Monokuma: "Good Morning, everyone! It is now 7a.m. and nighttime is official over! Time to rise and shine! Get ready to greet another beee-yutiful day!"

Kenji, who was still in bed from waking up by the announcement.

Kenji: "Don't tell me that I have to hear that bear every morning..."

Kenji got up from his bed and gone to his bathroom to wash his face and suddenly his doorbell was heard as he walked to his door and opened it to see Taka standing in front of him.

Taka: "A fantastic morning, isn't it!?"

Kenji: "Need anything?"

Taka: "Yes! If you'll pardon the interruption but please head to the dining hall at your earliest convenience! That's all for now! I have to go let everyone else know the good news!"

Taka didn't need Kenji reply as he turned and left Kenji's room as he just stood there and shrugged and left the room. As soon he left the room he hear his name.

Junko: "Kenji! Can't any of you guys get a freakin' clue!?" Kenji didn't know what she was talking about as she continued.

Junko: "My mascara's totally clumpy! I don't want anyone to see me this way, but Taka came and woke me up. What a dick!"

Kenji: "You look the same as yesterday."

Junko: "As if it's night and day! Ugh! I seriously need to reapply, but there's nothing I can do about it now... Maybe I'll go see if Celeste can hook me up..." And she walked away.

Kenji: "I might as well go to the dining hall."

===[Dining Hall]===

Taka: "Okay, looks like everyone's here. So then, let's begin our very first "breakfast meeting"!"

Taka: "Everyone, thank you for making time in your busy schedules to come together."

Leon: "I didn't make time for shit. You dragged me here..."

Taka: "I know I already mentioned this earlier, but... In order to get out of here, it is essential that we all cooperate with each other. And the first step is this breakfast meeting, to allow us to become friends and build trust! So from now on, let's all meet here in the dining hall every morning after the morning announcement! Now then, let's eat!"

Toko: "You w-want me to eat breakfast with other p-people? I've never done that b-before. I'm not s-sure..."

Leon: "Yeah. It's been a while for me, too."

Junko: "Well anyway... did anyone happen to come up with any clues? Seriously? Nothing at all?"

Junko: "Anything, it can be about how to get out, or who's doing this, nobody has anything!?"

Celestia: "...You are going to die."

Junko: "Huh...?"

Celestia: "If you can't stop yourself from showing weakness in front of others... you will die."

Junko: "Wh-What the hell? Don't even freaking joke about that!"

Celestia: "I am not joking. Adaptability is survivability. Did I not say so? So you'd better hurry up and adapt to your new life here."

Junko: "Have you gone insane? Adapt to my new life here? Do you have any idea what you're saying?"

Mondo: "Yeah, sounds like the girl wants to live here. And hell, more power to her. But shit... No way in hell am I living here! I'm gettin' outta here, I don't give a shit!"

Celestia: "Hmhm. Sure, feel free."

Leon: "Okay, so... nobody has any clues?"

Hina: "One thing I can tell you is who's behind all this. Something who's totally weird and messed up. Why else would we be trapped in here in the first place?"

Leon: "Well, sure, it could be something like that. But for right now, actual clues are..."

Chihiro: "U-Umm..."

Leon: "Huh? What's up?"

Chihiro: "If you think in terms of people who are really abnormal or bizarre... Do you think maybe the person responsible for all this could be a certain murderous fiend"

Makoto: "A murderous fiend... Chihiro, do you have some idea who might be behind all this?"

Chihiro: "Well... maybe I mean, I can't really be certain, but..."

Taka: "Certainly is not a concern right now! I'll allow whatever remarks you may have!"

Chihiro: "O-Okay, well... Have you guys heard Genocide Jack?"

Kenji: "You mean that serial killer that been in the news and on the internet?"

Byakuya: "The monstrous villain who's murdered scores of victims in brutally bizarre fashion... The word "bloodlust" was left at each murder scene, written in the victim's own blood. Whoever it is, he's like a ghost. He strikes without warning and disappears without a trace. And on the internet, they started calling him... Genocide Jack. That about covers it, I think."

Yasuhiro: "They say he's claimed over a thousand victims..."

Junko: "That's just an urban legend though, right? I mean even like, ten people would be totally insane."

Toko: "..."

Chihiro: "Anyway, whoever Genocide Jack really is, he's is obviously some kind of super crazy killer."

Mondo: "And if he really is this 'ultimate' psycho, I wouldn't be surprised if he put together something like this."

Chihiro: "But like I said, I can't be certain. I don't have any evidence or anything. It's just a thought..."

Leon: "But if they're the killer, isn't that like a killer of a problem for us!?"

Hina: "It's okay! Everything's absolutely, positively, one hundred percent without a doubt gonna be okay! Cruz help's gonna be here soon, I'm sure of it!"

Toko: "Huh... H-Help?"

Hina: "We've been stuck in here a few days already, right? Nobody's been able to contact us, so I'm sure they're getting worried. I bet they called the police already!"

???: "AHHHHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Monokuma: "The police? You're putting your faith in the police!?"

Sakura: "What are you doing here!?"

Monokuma: "You guys, seriously... Do you understand what role the police exist to fill? All they're good for is being a foil, playing against a villain or anti-hero or evil organization. The bad guys come along and destroy them,  and that shows just how badass they really are."

Monokuma: "Are you sure you wanna reply on such an unreliable group of losers? I mean come on! If you really, REALLY wanna get out of here, all you gotta do is kill!"

Yasuhiro: "Hahahaha!"

Leon: "Why the hell are you laughing?"

Yasuhiro: "I'm just impressed at the total commitment to this whole act."

Junko: "...You're still going on about that?"

Mondo: "So, mister serial killer psycho freak bastard... what the hell do you want!?"

Monokuma: "Mr. Serialkillerpsychofreakbastard, huh? That's a pretty long name! German, maybe?"

Mondo: "We know who you really are!"

Monokuma: "Maybe if I ignore him he'll just go away..."

Mondo: "Hey! Don't ignore me, asshole!"

Monokuma: "Okay, okay, let's get back to business.  Your life here has already begun and couple of days have gone by, and nobody's killing anybody!"

Monokuma: "I brought all you kids were lazy and selfish,  and here you are working together. But I'm totally bored!"

Makoto: "There's nothing you can say that'll make us start us start killing each other..."

Monokuma: "Wait, I think-yes! Ding ding ding! I figured it out! All the mystery ingredients are here-right people, right people, right people. So why hasn't anyone killed anyone yet? That's what I couldn't understand. But I just realized there was one very important piece missing!"

Makoto: "Wh-What are you...?"

Monokuma: "If you wanna know, I'll tell ya! It's motive! Puhuhu! It's so simple! I just have to give everyone a motive!"

Mondo: "Motive? What the fuck are you talking about!?"

Monokuma: "Oh, by the way! There something I wanna show you guys!"

Mondo: "Stop changing the goddamn subject!"

Monokuma: "I have a little video I'd like you all to see."

Monokuma: "Oh, but don't worry. It's not some pervy *adult* video and anything. Seriously, it's nothing like that! It's a special video for each of you showing what's going on outside the school."

Makoto: "Outside the school...? What are you talking about?"

Monokuma: "Heh-heh! Ooh, Master's so impatient today! Why don't you just watch it and find out? Here in the school, there's a specific place you can go that has everything you need to watch the video."

Kyoko: "Good, then we can go watch the video right now. But before we do that, I'd like to know..."

Kyoko: "What are you? Why would you do something like this? What do you want from us?"

Monokuma: "What do I want from you...? Well, if you must know... Despair. That's all."

Monokuma: "If you want to know more than that, you'll have to figure it out for yourselves. Do you whatever you need to uncover the mystery hidden within this school. I won't try and stop you."

Monokuma: "Cuz to be honest, it's entertaining as heck watching you guys search so desperately for answer! So I guess I want amusement from you too." Monokuma left.

Sayaka: "He's gone... And once again, he left before we could find out anything useful."

Kyoko: "Really? I think we learned something *very* useful. He has no intention of standing in the way of our pursuit of the truth. Interesting..."

Sakura: "Perhaps, but what about the video he mentioned? I'm very curious to see what's on it."

Mondo: "Same here! Okay, so...!" Mondo started glancing around the dining hall... but when he gaze landed on Makoto, he stopped.

Mondo: "Hey Makoto! Check this out for us, would ya?"

Makoto: "Huh? Why me!?"

Mondo: "Cuz you're the closest to the door! That's the rule, right?"

Makoto: "R-Rule...?"

Mondo: "Hey, hey... Hey hey hey hey hey! HEEEEEEY!!!"

Mondo: "You see how passionately I'm begging you!? What's the big deal? Just check it out real quick!"

Makoto: "...O-Okay... I guess I'll get going, then."

Mondo: "Awesome, thanks! I owe ya one!"

Sayaka: "...If Makoto's going, I'm going with him. It's not safe to walk around this place alone."

Mondo: "Yeah, sure thing. Then we're countin' on both of ya! If anything happens, just yell and I'll come runnin'!" With Makoto and Sayaka left the dining hall as Kenji who was sitting down alone with Kyoko who was quiet.

===[A/V Room]===

Everyone went to the A/V room and grabbed their DVD with their names on it except Makoto who already watched his.

Mondo: "What the fuck...?"

Hina: "Th-This can't be real, right? It had to be fake, right!?"

Leon: "Yeah, no way it's real. Haha... no way."

Toko: "I can't t-take it anymore... I c-cant take this anymore! Let me out of h-here!"

As soon Kenji turned around to see everyone reactions, I knew... They'd all seen something like what I'd seen. Nobody even bothered trying to hide their fear and confusion. Except for *her*. Even now, she was totally calm but he couldn't joke her as Kenji didn't watch his DVD.

Kyoko: "I see... So this is what he is meant by motive. He wants to fuel our desire to leave so that we're more likely to started killing each other."

Celestia: "It is the classic "prisoner's dilemma."

Hifumi: "...Huh?"

Celestia: "Let me use an example. Imagine two countries are on the brink of war. But both countries want peace, and each commits to scaling back their forces as a sign of good faith. But there's a chance that one country may betray the other, so each country fears lowering their guard. The result is that neither scales back their forces and they both end up betraying each other."

Celestia: "In other words, the fear of invisible treachery becomes the greatest enemy of stability."

Toko: "That kinda sounds l-like us right now... Everyone says they'll work together, but in our hearts we're all afraid someone might betray us..."

Taka: "Don't put those awful thoughts in our head! That exactly what they *want* us to do!"

Leon: "You can say that, but maybe you're thinking that once everyone drops their guard, you can just..."

Taka: "What!?"

Sakura: "This is exactly what Monokuma, or whoever's behind this, want. They *want* us to fight. Don't you see?"

Chihiro: "Yeah, you're right. We all need to calm down..."

Junko: "Okay, then. Maybe we should start by all just... talking. Maybe if we all just talk about what we saw, that'll help get everything out of our system. Besides, I think we're all super curious, right?"

Kenji was just sitting down on the table as Kyoko walked up to him.

Kyoko: "I saw that you didn't watch your DVD, why is that?"

Kenji: "There's no need to, I could hardly trust Monokuma so what is there to watch-"

Sayaka: "STOP IT!" She pushed Makoto's hand away and suddenly ran off.

Hina: "Sayaka!?"

Byakuya: "Let her go."

Makoto: "I-I can't do that! I have to go make sure she's okay!"

Toko: "I h-hate romantic comedies like this. I don't care what h-happens to her, personally..."

Junko: "That's because you're totally thoughtless!"

Hina: "I'm... really worried."

Celestia: "Then why don't you go do whatever you think you have to? We don't all have to stick around today, right? Speaking of which, I have my own things to take care of. Goodbye." With that she left the room as all of us did as well.

===[Timeskip]===

Kenji was just laying down on his bed as he decided to get some water from the cafeteria.

As he went to the hallway he noticed something different Makoto and Sayaka's nameplate but brush it off as he went to the cafeteria and saw Hina and Sakura.

Hina: "Oh! Hey Kenji!" He waved his hand and smiled.

Kenji: "I'm just getting some water, how long have you two been here?"

Sakura: "I think about ten minutes now, Sayaka came here a few minutes before you came in here." He nodded as he grabbed a water bottle and started to walk out of the cafeteria until he noticed one of the knife was missing from the Kitchen Knife Set.

Kenji: ("Weird. I know that there were six knives here, could be Monokuma working.")

Next Morning

Monokuma: "Good Morning, everyone! It is now 7a.m. and nighttime is official over! Time to rise and shine! Get ready to greet another beee-yutiful day!"

Kenji: "I better get to the cafeteria, I'm a little late."

===[Cafeteria]===

Kenji entered the Cafeteria as he didn't see Sayaka in here as he just sat down thinking that she was just late.

Mondo: "Hey man! Have you seen Sayaka?"

Kenji: "No, I just came straight from my room to here."

Hifumi: "Did she forget about our breakfast promise...?"

Kyoko: "I got the sense she always has her stuff together..."

Makoto: "I-I need to go... I have to check on her!" Makoto flew the cafeteria as everyone was going to stop him he was already gone.

It's been ten minutes now since Makoto lefted the cafeteria as Kenji was now starting to feel worry about him as he got up from his seat everyone looked at him.

Taka: "Kenji, where are you going?"

Kenji: "It's been ten minutes since Makoto went to check on Sayaka. I'm going to his room to check up on him."

Sakura: "I'll go with you, Hina you could come with."

Mondo: "I'll come also."

===[Makoto/Sayaka Dormitory]===

The four of them was walking in the hallway until Kenji spotted a open door which was Sayaka's dorm as we ran in and saw complete transformation.

Mondo: "W-What the fuck happened in here!?"

Kenji: "Look like a struggl-" Kenji stopped where he was and he saw Makoto on the ground unconscious as he was going checking to him, he saw Sayaka... who was sat down on her back... dead and blood everywhere in the bathroom.

Hina: "Kenji, what wro-" Hina stopped mid-sentence was she was shock to see Sayaka dead body as the four of them was staring at her and suddenly...

Monokuma: "A body has been discovered! Everyone head to the gym ASAP!"

Hina: "D-Does this m-means... Sayaka's dead?"

Kenji: "Yeah, sadly yeah. We have to head to the gym to see what Monokuma want."
