Branch and Poppy try to be together while juggling spending time with their families...

Poppy got back inside and smiled to see Viva and their dad sitting and going through a scrapbook.

''Poppy your back!'' Viva stood up and hugged her sister and pulls her onto her lap as they all three go over the scrapbook.

Branch made it back to the bunker and he went in, and he heard laughing and talking when he got to the floor, he saw his brothers at the table all talking and playing cards they looked when he came in.

''There you are Branch! I almost came looking for you.'' John Dory replied looking relieved.

''I'm a big boy I can handle myself thank you.'' Branch replied as he went to the small puzzle table working on the puzzle.

Clay went over sitting next to Branch.

''Hey, you ok man?'' Asked Clay.

''Yeah, I am, Clay why do you ask?'' The youngest brother asked without looking up.

''Well, you don't seem so happy.'' Clay pointed out.

''What can I say old habits die hard sometimes.'' He explained not looking up.

''I don't think that's it.'' Floyd responded coming over to his brothers.

''Oh, please enlighten me.'' Branch responded not looking up.

''Well, whenever you got into trouble or weren't happy you would always look down and not at us when you talk.'' Floyd reminded Branch.

Branch looked up. ''I got a lot on my mind is all and no I'm not sharing it so drop it.'' Branch answered.

Later that night Branch went to lay down and got on his phone to message Poppy.

'Night Poppy.'

Poppy looked at her phone and smiled as she responded back.

'Night Branchifer.'

They both went to sleep.

The next morning Branch was awakened to the smell of something good cooking and he got up and put on his robe as he walked out and saw Bruce and Clay working on something in the kitchen and he looked to see the bunker all decorated with Christmas stuff and saw John Dory and Floyd putting gifts under the tree.

''Merry Christmas Branch!'' They shouted as they all dropped what they were doing and had a group hug.

Branch smiled feeling so happy as he hugged them, and they pulled away as Clay and Bruce went back to the food.

''You could have asked I would have come to help.'' Branch protested.

''Yeah, but we wanted to make it up to you for missing all those Christmas you were alone.'' Floyd replied.

Clay and Bruce came over to the table with a lot of food.

''Christmas breakfast. Pancakes, fluffed berry cake, fruit, bacon, and eggs.'' Bruce replied.

They all sat at the table and started eating. Branch tasted the pancakes that were just as good as he remembered, and he smiles happy to be surrounded by his brothers but the only thing missing was Poppy.

After the boys finished eating, Branch took the plates and rinsed them off saving them for later.

''So, we still going with the tradition with opening gifts?'' Asked Branch.

''Actually, I thought we could wait until tonight when the sisters come over.'' Clay replied.

Branch nodded and felt his phone vibrate and saw it was Poppy. ''Um Poppy needs help with the rock trolls something big is going down and apparently, I know how to stop conflict I'll be back.'' Branch said as he grabbed his scarf and left.

The brothers looked surprised and looked at each other.

Poppy was woken up by Viva who climbed over her and shook her shoulder. ''Poppy, get up silly.'' She whispered in her sister ear.

Poppy giggles and smiles. ''Mm Branch I'm getting up. -''

Her eyes widened as she saw Viva over her and the older sister giggles and got off. ''Viva!''

''Sorry Poppy I always use to that on Christmas morning, I can see Branch does that to you too huh?'' She asked.

''Yeah, sorry but yeah, I'm up!'' Poppy got up as she got dressed and walked out to see gifts under the green tree decorated in pink, orange, and yellow. Poppy also saw an ordainment that had an old picture of Peppy holding Viva while Viva held a baby Poppy.

''Where did you get this?'' Asked Poppy looking at it.

''I kept it and figured why not. But since we are here, I think an updated one would be the best.'' Peppy replied coming out of his room.

They all posed as Poppy snapped a picture of them and she saw breakfast of Eggs and bacon in a smiley face.

''Breakfast is here.'' Viva smiles as she showed her dad and sister the food she made.

''You should have asked me I would have helped.'' Poppy replied.

''No, I was usually up and I made breakfast except the first time.'' Viva giggles.

''Yeah, the first time she almost burnt down my pod.'' Peppy replied as they sat down and ate.

''So, you girls going to open presents after breakfast?'' Asked Peppy.

''No, we are going to save them for tonight when we see the boys.'' Viva replied as she ate.

Poppy finished and she got up. ''I got some stuff to do I'll be back in a couple of hours.''

She walked out and messaged Branch.

She left and was halfway to the bunker when she saw Branch and her heart leaped as she ran to him, and he saw her and ran as fast as he could, and he held out his arms as she hugs him and wrapped her legs around his waist.

''Oh Branch! I missed you!'' Poppy squealed as she kisses him all over his face.

Branch giggles and cupped her face as he kisses her lips as she kisses back, and they held each other close.

''Well, here I am.'' He smiles.

''Good, I wanted to see you.'' She smiles.

''How long do we have?'' He asked.

''2 hours together. Even though we are seeing the other trolls to check on them.'' Poppy replied.

''Hey, I'll take it.'' He kisses her as he had his arm around her shoulder as they walked together to check on the Tribe Delegates.
