Spring has come. The babes brought about in the fall are being born, snow is melting and greenery is returning to the valley. And with that comes the spring migrations of wooly mammoth.

A single mature mammoth could feed a large family for 1-2 months. With dozens coming through nearly daily, all the tribes have their work cut out. Besides the killing, there is the butchering, preserving and working of hides. A busy time for all!
