"I couldn't let that chance

       Sayaka bursted out into tears as she pushed Makoto's hand off her shoulders. She bawled and booked it out of the recording room and down the hallway. Everyone left in the room was left in shock. You could hear her sobs grow softer the further she ran the hallway.

       Of course everyone wanted to comfort the crying popstar however the nighttime announcement came on forcing us to return to our dorms. 'This is the night Sayaka switches rooms with makoto...'

      I sat at my door, awaiting for a door to slam, footsteps, breathing, anything. I waited two minutes, two minutes turned into ten, and ten turned into twenty, twenty turned into i lost count and was thinking of giving up and heading to bed...

      Suddenly a door softly clicked open, I waited a few moments before I heard another slam shut. I quickly pushed myself up from the ground before opening my own door. I slowly walked down to Makoto's room and knocked on the door. Instead of Makoto, Sayaka opened up with wide eyes.

      "Y-Y/N! What are you doing here...?" She asked. 'Shit i didn't think this far ahead... Leons are going to be here soon.'

        "I could've sworn this was Makoto's room... it said so on the map..." I mumbled while pulling out my monopod.

      "Sorry, wrong room!" She quickly shouted before slamming the door in my face. I was in shock, 'No... no no no no!"

     "S-Sayaka?!" I called out to the girl, no answer.... This is bad, this is so bad. If she doesnt open up the door then Leon is going to come and lead her to her death--Wait, Leons still awake!

      I kicked Makoto's door in anger before quickly rushing down to Leons dorm, I rushed past all the plates before reaching him. I quickly knocked on his door and he opened up startled.

     "Hey there rockstar!" i greeted out of breath.

      He looked down at me and asked, "Y/N? What are you doing here."

        "Im..." I  sighed, quickly racking up in my mind a lie. "T-There's something in my room..."

         "Something in your room?!"

        "I don't know... I was trying to head to bed a-and...." I pulled my hands into my chest as I fake shook.

         Leon tried to leave, "I had something i needed to do, but if there's something scaring you in your room.."

       "NO!" I shouted and held his arm. "D-Don't leave me alone.." 'God better give me so much good Karma for this shit...'

       "If you're this afraid, i guess i can reschedule with her another day. Come inside.'' I walked into his room and he led me instantly to the bed while he pulled up a chair. Pulling up to me, he left a space between the two of us.

         "I'm sorry to keep you up like this..."

       "It's fine, you seem kinda stressed. Is there anything you want to talk about?" He asked me. Another white bar faded in as time stopped once again. This time the question was, 'Tell Leon' or 'Keep it a secret'.

        "How about another night... i'd rather forget about it...."

         "Got it got it." He smiled and reached over me to where an instrumental case was sitting on his bed frame, he put one knee in between my leg and on the outside, his hands on the frame to keep him from falling on top of me. I leaned back a little as he drove in close, his cologne felt strong. As soon as he closed in, he quickly fell back onto the chair.

          "What's in the case?" 'Please don't be a gun..'

           "A guitar" He grinned and waved around the instrument. "Maybe playing something can help the both of us."

           Leon warned that he wasn't completely finished with the song. He tuned the guitar before playing me a nice song... 'This isn't fair, he's talented in both playing instruments and baseball.'

           When he finished playing I clapped, "Wow... you definitely need to become a rock star instantly."

           "I'm trying my best, but everyone wants me to stay with baseball." He sighed putting the guitar next to the chair and kicked his feet up on his bed.

         "You do have a talent for baseball..."

         "Only because i practiced... i try my best to be good at everything." He confessed. "I'm not even afraid anymore. Now I'm just pissed off...Why?! Why is this happening to me?! This isn't fair, man! I mean, am I wrong?"

        "Not really."

        "Right?! Totally unfair. Ultra unfair! Just like having to shave my head right before every baseball game!"

        "You didn't choose to shave your head?"

        He completely exploded at me, "C'mon man! Are you against me now too!? I didn't even wanna play! But the coach and all the teachers begged me, so I did--and then they made me shave my head, just cuz it's 'tradition.' How's that fair?"

         "I do see why you hate baseball so much now..."

          "Damn straight I do! Who has fun running around on a dusty field for three hours!?" He threw his head backwards, "But it's so not cool! Spending all that time at practice, getting covered in sweat and dirt...It's just baseball, right? It's easy! Who needs to practice!?"

         "Still...I gotta admit, baseball wasn't all bad. It did have a few things going for it..."

             "Yeah, right? Like the feeling of camaraderie between you and your teammates!"

             "Nah, nothin' like that! I can't stand being around a bunch of sweaty guys. So totally uncool"

             "Oh... what did you like then?"

             "Well, I hate studying, right? But I still got into this super fancy school on a sports scholarship.
As long as I kept playing, I never had to study! And besides that...It made me super popular with the ladies! Booya! Ya jealous? I got to third base in more ways than one, if ya know what I'm sayin'! ...Just kidding!"

          'Yeah, he was about to 3rd base Sayaka and end up dead..."

        "Heh-heh. I got plenty more where that came from!" He grinned. He continued telling me stories about his childhood and playing baseball all until the monokuma announcement came up the next day.
