Subhadra was talking with Vasudev, Rohini and Devki as Arjun's eyes were set on her. Suddenly her gaze fell on the archer, she recognized him and quickly approached him.

"The strong and sharp gaze, dark body adorned with bow marks...you must be Panduputra Arjun." Subhadra guessed.

"Indeed I am." Arjun smiled.

"Is Tamasvini Jiji also here ?" Subhadra asked.

"I'm sorry she's not here. She is at Indraprasth taking care of our twin boys." Arjun said.

"Oh right." Subhadra said lowering her gaze.

She had approached him with the hopes of getting a chance to meet Tamasvini again and remind her of the promise they had made.

"Alright I will go to Kanyavas on one condition." Subhadra said.

"What condition ?" Tamasvini asked.

"That once I return we both will always be together." Subhadra said.

"I promise." Tamasvini said

But Subhadra now realized that fulfilling that promise might be impossible, as Tamasvini now also has her own life. This saddened her but she knew she must accept the reality.

"Can I ask you something ?" Arjun brought her out of her thoughts.

"Yes." Subhadra nodded.

"You asked only about Tamasvini, don't you want to meet Jyestha or Rajeshwari bhabhi ?" Arjun asked.

"N-no no ! It's nothing like that." Subhadra said, Arjun chuckled.

"I love all my siblings, it's just Tamasvini jiji and I had made a promise which is now impossible for her to fulfill." Subhadra said sadly.

"What promise ?" Arjun asked.

"You don't have to worry, Kumar." Subhadra said.

"I am her husband, making sure my wife fulfills her promise is my duty. I will help her to fulfill it. What is the promise ?" Arjun asked.

"You don't have to concern yourself with it Kumar. I will accept the reality." Subhadra smiled sadly and left.

'If Tamasvini has made a promise, then I must ensure it is fulfilled. It's about the sanctity of her word and honour.' Arjun thought.

He went straight to Krishna to ask him about what promise Tamasvini had made to Subhadra.

"Madhav ?" Arjun approached him.

"Come Parth I was waiting for you only." Krishna said looking at him.

"Madhav, what was the promise Tamasvini made to Subhadra ?" Arjun asked. Krishna smiled.

"As I had earlier told you that Subhadra was unwilling to leave her elder sister to go to Kanyavas, so to convince her Tamasvini made a promise that once Subhadra returns from Kanyavas they would always stay together." Krishna said.

Arjun now realized why Subhadra said that she would try and accept reality. She knew Tamasvini now had her own life and it would be impossible for her to fulfill that promise.

"The love of these sisters is supreme and unparalleled....Madhav send Subhadra with me to Indraprasth. There she can stay with Tamasvini forever." Arjun said.

"That would have been possible if Dau hadn't made his decision." Krishna said.

"What decision ?" Arjun asked.

"He wishes to marry Subhadra to Duryodhan. I somehow convinced him to delay the discussion regarding this." Krishna said.

"Then what do we do Madhav ?" Arjun frowned.

"Why don't you marry Subhadra before any discussions can take place ?" Krishna suggested or hinted.

"Madhav, I am her elder sister's husband. What if Subhadra denies out of humility ?" Arjun asked.

"That is a probability." Krishna said with a knowing smile.

"So what do we do ?" Arjun asked.

"What do Kshatriyas do if they cannot marry the girl they love due to circumstances ?" Krishna asked.

"Abduction." Arjun said.

And that's when realisation dawned upon him.

"So you want me to abduct Subhadra ?" Arjun asked.

"I never said that. Its your deduction." Krishna said but with an assuring smile.

"But if Tamasvini comes to know that I abducted her sister to marry her then she might hit me with her lightening bolts...." Arjun said. Krishna chuckled.

"All her anger will vanish when she will see Subhadra in front of her." Krishna assured.
