7. Partying
Vienna was at the after party of the fashion show she had been invited to by her college friend Chloe Collins. To her relief everything had gone well that day to her plan. Tristan had been away that day on a short business trip and was going to return home very late at night. The children were with their paternal grandparents, Emmanuelle and Sancia that day spending time at the their mansion. They were going to be picked up by Tristan either that night or the next day depending on how long Tristan had decided to allow the kids to stay with their grandparents this time. Whenever the kids visited either of their grandparents it was hard to get them away. In particular, the boys demanded to stay longer all the time because of their grandpas. Convincing the kids to leave their grandparents' mansions was one battle that only Tristan could win and no one else.
As Vienna was having drinks and talking with people, she was invited to go upstairs to a special guest room to have cheese and champagne with some designers. The after party was held at a luxurious well known hotel in New York. It was well secure and Vienna's bodyguards were everywhere. But they gave her privacy also and unless she did have any requests they left her be. So when she went into an elevator with her friend, Chloe they did not follow.
Chloe said "I am so glad, you are here Vienna. You would love this meeting with the designers. I promise."
Vienna smiled "It has been an exciting party for sure... Thanks for inviting me..." She then raised an eyebrow "I thought you said we are going to the fourth floor."
Chloe said "We are..."
Vienna said " Then why is this elevator keeps going up?"
Chloe gasped "Oh my god. Why didn't this elevator stop at the fourth floor? I pressed the 4th floor button... It keeps going up..."
Vienna said "Don't panic..." She then pressed the help button but it did not light up. It did not work. This meant trouble.
Suddenly the elevator stopped. The door opened. They were faced with an empty floor. There was no one there. Vienna said "This elevator is faulty maybe. Let's get off..."
Chloe followed her outside the elevator slowly.
Vienna walked ahead and looked around for the sign for the stairs. She said "Chloe. There is the stairs..." She kept walking quickly towards the "Stairs" sign. She said "See. We can take the stairs... There must have been a technical malfunction."
Vienna then noticed the silence and how Chloe was not talking. Vienna turned around but stopped walking as she did not see Chloe. She called "Chloe?"
"Hello Vienna..." His voice made her freeze.
Vienna turned around and put her hand on her heart "Tristan?"
Tristan smiled and walked towards her "You look surprised to see me. I am your husband. Remember..."
Vienna said "Wait a second... Where is Chloe?" She looked around as she was still in shock of seeing Tristan.
Tristan said "Alive. Breathing. Unconscious... She is irrelevant right now."
Vienna was relieved. At least she was alive. That was reassuring. With Tristan you never knew when he struck anybody down.
Tristan reached Vienna. He embraced her and kissed her lips.
Vienna kissed him back and then as he pulled away, she asked breathlessly "What are you doing here? I thought you will not finish till late..."
Tristan took a step back and put his hands on his hips. He spoke in a playful tone "What's the matter Vienna? You do not look happy to see me ... I wonder why? You spend a couple of hours with your friend from your college days and I am suddenly history. Am I?"
Vienna hoped no one was in trouble in that building. She searched her mind thinking back to the night. Had someone done something wrong to offend her that had made him show up? No. She she could not think of any incidents. Then why was he there?
Tristan raised an eyebrow as he carried on speaking playfully"So, you want to remain silent? I see... Defiance would only add fuel to the fire within me. My rage and jealousy burns down anything in its way. You should know that by now..."
Vienna took a step forwards and said "I can help extinguish the fire. May I try?"
Tristan said "You may..."
Vienna smiled and stood on her tip toes. She wrapped her arms around his neck. "Tristan... You know how much you mean to me... I am only here for a couple of hours for a party. Then I will return home to you where I belong. I belong to you Tristan..." She attached her lips to his and kissed Tristan. She closed her eyes as her husband kissed her back deeply and possessively.
Tristan pulled away once he was satisfied and said "You are my woman... The only woman for me..."
Vienna said "I know... Who could forget that?" She tried to reason with him "Come on now Tristan... Please can you let me see Chloe and check on her now? Then we can leave..."
Tristan said "You do not have to leave Vienna... I will wait for you... Do you want to introduce me to the new people you have met so far?"
Vienna had no intention of doing so... Tristan was going to scare people off if he stayed. He was so intimidating and terrifying when he dealt with strangers at times. Vienna said "No. Tristan... We talked about this... Please can you let me be hanging around alone at this event. I do not want to introduce you to anyone here tonight. I am here alone... Please Tristan..."
Tristan said "Fine... If this is so important to you to stay here alone, I won't insist. I am going to leave and I will only be a few blocks away. When you finish, the guards will drive you to where I am or I can come find you of course and if I return here again I will not be able to resist meeting these people you have just met here..." He leaned close and kissed her.
Vienna understood his threat loud and clear. He basically said don't you dare be late or I am coming back here to get you and these people won't like my entrance. She was not going to be late. No one kept her husband waiting unless they were ready to face the consequences. She could keep him waiting and of course others had to face the true consequences. She got away lightly with everything.
As Tristan pulled away he said "Chloe is in that room next to the elevator. Tell her if she tires you out in this party, she will deal with me..."
Vienna was just grateful Tristan was even letting Chloe live at that point. One tiny mistake, one excuse and she was going to be dead. She nodded "I will do that Tristan. See you shortly..."
As Tristan disappeared, she took a deep breath and went to that room next to the elevator. Chloe was slowly regaining consciousness as she was laying on a bed.
Chloe opened her eyes "Where am I? What happened? Damn it... Did I faint?" She rubbed her forehead and sat up on the bed slowly "I do not know why I get fainting episodes. I used to faint alot more in college though..."
Vienna said "Don't worry about it.. Let's go..." Of course she fainted in college. Tristan scared her off to a point of fainting a lot those days.
Vienna went back to the party and picked up where she left off starting with meeting up with some designers while having cheese and champagne. She was mindful of the time of course. She had plenty of time but she had no intention of staying past the time she was supposed to. She had an unwritten curfew time. If she broke it, it annoyed Tristan for not having his wife with him on time when he wanted her by his side. She never suffered for it. Others did though. So, over the years she had learnt to pick her battles.
Vienna annoyed Tristan a lot too but only when no one else got caught with her. She did not mind his ice cube treatment or some other playful activities from time to time when Tristan wanted to teach her a lesson. She liked them as she liked being thrilled and excited and he knew it. He never treated her with anything she did not like or enjoy. Ever. He lived to make her happy. But ... he took actions against others that she did not like. Tristan showed mercy to no one. Ever. He was truly a tyrant king, which was a fitting title that her mother, Adele Rosario liked to refer to him as. His soft side was only reserved for his queen, his two princes and his princess and no one else.

Vienna left the party building with guards as she was meant to be driven to where Tristan was. But just then she spotted Tristan's car waiting for her. She looked at her watch. She was not late. Not yet. So he had no excuse to go after anyone. No one had made her late. And frankly no one had done anything wrong inside that building. Everyone was nice to her. So she was pretty confident no one was going to die. But she was not too sure.
She got into the car and saw Tristan was waiting for her in the driver seat. Sometimes he drove himself and sometimes he had a chauffeur. Either way there were bodyguards in cars around them.
Vienna greeted him and he nodded at her in acknowledgement. As the door closed, Tristan started driving.
Vienna turned to Tristan "How was your day?"
Tristan was looking ahead as he was driving "It was fine..."
Tristan seemed to be silent and in business mode as he was driving. Vienna was a bit worried though. If he was too silent even when he was in business mode with her, it meant someone was suffering or was going to suffer.
Tristan said "How was your day Vienna?"
Vienna sighed "It was perfect actually. I really enjoyed my time today... I missed you and the kids... But that's life...."
Tristan said "I agree. That's life..."
Vienna knew full well not to push him too much. She just knew Tristan enough to sense what mood he was in. For some reason she had a feeling, someone had felt Tristan's wrath that night. She could tell based on the look in his eyes and the number of minutes that there had been silence between them. Then she saw and heard the signs and clues. She saw ambulances followed by police cars, sirens and some firemen in their fire trucks rushing in their vehicles towards the opposite direction.
Vienna turned to her stone faced husband and asked carefully "Tristan... What is going on?"
Tristan said "Well... I am driving us home... That is what is going on..."
Vienna sighed "No... I mean what is going on around here... You must know where these emergency response vehicles are heading..."
Tristan looked at Vienna as he stopped behind a red light "Of course I know where they are heading. It is obvious. There are ambulances so they are going somewhere where there are casualties. There are police cars so there are people to arrest and of course where they are heading there is a big fire to extinguish. The destination must be quite a wreck..."
Her husband teased her all the time. Vienna said. "Tristan... You did not answer my question..."
Tristan said "I did answer your question Vienna..." He then looked ahead as the traffic light turned to Amber and green. He carried on driving and the silence returned between Vienna and Tristan.
Vienna sighed and looked away outside the window. She looked at the streets and could still hear the sirens. Her husband was a powerful crime boss who was a great businessman. He ruled his business empire with consistency and power achieving success with good leadership. Businesses who worked with him and for him achieved great success. But those who dared to come in his path and became obstacles in his path to success, paid dearly. Tristan destroyed people who crossed him and rewarded people who were loyal to him. The rules in his kingdom were simple. You either were with Tristan or against him. This Irish king showed no mercy to enemies but rewarded his loyal allies.
Tristan put on some music in the car. There were no words exchanged between Vienna and Tristan after that and there was just the sound of music.
When they reached home, Vienna got off the car and Tristan lead her to the mansion while holding hands with her. "Vienna asked "Are the kids coming home tonight?"
Tristan stated "No. They can stay the night at my parents house... We will pick them up tomorrow..."
Vienna said "They will be very happy. Why are you in such generous mood?"
Tristan said "I am always in generous mood when dealing with you and the kids... When have I not been generous..."
Vienna rolled her eyes as they entered the mansion and said sarcastically "Oh. Of course... My error of judgment... The kids haven't been begging you to let them stay with their grandparents for weeks now..."
Tristan said "They just spent time with your parents last week..."
Vienna sighed "Its the summer time Tristan... The kids need to see more family time... When school starts they get busy with friends mostly..."
They reached their bedroom door, he announced "We can talk about this later Vienna... Just a warning.... Don't wait for me Vienna tonight... You go to bed..."
Vienna had noticed the number of cars and guards around that night. She expected him to work late that night. The signs were there... She opened the bedroom door and then he looked at Tristan "Sure... It makes sense why you let the kids stay the night at their grandparents' house... You must want them out of the way... You are not as generous then to our kids... Admit it... See you later..." She then entered the room. She knew she was pushing him with comments on the way he treated his family. It was teasing and she liked messing with him.
Vienna then heard the door shut soundly and heard his voice from behind her "Don't tease me tonight Vienna... You will regret it..."
Vienna turned around and said innocently "What? I was not teasing..."
Tristan closed the distance between them and chuckled "You know exactly what you are doing." He picked her up and carried her to the bed bridal style.
Vienna found herself pinned on the bed underneath Tristan as he kissed her. They were deep possessive kisses. The intensity of the moments they shared when they were just kissing was even overwhelming to Vienna sometimes. Her husband let his emotions through in the ways he touched her. She found herself trembling and was out of breath by the time Tristan pulled away like most nights after they made out.
Tristan said as he pulled away slightly and looked into her eyes. He smiled at her and got up as he said "Go to bed... You need to rest..."
Vienna heard his footsteps walk away to the door and heard the door close. But she was still recovering while lying on the bed. She was still trembling from how he had kissed her and had touched her.
He was dominant in every way. His dominance was clear even when kissing her. And he loved nothing and no one more than her and their children. His love and possessiveness for her came out the most when they were close and intimate alone in their bedroom. He made sure he let her know she was his and his only. She felt she belonged to him in every way. She did not even need to say it. She felt it.
Vienna decided she needed a drink. She had no intention of going to bed early. Maybe she was going to watch a film and wait for Tristan to finish work.
Vienna walked towards the drinks table and poured herself a glass of wine. She then walked to the windows. As she was drinking, she almost coughed on her drink. What on earth was happening? In front of their mansion, she saw Trent. What was happening? When had Trent come from Italy? Her brother in law had come to visit and Tristan had not told her. This only meant one thing. Trent was there for a business visit and not a family visit. Still she would have shown Trent some hospitality if she had known he was coming. The business they were dealing with that night must have been pretty serious that there was no time for family reunions that night.
Vienna watched Trent walk towards the mansion. She finished her drink and put it to the side. So Tristan had a long night with Trent.
Vienna then noticed more cars pulled in front of their mansion that was already packed with cars. But these cars were familiar. They were Rosario cars. She gasped as she saw Viggo get off one of the cars. But he did not make his way towards the building. He just stood around and some family lawyers were here and there surrounding him. He was deep in conversation with Stefano, their uncle Costanzo's son. He was one of the top lawyers in the country and he only took orders from Rosarios lucky for them. He had many offers of work on weekly basis. He only said yes if it was approved by leaders on top; Viggo and Vincenzo. Stefano was there with his team of lawyers for a good reason. She wanted to know why. What kind of business needed vigil to show up with an army of guards and lawyers.
Vienna made her way out of her bedroom. She walked to the front of mansion.
Viggo spotted Vienna and separated himself from the group where he had been talking. He walked towards her "Vienna?"
Vienna embraced him and greeted him. She then pulled away and said "Oh my god. No one told me you are coming here tonight... Why don't you come inside for a cup of tea at least? Stefano could come in too...." She then turned and looked at the direction of her cousin Stefano who was deep in conversation with his team of lawyers. She waved at him. He did make eye contact with her and gave her a smile and then got on with his conversation.
Viggo said "Now is not the time Vienna... A business deal proposed by the O'Neils has been negotiated with Vincenzo. Our big brother has rejected the terms of the O'Neils. He has asked for re-negotiation with Tristan in person. And guess what? He wont be the one coming here. Tristan has to go to him."
Vienna's heart dropped "No way... What do you mean? Wasn't he coming with his family soon? Why cant he come? Tristan wont go to Sicily for business purposes. He went last time...."
Viggo shook his head "Not any more... Vincenzo has cancelled his plans to visit America until a conclusion is made to this business deal that both parties agree on..."
Vienna knew what this all meant. She knew enough about how Rosarios and O'Neils operated and ruled their business empires. They did not make allowances and did not settle for any deal that was not perfect in their eyes. She asked Viggo "How long? How long do you think all this ... will go on for?"
Viggo said "All this? Thats a nice way of describing the situation. I would use other terms to describe what we have.... We call it a "storm". One your husband will be unleashing on us, Rosarios."
Vienna said "Well... Rosarios unleash storms on O'Neils too... So you think this storm would take long to clear?"
Viggo said "Correct... This storm will be like no other Vienna... This business at hand is no ordinary business. I can see it take a long time to be resolved..."
Vienna asked "Why? What's different about it?"
Viggo sighed "You should ask Vincenzo... He knows all about it... Tristan wants to invest in a region of New York that O"Neils and no one else expect Rosaries have successful operational businesses operating. And the sector that is of interest is one that O'Neils have never invested in but wish to start now. It makes sense that Vincenzo would not sign a deal easily. It's not everyday we have something the O'Neils want this badly. It makes sense that Vincenzo is making the most of the opportunity and try to get a better deal. However, Vincenzo has demanded Tristan to go to Sicily to negotiate... Vincenzo has sent the message that he has no interest in signing the deal. He has made it clear if O'Neils want this deal signed they better improve the terms and wants direct negotiations with Tristan to get the best deal. Trent is not the head of the O'Neils so he can't offer certain advantages and bonus points on the behalf of O'Niels. Tristan is the head and he has the last word. I do not know what Vincenzo wants in return but it must be something that only Tristan grant. That is why he wants face to face negotiation with him. That is reasonable... But demanding that talks happen on Sicilian soil and not American soil is causing alot of tension. This is an act of war..."
Vienna gassed "What? Act of war?"
Viggo said "Yes... It is... There is so much you can get away with when you refuse a deal from O'Neils. Vincenzo has refused the O'Neils and has made demands that O'Neils don't like..."
Vienna sighed "If Tristan goes to Sicily for negotiation would everything be ok?"
Viggo shook his head "No. The deal has to be reached on American soil... The assets, land and the sector are based in America... Vincenzo is planning to achieve something that I don't know... Who knows what he wants? Who knows why he wants to drag Tristan to Sicily... But he has a plan..."
Vienna said "So... What is happening right now?"
Viggo said "That is a good question... Your guess is as good as mine... Whatever your husband decides will happen... This is a game between Tristan and Vincenzo. One attacks. One retaliates and takes revenge. But I have a feeling this would be a long game unless one side compromises."
Vienna said "I cant believe Vincenzo. I understand he is pushing Tristan's buttons in business. But canceling his family trip to America is just too much... He is doing it to prove a point. He is supposed to travel to America anyways. Why not resolve the deal here with Tristan when he comes... Instead he cancels his trip.... My kids and his kids have their birthdays in the summer. They are all summer babies. His children were meant to celebrate their birthdays here and we have weeks of parties and fun. Now we cancel all those plans?"
Viggo says "You can postpone. Not cancel... This game will end. It's just a bit lengthy.... You dont need to worry Vienna... The outcome will not impact you... I am sure we can have belated birthday parties later once this matter is resolved..."
Vienna said "Is this matter going to be resolved any time soon?... What are you going to do about it to help resolve it?..."
Viggo said " We are waiting for Tristan's next move out here... We are here to discuss his decision once he announces it to us... When he calls us in he will let us know his next move... I bet he will put pressure on some of our businesses as a start and then expand his offence. Who knows how far the battle will go... It will go on until Vincenzo agrees to come over and resume the negotiations or if Tristan agrees to go to Sicily..."
Vienna said "We both know our big brother is stubborn. He wont do it..."
Viggo said "Your husband is stubborn too..." He knew Vienna did not like to contradict her husband in public.
Vienna said "I just know our brother could resolve it... Its his turn to come over here and negotiate with Tristan... I am so frustrated... They can avoid all this tension..."
Viggo said "Look... I think you have no reason to be worried... It will pass... I am surprised that your husband even let you come outside to greet me when he is inside deciding his next move against Rosarios... He would not want you involved or worried about any of this..."
Vienna said "You are correct... He told me to go to bed and not wait for him tonight. He did not tell me you and Trent were showing up. I saw you outside by accident and came..."
Viggo looked at her with shock and then shook his head as he chuckled "You went against his advice tonight?... Way to get him on the Rosario side..."
Vienna said "I should go inside I think..."
Viggo said "You should..."
***
Vienna was laying on her bed thinking over Viggo's words. She had said goodbye and had come back inside even though she wanted to remain outside and talk more with Viggo. She did it for Viggo's sake.
It had been very late at night when she had seen Viggo. It was long past her usual bed time. If Tristan had seen her outside when she was supposed to be resting in bed after her long day of partying, he would have been mad. Maybe not mad at her but mad at Viggo for keeping her awake. Her husband was very specific about his orders. If anyone disobeyed him, they paid. If anyone made his queen lose sleep, he was going to make them lose sleep by becoming their worst nightmare.
Vienna heard the door of the bedroom door opened and she quickly closed her eyes pretending to be asleep. She did not want Tristan to know she had not slept since coming back in. The business must have finished. She was planning on asking about what Tristan had decided, the next morning.
Vienna heard him get changed and get into bed. His finger brushed against the side of her tummy and she chuckled since she was ticklish. She opened her eyes and noticed Tristan turned on the side lamp as he was staring at her as he was laying on his side. She wished she was not ticklish like her mother but she had her genes. Damn it.
Vienna said "Erm.. Hi Tristan... Is it time to wake up yet?"
Tristan said "No its not... Go to bed... I told you to rest... You did not listen... You are in so much trouble..." He laid on his back and reached his hand to the lamp to turn light off.
Vienna said "Can we talk please?"
Tristan said "We can... Tomorrow morning..." He then turned off the lamp.
Vienna knew not to argue with Tristan... Sometimes she could tell when it was best and within her interests to listen to him and not push it.
***
As Vienna opened her eyes the next morning, she was greeted with a strong smell of coffee. She turned her head and saw the breakfast table set up in her room. Of course. The kids were at their grandparents house. So they could have breakfast alone in their bedroom. There was no sign of Tristan. She got up. She was only wearing her bra and panties. She wore a short silk robe and walked towards the breakfast table. Everything about the table gave her the impression of Tristan's touch on it. He paid attention to detail and the food and drinks were selected with care and consideration. She picked up a red grape and put it in her mouth. She said "Tastes so good..."
Vienna heard his voice from behind her "Are you having breakfast without me? You are one unruly wife..."
Vienna turned around and saw him. He was wearing a pair of shorts and a T-shirt. It did not matter how plain his clothes were. He looked handsome as hell. Vienna said "Thank you for setting up the breakfast table... She walked slowly towards him "Tristan..." She reached him and wrapped her arms around his neck. "I am a bad wife... I should be the on preparing you breakfast..." She then kissed his lips.
As Vienna pulled away, he noticed a faint smile on Tristan's face. He said "You are a bad wife but not for the reason you mentioned. I told you to rest up but you did not listen. You went outside and had a long conversation with your brother who did not mind keeping you awake after your long day..."
His tone was serious. Not playful.
Vienna was about to respond but Tristan attached his lips to her not giving her a chance to speak.
Once Tristan pulled away, Vienna said quickly "Tristan... I am sorry... Viggo did not know I had a long day. I did not tell him... I was just curious about what was going on..."
Tristan touched his lips to hers and then pulled away "I forgive this time..." He then let go of her and walked towards the table.
Vienna gave out a sigh of relief. The last thing she needed was for Viggo to have to pay for her sleepless night... She was going to call him and ask how he was as soon as they finished.
Tristan pulled out a chair "Let's have breakfast..." Vienna walked towards him and sat down in the chair he had pulled out.
Tristan sat opposite her.
Vienna said "Actually. I think I missed you last night very much." She then got up and walked towards Tristan and sat on his lap "I think I prefer this seat..."
Tristan smiled "I prefer this seat for you too..." He then kissed her. He picked up a piece of bread and buttered it. He handed it to Vienna.
Vienna said "Thanks." She got on eating breakfast as she watched her husband. They liked being intimate during breakfast but since the kids always joined them for breakfast it was not possible.
Tristan finished eating her bread and jam. He said "You are so irresistible..." He then planted kisses on her neck.
Vienna said "Tristan ... Can we talk?"
Tristan carried on kissing her "We are talking..."
Vienna sighed "No... I mean... Can we talk about something other than us?"
Tristan pulled away "We can..." He then stroked her collarbone.
Vienna said "Maybe I should sit on my chair."
Tristan narrowed his eyes "Do you prefer your chair to your husband's lap? What's special about that oak chair?"
Vienna couldn't help laugh "Tristan... Dont get jealous of the chair... The most comfortable place to sit and have breakfast for me is your lap... Its just that, I dont want to talk about us... I want to talk about something else..."
Tristan said "Your place is with me Vienna... You belong to me... You can talk about anything you want..." He poured some orange juice and handed it to Vienna "Go on... Tell me anything you want..."
Vienna nodded as she took the glass " Thanks..." She started drinking. Her husband never changed. He liked watching her drink. And he liked watching her silently.
Vienna said slowly and carefully observing his expression as she was drinking "When I was talking to Viggo ... He briefly told me what's happening..." She drank some more.
Tristan stroked her hair as he was watching her drink "Oh. I know what he said to you... I asked him to tell me... I wouldn't say he gave you a brief account. He could have... But he didnt.... He told you plenty of detail but never mind... Go on... What is it you want to ask..."
Vienna looked at Tristan as she took a deep breath "What did you decide to do after you got Vincenzo's response?" She then drank from the glass.
Tristan responded " I decided to retaliate after receiving your big brother's response that was delivered to me by Trent... If anyone refuse an O'Neil they must be prepared for what's to come...."
Vienna put her finished glass on the table and said "Tristan... I dont know about the business side of this situation... It all concerns you ... But the personal side concerns not just you... But me too... I put time in planning what I want to do in the coming weeks of summer. I wanted to spend time with Vincenzo's family. I wanted to see my nieces and nephews. I wanted them to bond with their cousins here. I planned parties. Now I hear Vincenzo is not coming with his family.... And knowing Vincenzo he wont let his family go abroad without him... Just like how you wont let me go anywhere abroad without you... So... We have a problem Tristan... A problem that you can resolve..."
Tristan said "So what is the question here? What are you asking me?..."
Vienna said "This situation concerns me too Tristan... It affects me... Please show some consideration when dealing with this situation ... for my sake..."
Tristan said "I already have Vienna... I already have..." He reached his hand up behind her and rubbed circles on her shoulders and back.
Vienna said "But .... There is now more tension between our families than before... What if this tension turns into a war?"
Tristan did not respond and looked at Vienna silently as he rubbed her back.
Vienna said "It is possible... Isn't it?"
Tristan nodded silently.
Vienna sighed "I want things to go back to normal... Why cant everything go back to normal?"
Tristan said earnestly "Everything is normal... This is part of our lives to battle for invading each other's territories and fight for dominance... But that is in business only... What is happening in business does not affect our families and family relations... Rosarios and O'Neils share a strong bond. I am married to you... Your big brother is married to my sister... We are connected and nothing breaks a blood bond..."
Vienna said "Why cant you compromise Tristan. Go to Sicily and negotiate..."
Tristan smiled "I don't expect you to understand.... This is business... You do not need to worry about anything..."
Vienna sighed "Tristan... Please... Make peace with Vincenzo..."
Tristan looked deeply into her eyes "I will think about it..." He then leaned closer and brushed his lips against Vienna's "A battle for dominance is endless.... You need to get used to it Vienna..." He then kissed her lips.
