night, but it's also quite beautiful," Laguna commented.

McJagger added, "I agree, though, you're the most beautiful thing to me, Laguna," Laguna's cheeks flushed pink as she blushed from the compliment before McJagger pointed out a bench and said, "Hey, let's take a seat here."

The couple sat on the bench as Laguna commented, "You know, this reminds me a lot of the day you and I told each other we loved one another."

McJagger chuckled and said, "Yeah, it does bring back memories. You know, who knew all it would take was a trip in a made-up maze for us to gain the courage to admit our feelings?"

Laguna replied, "I know. The task was challenging, but I had a lot of fun, especially since I got to do it with you." She then thought about something before quickly asking, "Say....McJagger, I was wondering. What was it you saw in me that made you realize...you loved me?"

McJagger thought about it before answering, "Well.....some Trolls, like the MMTs, look for beauty and similarity in kind, but I find that true love occurs if two Trolls, no matter the size, species, color, etc., are able to connect on a level where...we see things not for how others see it...but for how you see it. Like...I saw you as not only fun, smart, and pretty, but humble, caring, generous, and above all, unique. You're unlike any Troll I've ever met, not only because of your superior intelligence but also because.....you make me feel things I never thought I'd ever feel. When we hug or kiss or spend time together, I get Funky butterflies in my stomach and feel so happy that I almost burst in excitement like Poppy. And no matter what anyone else might say or do, my views on you will never change. I love you, Laguna. Always have, and always will."

Laguna smiled and kissed McJagger's cheek, "I feel the exact same way. You know, back home in Techno Reef, I never was really interested in dating but, once we met, you sparked something in me that....made me see things in a whole new light. When I'm with you....it's like a rave is happening in my chest and....I feel like I can truly be myself around you."

McJagger blushed and said, "And I wouldn't want you to be anyone but yourself."

The two Trolls held hands again.

"Happy monthsary, McJagger. I hope we'll get to stay together for many more to come," Laguna said.

McJagger cupped his hand under her chin, and said, "I couldn't ask for anything better, Laguna. Happy monthsary"

The two shared another kiss with each other, feeling nothing but complete bliss and enjoyment in one another's company. It didn't matter what the world thought of them; they loved each other so much, and that was all the support the couple could ever ask for.
