Once we entered the gym, Makoto instantly took the lead and guided Sayaka over to the golden sword. He gave it to her and she grimaced at the texture. She offered for Makoto to take the sword instead of her. We walked back out and instantly were met with free time.

"Lets meet up back together in a bit?" Sayaka quickly scurried off as Makoto carefully returned his new sword to his room.

I waved them a goodbye before biting down on my lips and walking the other way. I thought of ways I could prevent future deaths, future confrontations and the action of preventing deaths and the consequences. What if i prevent someone from dying and they kill again--

"Ah!" I clasped my head as i fell backwards on the floor, I looked up to meet with bright red startled eyes. "Ah..ha, forgive me for shouting, you startled me. You must watch where you are going.." She softly extended her hand out to me, but I didn't dare actually put weight on it as I pushed myself up.

"Sorry about that." I released my hand from her own and she chuckled and dusted her hands.

"This is fine, how about we hang out a bit?" She offered.

Time slowed down, with two options. 'Hang out with Celestia' or 'Go back to your dorms'. I wasted no time in clasping the first option.

        "Sure!"

"Come, let's find somewhere to sit." She waved me back down the hallway, I assume to the cafeteria. She flashed me a simple smile, "Since you are not a police officer, i can communicate more comfortably with you."

"Sorry, I just wanted to make sure."

"Mhm, have you ever gambled before?" She asked me as she opened the door to the cafeteria carefully. I shook my head as we strolled up to the main table where Byakuya was reading a book. He grumbled getting up when he saw us, he mumbled something about a library.

"If he keeps ignoring me, i'll go out of my way to annoy him.." I joked as we sat down.

"How interesting, i can't wait to see how your relationship would bloom... or crumble.." I shivered at the Gambler. "Y/N, I will like to show you something."

       "Hmm?"

       "My perfect gambling strategy."

        "There's a strategy for gambling"

"Yes, Are you ready? Please pay attention...." She started, "Whatever the game, you must have a mind for strategy. This will allow you to increase your odds of winning. However, the exciting part about gambling is that there is a power which can overwhelm any strategy. That power is...luck."

        "Luck..."

"There are only two types of luck—good and bad. There is no in-between. And that luck is built into every human at the moment of conception. Like a computer program. Some call it fate. The bottom line is, luck is life. Do you see what I am saying?"

        "You mean...that's your 'perfect strategy'?"

"Correct. You see. I was programmed to have good luck when it comes to gambling." Celestia flashed me a bright smile as she whipped out a deck of cards, taunting me with them she asked, "This is why I have never lost. Would you like to play?"

I thought for a while. "Hmmm. I don't have anything to gamble on, other than some things in my bag."

"Let me see, I would love to see what the Ultimate Florist takes in their bag." She instantly perked up at the mystery. I quickly dumped my small flower bag on the table, things flew up and Celestia eyes flew down to one item.

"I just went to the school shop and picked up some things.." I explained.

"I did not know we have one here." She cleared her throat looking at my items, "Do you like tea?"

"I'm more into coffee, but tea is nice too."

Celestia started rummaging through her pockets, "Lets gamble for that Rose Hip Tea you brought out, its my favorite."

"You can just have it if you want."

"Nonsense, we must gamble. All I can offer to you right now is this measly pen, I seem to not have any cash on me other than three grand of Monocoins.." She showed me the pen, putting it on the table.

'That's still a lot of coins...'

"Good enough for me!" I bubbled and placed all my items except the tea back in my bag.

She started shuffling the deck and distributing the cards, "Splendid. I assume you know how to play BlackJack. If not, I shall explain the rules to you again. Each player starts with two cards, one of the dealer's cards is hidden until the end. Face cards are worth 10. The goal of blackjack is to beat the dealer's hand without going over 21. If you go over 21 you bust, and the dealer wins regardless of the dealer's hand."

"How do i get more cards? Do I just pick them up?" I asked, looking at some of my cards.

"That, my dear, is called a hit. You ask for them. Are you ready?"

        "Yes."

"Lets begin.." She inspected her cards and I mimicked her. Back and forth we placed down cards, picked them up, put them down. At the end, I fumbled with seven cards and Celestia had one. "It looks like i've won."

"And the tea bag is now yours."

"I do suppose so...." She put the pen back into her pocket and picked up the tea bags and looked at it longly.

       I asked her, "What's wrong?"

"Do you know how to set up tea?"

"I've done it plenty of times before, why?"

"I have another task for you."

"I got it, I'll be back in around fifteen minutes." She nodded pleased, I quickly rushed ahead and stumbled into the Kitchen. Some other students soon showed up, some made dinner and others just sat and chatted. I prepared the tea, remembering to add in milk so she doesn't accidentally rip my head. I carefully put the small cup on its plate and carefully brought the plate to the gambler. She took a quick sip of it, I sweated at the brief hesitation before she placed her lips on the mug.

'Please don't kill me, please don't kill me, please don't kill me, please don't kill me...'

"Interesting! The gods heard my prayer, and my wish has been granted!" The gambler bubbled, she smiled brightly at me, "Hmhmhm. This is all because of my daily sympathy and compassion, is it not? I may have to revise my initial impression of you... Thank you Y/N."

       "I'm glad you liked it."

Monokuma set off the goodnight announcement and allowed us to head to bed, Celestia offered to walk me back to our dorm.
