The Snack Pack were hanging out at the Pop Diner as many customers entered to eat lunch. Rose noticed something else.

"Branch, where is Guy Diamond?" Rose asked them.

"He's in the fucking men's room again," Branch answered.

He looked at the men's comfort room with one toilet and someone was using it. Once the person got out, Guy Diamond ran into the bathroom.

"Guy, are you okay?" Rose asked him.

Rose's answer was only a moan from Guy Diamond.

"Guy? Oh shit!" Poppy asked.

"He's been like this since he reached the ninth month of his fucking pregnancy," Branch said.

A few hours later, Guy Diamond was still in the restroom while there was a line of guys wanting to use the restroom.

"He is taking a fucking long time there," Smidge said.

"Oh yeah, you think? FUCK!" Branch said with his legs crossed.

"I don't think I can hold my ass any longer," Biggie said with his legs crossed.

"Okay you motherfuckers, I'll text Mrs. Maheswaran to get him," Rose said.

She texted the Maheswarans to come and get him from the diner. They brought Guy Diamond to the hospital with his parents and sisters and the Snack Pack would visit him to see if he's okay.

"How was he?" Rose asked Mr. Maheswaran.

"He's alright, he's having a hard time," he answered.

"We got some supplies for the baby," Poppy said.

"Dhanyavaad," Mrs. Maheswaran thanked her. "He would be so happy that you got the supplies for the baby."

"Maybe we should check on him," Rose suggested.

They entered the room, where Guy Diamond was lying while touching his nine-month-old belly.

"How are you doing, Guy?" Rose asked him as she brought food to his bed.

"I'm doing alright since I'm not allowed to move around unless I go to the fucking toilet," he sighed.

"Guy, it's alright, we'll handle everything," Poppy said.

"Don't worry about me, I will be goddamn alright," he winced in pain.

"You need to be in bed to make sure the baby is okay," Rose said.

"Okay," Guy Diamond agreed.

They visited Guy for several days to see if he was okay. Lownote Jones and R and B take turns checking his temperature, and the others would bring gifts for the soon-to-be-born baby. This went on until it was nighttime on March 19.

"Ugh, I need to go to the fucking bathroom," Guy said as he walked to the bathroom to do his business.

The Snack Pack knocked at his room but no sound was heard.

"Guy, is everything alright in there?" Poppy asked.

In a minute, Guy Diamond let out a scream in agony.

"Guy, what the fuck is wrong?" Poppy asked.

"TINY'S COMING!" Guy Diamond shouted.

Soon a thud was heard and Cooper was lying on the ground like a toy doll.

"Cooper? What are you doing?" Rose asked.

"He is doing the "Andy's coming" challenge that he saw online," Poppy answered.

"But he didn't say Andy's coming, Eh, Cooper being Cooper," Jussy shrugged.

"SOMEONE CALL THE FUCKING DOCTOR!" Guy Diamond shouted.

"On it!" Branch said as he picked up his cell phone.

"We're on jumpsuit duty," Said Satin and Chenille as they made a blue jumper.

"I get to be a role model," Cooper said, getting off the floor.

"I don't want to be a fucking big sister," Smidge whined.

"Okay, what's your emergency?" the hospital worker asked when he got the phone.

"Someone is going to give birth," Branch answered.

"We're going to take him there instead," Mr. Maheswaran said.

"Him?" the worker at the hospital asked in confusion.

"It's our son," Mrs. Maheswaran answered.

"You mean your son is the famous trans man member of the snack pack, Guy Diamond? My brother has been a fan of his because he is also a trans man and he looks up to him," the voice said.

"Yeah, and he transitioned at the age of twelve," Mrs. Maheswaran asked.

"I didn't know that," the worker said.

"Have him taken to the emergency room right now," Mrs. Maheswaran said.

"Alright, Dr. Paulina Perez will be ready at the emergency room, thank you," the worker said.

"Dr. Plum Plimsy?" Poppy stammered.

Soon, Dr. Plum Plimsy arrived with her assistants. She is a brown skinned woman with purple eyes, pale green hair in a pixie cut, green shirt and darker green pants, blue flats, a stethoscope around her neck, and white earrings to match her lab coat.

"Okay let's get to this, I know you're all his close friends and family but we can't let all of you in, I only need two people to support him," she said.

"I'm going in for my son," Mrs. Maheswaran answered.

"Okay, do any of you want to volunteer?" the doctor asked them.

"I'm his closest friend so I'll do it," Smidge said.

"But Smidge, you haven't seen how it works," Poppy said.

"I know I'm not gonna be the one who will have the baby but I want to see how it will work because I want to be prepared when me and Milton Moss marry and have babies," Smidge answered. "Plus, Guy and I know each other more than you think."

"Okay, let's go, you two, while the rest will wait outside," she agreed.

Immediately, placed Guy Diamond into a stretcher. He was rushed into the operation room with his mother and Smidge while the Snack Pack waited outside. Rose, Branch, Poppy, Cooper, Jussy, DJ Suki, and Biggie were whispering some prayers, and Satin and Chenille were reciting Shinto prayers, while the others waited anxiously as some beeping noise was heard. Inside the delivery room, Smidge was reciting Native American chants quietly while supporting Guy Diamond with his mother.

"Okay Guy, how are you doing?" Smidge asked him.

"It feels like my ass is gonna rip apart," Guy groaned out of pain, while shifting different positions.

"My love, you'll be okay, just keep pushing," his mom said. "I know this is new to you but this is how I had you and your sisters."

"Aww mom," Guy sighed but the pain made him wince.

"Okay Dananjay, I know you've transitioned before, you're doing great but we need to keep pushing," Dr. Plum Plimsy told him.

"It's alright my baby, I've been there too," his mom encouraged him.

"Gonna have to push harder than that," she added.

"Look, life can be tough and scary and sometimes, you end up in a situation harder than fucking labor, but you do it anyway because you're you and you can fucking handle it," Smidge said.

"I don't know if I can do it," Guy winced.

"You are a famous keytarist and you are popular among the guys," Smidge added.

"Yeah, and it sounds fucking hard," he gritted his teeth.

"Look Guy, the point is, you'll never feel ready and all you have to do is fucking try, now come on!" Smidge ended her speech as Guy screamed in pain. Suddenly, a crying newborn baby was pushed out of him and Dr. Plum Plimsy caught him into her hands. The baby had dark skin, blue eyes, and curly hair.

"You did it, my boy!" Mrs. Maheswaran gasped out of joy. "I'm so proud of you."

The baby's cries were heard from the waiting room and the rest of Guy Diamond's family and the Snack Pack were so relieved and happy at the same time.

"Girls, you're all aunts now," Mr. Maheswaran told the other daughters.

"Aww, the gonna be so cute!" Poppy cooed.

"We'll meet Tenzin Maheswaran after Dananjay recovers," he said.

"Okay," Branch said.

"Tenzin?" Poppy gasped.

"Dananjay chose it, of course," Mrs. Maheswaran said. "He has a cute beauty mark below the left side of his lip and a strong set of lungs, Oh Shiva! He's gonna be a great father."

When morning came, everybody else returned to the hospital room to see the new baby.

"Makes sense, like father like son, just like me and Gary," Branch said.

"Your fucking pet parrot?" Rose asked him.

"Yes," Branch sighed.

"Dang it, we missed the birth!" Barb gasped when the others arrived.

"Aw, balls!" Gristle growled.

"Grissy!" Bridget said.

"But who's gonna eat my fucking cheese balls, babe?l" Gristle said blushing in embarrassment.

"Watch your language ya twats, there's a baby," Rose said.

Mr. Maheswaran peeped out of the door and asked everybody to enter the hospital room to see the new baby. When they entered the room, they saw Guy Diamond cradling a bundle in his arms.

"Everybody, meet Tenzin Maheswaran, a.k.a Tiny Diamond," Guy said as he showed them his son, wrapped in a blue blanket in his arms.

"Whoa, he's got Afro-American genes like us," Rose gasped.

"Olá Tiny Diamond, welcome to the world," Poppy whispered.

"Awwwww," Tiny yawned.

"That's so cute?" Poppy gasped.

In a minute, Tiny then snuggled in Guy's arms and slept.

"Awww, he needs to sleep," Rose whispered.

"That's alright, he's still a baby," Guy Diamond said. "I can't wait to dress him for Easter when it comes."

"I have a question: why is Tenzin wriggling like a hip-hop dancer when he sleeps?" Branch asked him.

"Yeah, and he makes matching hip hop noises too," Rose added.

"He is my special boy!" Guy Diamond said as everybody admired his new baby.

I took inspiration from the first season's first episode of the spin-off, Human Resources for the birth scene.
