Trollex, it's time you knew

The town of Techno Reef is all you need

We joke and we weave our baskets (Aha!)

Toddler Trollex: ♫ I wanna see ♫

Coral:♫ Don't swim away

(Trollex is now 10 years old.)

My son, stay in the reef now

Our people will need a king and there you are ♫

Coral and Marine: ♫ There comes a day

When you're gonna look around

And realize happiness is where you are ♫

(Trollex tries to go towards the edge, but is dragged back by his parents.)

Coral: ♫ Consider the seaberry (the what?)

Consider its bush and leaves

We use each part of the seaberry bush, that's all we need ♫

Marine: ♫ We make our nets from the leaves

The berries are very sweet

We use leaves for what we weave

The berries are a real treat ♫

The reef gives us what we need♫

10-year-old Trollex: ♫ And no one leaves ♫

Coral: ♫ That's right, we stay

We're safe and we're well provided

And when we look to the future

There you are

You'll be okay

In time you'll learn just as I did ♫

(Trollex sneaks away to join his grandfather.)

Current: ♫ I like to dance with the water

The undertow and the waves

The water is mischievous, ha!

I like how it misbehaves

The town may think I'm crazy

Or say that I drift too far

(Trollex is now a young adult.)

You are your father's son

Stubbornness and pride
