At the hall of doom in Slaughter swamp of Gotham, the four villains were in the main room trying to think of something to do with their arch-nemesis.

They had four newspaper pictures of the Teen Titans, the first one is Aqualad from Steel City, the second one is Kid Flash from Central City, the third one Nightwing from Blüdhaven, and the fourth one is Speedy from Star City.

"We need a plan to take care of those do-gooders and their noisy sidekicks" Black Manta said "Can you just do something new against Aquaman and Aqualad?" Reverse-Flash asked "oh like I need suggestions from a crooked speedster" Black Manta replied.

Reverse-Flash became offended and he was about to punch Black Manta with his superspeed fist but Joker intervenes "Now, now let's not get physical, remember when Lexy, Cheetah, and I switched places to defeat our foes?" Joker stated.

"Yes and you have a suggestion?" Meryln asked "Of course, I'll snatch your foe's partner, you'll snatch mine. If we can switch to defeat our enemies we can do that on their sidekicks" Joker explained.

"If we did switch places that's something that the young superheroes wouldn't expect" Black Manta exclaimed.

"Call dibs on the fish boy" Joker said referring to the picture of Aqualad he was pointing at. "The young archer's shooting arrows are no match for my superspeed" Reverse-Flash explained as he choosed Speedy "the ex-boy wonder may not be strong like Superman or fast like the Flash, but he was trained by the best he's the perfect match to up against" Black Manta explained as he choosed Nightwing.

"Which leaves Merlyn..." Reverse-Flash paused as Merlyn replied "the fastest boy alive? Alive or dead if he's fast enough to avoid my surprises I have from him"

As he teared the Kid Flash picture with his arrow, Reverse-Flash teared the Speedy picture with his hand, Joker sprayed acid from the flower attached to his jacket at the Aqualad picture, and Black Manta blasts the Nightwing picture with an atlantian gun.

"Once we have the young superheroes, their partners will be no match for us when they come to rescue them" Black Manta explained as they all laughed maniacally.
