Rosie was outside of the royal castle by the fountain she was enjoying the fresh air away from the party she was wearing a light blue sleeveless dress and she was walking and spinning. Not far away a young troll named River was outside as well only he was watching Rosie and decided to dance with her.

He went over to her and he coughed. ''Ahem.''

The princess turned around to see River standing there in a dress vest and black shorts. ''May I have the pleasure of a dance?'' He asked.

She giggles happy to see her secret crush and she nods. ''Yes you can my good troll.''

She laughs and he smiles as she runs over and hugging him and he held her hand and placed his other hand on her waist and they start to dance as they hear the song To be human playing and they start to waltz a bit.

River took the lead and spun her and they held each other as they did a slow dance together, the princess placed her other hand on his shoulders as his wrapped around her waist as they swayed a bit.

''You look beautiful tonight.'' He whispered in her ear.

She gives a soft smile resting her head on his shoulder. ''Thank you and you look handsome.''

While this couple was dancing and pulled away to look at each other little did they know that they weren't alone. The snack pack kids were hiding in the bushes and watched the cute couple dance.

''I hope they get together.'' Lyric said quietly as he was watching with his girl Tulip.

''They will I know my boy River he's just waiting for the right moment to ask her.'' Sparks said as he watches his best friends dance.

''I don't know her break up with Wood was pretty bad.'' Esperanza said as she looked and wrapped her arms around Arthur's shoulders kissing his cheek.

''She'll go for him.'' Astrid said who was next to Sparks as they held hands.

''Yeah I agree.'' Autumn said.

''Probably.'' BJ said.

Rosie was looking at River as they continued to dance. ''This is kind of a bittersweet song.'' Rosie said.

''Yes it is but sometimes bittersweet music is ok to have.'' He said.

She smiles at him and felt her cheeks blush he was so handsome and he was a bit taller and she felt his arms they were strong and gentle and she watches him as they dance. She pulls away and jumped up on the fountain ledge and pulls River with her and they side dance both laughing and enjoying themselves.

River gets down and follows Rosie holding her hand around the fountain and then lifts up and brought her down as they went in a faster pace dancing and they both giggled and smiles. He held her sideways in his arms and they started to dance the waltz like on Beauty and Beast and Cinderella remakes.

Rosie was a blushing mess and they continued to dance and talk. ''I've missed hanging out with you Rosie.'' He whispered.

''I missed you too River.'' She held him close.

While they couple were in their intense dancing up on the ballroom balcony Queen Poppy was enjoying the fresh air and he saw her daughter dancing and River coming up dancing. She smiled watching it they seemed so perfect just like her and Branch were. She felt arms around her waist and she grins.

''There you are beautiful.'' King Branch said as he rests his head on her shoulder and watched the couple dance.

''They are so cute together reminds me of you and me.'' She said.

''Yes if I recall I came to cheer you up after your break up and you enjoyed it.'' He watches his daughter and honorary son who him and Poppy took care of when he was little.

''Yep and looks like that is what happening here. I'm surprised your not attacking him.'' She joked.

''Well I could but some reason she seems so happy after her week of sadness and I don't want that smile to leave her face I trust him and her. She is 18 after all better she finds true love'' Branch said. Poppy smiles as they watch holding each other

River waltz a slow one with Rosie and quickly dips her low with one hand and pulled her up as they stare into each others eyes. Her hand on his shoulder and he places a hand on her cheek. ''Oh Rosie your so damn beautiful.''

She smiles as they stare into each others eyes and they lean in and their lips inches away both nervous and the princess closes the gap as they kiss and it was a quick peck and her lifts her so soft. They pull away.

''I love you River.'' She said.

''I love you too Rosie.'' He lifts her chin and kisses her again and she wraps her hands around the back of his neck and they kiss more passionately then pulls away.

As the song To be human ended they pulled away and he bowed and kissed her hand. ''Rosie.''

''River..'' She said breathlessly.

He smiles and strokes her cheek as she hugs him and they sat on the edge of the fountain. The Snack kids watch and aww Poppy wipes away a tear as Branch smiles and kisses her cheek.

''Come on Poppy lets give them some privacy.'' He said pulling her away.

The two new lovers rubbed their heads together happy to be with each other.
