"I don't have one either."

So today I did a bit of experimenting and used a colored palette challenge to see how my art looks in traditional and digital.

Now, I hardly do digital art. I guess I find it more reassuring when I have the supplies physically in my hand than simply using a pen and an art program. Nonetheless, I did it and came up with two drawings.

This was my traditional piece scanned into the computer

And this was my digital piece.

Honestly, I had a blast making both and found the icons so much fun. The biggest struggle I had for traditional was finding colors closely similar to the given palette. Not only that, but taking decent photos are hard to do with the shaky camera I have.

This experience definitely helped me warm up towards digital art, and I'm tempted to try more color palette challenges.
