The next morning, Poppy woke up and heard sounds coming from downstairs. She walked down thinking it was her dad, but it was actually Branch. He was making her breakfast. "Morning Poppy. Thought i'd make you some breakfast after all that stress from last night." He said smiling. Poppy smiled back. Branch the food on the dining table. "So did you think of all the things you want to do with him?" Branch asked as Poppy ate. She nodded. "I'm gonna go visit him today. See how he's doing." She said. "I'll come with you." Branch said. "Thanks. I could use some support." Poppy replied. The 2 finished up breakfast and went to the hospital. King Peppy was lying on a bed. "Hey dad, how you doing?" Poppy asked in concern. Peppy looked weak. But seeing his daughter made him feel much better. "I'm doing alright honey." He said weakly. Poppy sat down next to him. "King Peppy, Poppy has something she wants to tell you." Branch said. "Yeah. Dad, I realised that we haven't had any good times together ever since I became queen. So... Only if you're up for it, would you like to complete a bucket list with me? A bucket list with all the things we could ever want to do. And make the best Father and Daughter memories ever." She said looking him in the eye. "Poppy, I'd love to." He replied weakly but happily. Poppy went over and hugged him. She was so happy that she could create some final awesome memories with her dad. Poppy and Peppy then talked for a few hours and Poppy wrote down a list of the things that her father had agreed to do. Since he was in a wheelchair, there wasn't too much they could do. But the doctors told Poppy that if her dad watched his health properly and takes care oh himself, he might be able to do 1 thing without a wheelchair so she should save the best thing for that. Poppy finally finished the list. The list was called "Father Daughter Bucket List" and these were the things planned - Visit the top of Bird Cliff, Singing a duet, Visiting Bergen Town together, Having a bake off, and finally, the one which requires him to not use a wheel chair, Ice Skating. ICE SKATING TOGETHER. That's gonna take a lot of strength but Peppy loves his daughter more than anything and he'd do anything to keep her happy. The doctor said that King Peppy would have to rest for a few days before they could do anything. So he just did that.
