"No human language can
describe the disappointment
I'm feeling right now."
"How come! When you're in a funk, there's nothing better than a good swim to pull you out of it!" Aoi winned, she pulled on my arm trying to get me to rush into the locker room. "Let's actually enter the locker room this time."
"Hey, Chihiro why don't we hang out?" I turned to the smaller boy and he immediately perked up at my offer.
He pulled his hands up to his face before sighing, "I wouldn't want to be a bother...."
"You're never a bother, let's head somewhere more relaxing?"
"The library?" He suggested, i agree and we walked down the hallway. Chirhio was softly humming a tune, it awfully reminded me of something I heard in another anime...
I held the door open for him and already 3 people were there, we quietly waved as we headed towards one of the bookcases in the far back of the room. I brought my hands up to drag it along the shelfs filled with dust.
I flashed Chihiro a smile before I noticed he was rubbing his hands. "What's wrong..?"
"I-It just hurts..." 'It hurts...?'
"What happened? Did you sprain your wrists?"
"Oh well." He covered his arms as his face flushed red, "I got bit by a mosquito last night..."
"A mosquito? Oh! I thought something more serious happened like you must've fallen down the steps or whatever."
"Oh. Did I give you the wrong impression? S-Sorry..." He instantly pushed his hands behind his back to hide his wrists.
I shook my head reaching for his arms, "It is important, let me see the bite-- OH GOD."
The bump clear stood out against his pale skin.
"It's way past itchy now... it really hurts."
"What happened? Are you sure this is a bite?" I asked, "If it is... why is the bite so big? Did it eat you alive while you were sleeping or something?!"
"Oh, no it bit me while i was awake."
"..."
"Well I felt it bite me, and I looked down at it." He pointed at the bite, "But i didn't do anything. I just sat there and watched it suck my blood...."
"Why did you just watch it? Why didn't you smack it?"
"That would've killed it..."
"Yes but..."
"It must've been really hungry to suck that much blood..." Chihiro rubbed the space on his thumb. "If it was that hungry, it would've been really sad not to let it have anything.."
"Chihiro, it's just a mosquito..."
"Mosquitos are living things too, though. It might've had its own mosquito family.. S-Sorry i know that sounds dumb..."
I couldn't break it to Chihiro that the Mosquito most definitely didn't have a family, so all I could do was try to bandage Chihiro up to stop him from scratching the bump.
"How does that feel?" I asked when I finished it up with a cute bow.
"Amazing, thank you so much Y/N!" Chihiro latched himself onto me, "I feel like I can come to you for anything..."
"You can, anything you have trouble with or any secrets you have, i'm always here for you."
Chihiro bit his lips, I could see the gears turning in his head. "I'll... keep that in mind... Let's talk later!"

Are Ya Making Friends Son?
Walking out from behind the book cases, I debated going back to my room or hanging out with the three left in the library. I walked up to Toko and chuckled, "You must be pretty happy to have all these books around, huh Toko?"
"N-Not particularly..." She sighed, she dropped her arms from the shelfs, "Nothing's really c-caught my attention so far."
"Indeed. There's a plethora of books, it's true, but the content seems...lacking." Byakuya didn't even look up as he flipped through a book.
Hifumi from the other side of the bookshelf cried, "Where's the comic books!? Where's the young adult section!?"
"Comic b-books? Young adult? That stuff's a w-waste of time..."
Hifumi rushed to our sides, standing behind me he raised his voice. "I've seen what you write, Miss Fukawa. Talented as you are, your stuff isn't any more 'worthwhile.'"
"My stories are filled with true love and pure feelings! Don't compare them to that garbage of yours! Your writing doesn't even m-mean anything. It's just a bunch of j-jumbled up letters...! S-Someone should just...burn it all."
"Ooh, the lady doth protest too much, methinks! I bet you're secretly into boy-on-boy action!"
"Boy-on-boy...? I don't care if it's a-anime or comics or fanfic or wh-whatever!" She cried, "It's all filth! Throwaway culture that'll be trashed and forgotten in half a decade! Ugh...just t-talking about it makes me sick to my s-stomach. I feel like I'm g-gonna throw up..."
"Grr...! You've insulted me, and you've insulted my honor!"
'These two are really starting to freak me out. I've never seen anything like it...' I bit my lips, I moved more to where Byakuya was sitting, trying to keep away from the two fighting bookworms.
"Get up." He instructed me.
"No, I'm tired."
"...Hmpf."
Hifumi cried, he pulled at his glasses. "This is so disappointing! They have all these books here, and not ONE copy of ANY of my works!"
"W-Well, yeah... Why would they have c-comics in a library?" Toko snarled.
"Plus, most 'fanfic' is j-just porn drawn by a bunch of a-amateurs..."
AU: Toko babe, ouch that hurt </3333
"You just don't get it. Not. At. All."
"I-I do to get it... And with a face like yours, anyone can tell n-nothing you do is worthwhile."
"Say whatever you want about me, but never judge a book by its author!"
"Now hear this! Appearances mean nothing at all! What you see before you is nothing more than the rind that contains the meaty pulp of my genius!"
"My creations are what determine my meaning and value!"
"You're so f-full of it..."
"Hmph. I'm used to being misunderstood. You think weak attacks like yours will drop my HP?"
I rubbed my forehead listening to the two of them argue, I chuckled, turning to Byakuya. "Those two...really worry me."
"Do not speak to me."
"Dickhead."
"What was that?"
"....Dickhead"
"...fowl mouth."
