Branch is a Psychic...

One late morning Freshman Branch was at his locker getting his stuff ready for study hall when he heard voice walk by, it was non other then the beautiful Poppy Bell and her friend Smidge.

''So what class do you have next?'' Smidge asked.

''I'm going to the library for study time then I have gym I hate that class I tried to get out of it but Freshman don't get that this year.'' Poppy said as they passed by she noticed Branch but didn't say anything.

He watches her walk, he had a crush on her but then again so did all the other guys he could name three others two who was serious about her and one who only flirted

''Nice try Branch you and her will never happen.'' A purple male troll named Creek said coming over.

He sighed and looked at Creek. ''No I don't suppose I have a chance then again neither do you for that matter I say if she does it will be someone worthy of her.'' Branch said shutting his locker.

''Yeah well I'm gonna ask her out later today in gym class.'' Creek said.

One thing nobody knew about Branch is that he was psychic he could see stuff happening a mile away and see the future if he wanted to he was able to control it it was a power he hated though it did come in handy the only one he hasn't tried was Poppy's he was afraid of what he would see he only tried to loom into the today and tomorrow he loved being prepared but he also wanted to be surprised with life. He saw into the future of Creek asking Poppy.

Vision..

Creek goes up to Poppy who finished doing push ups.

''Hey Poppy love your looking beautiful.'' He flirted.

''Thanks Creek.'' She said smiling happily.

''So say this weekend you want to go out with me?'' He asked.

''Oh Creek how sweet of you to ask but I already have plans over the weekend sorry.'' She then went back to working out.

Creek face fell and he looked annoyed and sad.

Vison over...

Branch looked at Creek who was grinning in that direction. ''Ok well good luck.'' Branch left.

He went into the library and went to one of the corners tables that wasn't too big and he pulled out his books and homework and worked on it. It was quiet and then he felt the chair across from him being pulled out he looked up to see Poppy placing her books down she looked at him smiling.

''Is it ok if I sit here?'' She asked.

''Sure.'' He said.

She sat down and they both studied he looked up at her over the book she was so perfect and she had a nice body and her personality was wild and bubbly she was cheerleader captian and she did her job well, he smiles after a few minutes he heard her give a annoyed sigh. He looked to see her struggling.

''Do you need some help?'' He asked.

''Yes I do I can't figure out this algebra stuff. And if I can't keep my grades up I'll flunk school.'' She said.

''Well here let me help you.'' He stood up and went over to her and looked at the problem he was working on them himself.

''Ok well here you take this number here and multiply it to this one and count this one and divide it.'' He said.

She watched and paid attention holding the pencil and he placed his hand on hers and guided the pencil as she watched. He couldn't help but take in her wonderful vanilla and bubble gum scent and blushes a bit.

She was blushing and love the feel of his hand on hers helping her she took in his smell and loved it also he was very handsome strong yet his hands were soft and gentle. He took his hand off of hers and she worked on the next one and he went back to his seat his cheeks all red and he went back to his homework.

They worked in silence playing the looking and looking away game, finally Poppy closed her book and then stood up.

''Say your Branch right?" She asked.

He looked up. ''Yeah I am the one and only.''

''I just want to say thanks for your help it really does work that way but anyway I thought I'd return the favor how would you like to go out for supper and a movie this weekend?'' She asked batting her eyelashes.

He froze and couldn't believe it. ''Sure I'd like that.'' He said his cheeks red.

''Great your in gym right? I'll see you there.'' She winks and left.

He was so happy he almost did a dance funny enough he would see the future and he did want to see where it would take them but he wanted it to be a surprise.

Later in gym he wasn't far from Poppy and Delta when Creek came over.

''Hey Poppy love your looking beautiful.'' He flirted.

''Thanks Creek.'' She smiled.

''So say this weekend would you like to go out with me?'' He asked.

''Oh Creek how sweet of you to ask but I already have plans this weekend sorry.'' She said and she looked at Branch and winked.

He chuckles at that as Creek left steaming.

Branch then saw a vison of his and Poppy's date and he smiled at it hoping that was the case he could see the future but sometimes he only got part of it like with Creek getting rejected he didn't see the her asking him out he was still young and it would get better with time.

That weekend they went out to the dinner that they usually all hung out.

''What this is your first date?'' Asked Poppy who was surprised.

''Yeah I don't get out much. I'm sure you've been on plenty of dates.'' He said.

''Honestly I've only been on two dates before this one and I'm enjoying this one a lot more then the others.'' She smiled.

''I'm glad.'' He said as they reached for the salt as their fingers touched.

Later they went to the movies and while there he decided to be brave and held her hand as she laces his with her fingers and she leans over her head on his shoulder he smiled as this was part of what he saw and he laid his head on hers.

During a part of a boring scene in the movie since they were in the back she leans over and plants a kiss on his cheek.

He looks at her blushing and she leans over whispering. ''I couldn't help it you look very kissable.''

He then looks at her and she stares at him he kisses her cheek as well.

Once the movie was over they walked back to her place both laughing and talking while holding hands as they got back to her place.

''Tonight was fun we should do it again.'' Poppy said as she kissed his cheek letting it linger there.

''Yeah we should.'' He said as she was about to walk away he grabbed her hand and pulled her back as their foreheads touch. ''You shouldn't of done that start something and not finish.'' He whispered.

They leaned in and he kissed her lips as she kissed back it felt spine tingling. His arms were around her wasit and she rested her hands on his chest leaning in his arms. After a few minutes of making out they pulled away.

''Meet me at the park tomorrow and we can hang.'' Poppy said as she kisses him again and went inside.

Branch stood there with a lovestruck look on his face and he fell over as it was too much. ''What a troll and a kiss.''

He had seen all of that happening besides the kiss at the end of the night he smiled and walked home he saw another vision.

Vison..

Him and Poppy finished high school and they were walking in Lovers Park they came to the bench and they sat down holding hands.

''Tonight is perfect.'' Poppy said.

''Almost one thing will make this perfect.'' Branch said.

''Oh what is that?" She asked giggling.

He kissed her hand holding it and getting on one knee.

''Poppy dating you has been amazing I really didn't think we would survive in high school we have had our ups and downs and I loved evey minute of us being together and will you marry me?'' He asked holding out a ring.

Poppy covers her mouth. ''Yes, Branch yes I will!''

She tackles him in a hug as they kiss.

Branch smiled and was excited. If marry her was in the works he'd do it
